If I can give this place a ZERO I would !!! My insurance company called them and told them I was eligible for a replacement pair of glasses and the Indian lady claimed they have a new system so she wasn’t able to process it because she “didn’t know how to work the system” .. How are you a manager but can’t work the new system ? She was very rude and had no sympathy! Please go somewhere else and save yourself a headache !!!

Best place to go get your glasses and eye exam done. They accept mostly all insurances and they have the best prices for glasses in jersey. More than recommend 👌👌 excellent customer service..!! And very good and friendly doctors..!!

I absolutely love this place. Very affordable even if you dont have insurance. They always have great deals on contacts and glasses. They are also very professional and work quickly.

I went on July 23rd and was so happy my mother in law Isabel referred me to Opti Design. I love this place. I used to go to Gold and Star Optical I. Market Street. At Opti not only I walked in was greeted, only waited 10-15 to be seen, eye exam, frame selection, contacts fitting, and walked out with contacts on. I only paid $40 for eye contact fitting and got free glasses and 2 boxes of contacts for free. This place gets 5 stars definitely. They are super friendly, attentive, and gave me great customer service. I am so HAPPY that I found out about this place. They also said I have to wait approximately 1 week for glasses and 2 weeks for contacts. Glasses were ready in 3 days and contacts will be ready soon. Proud customer and I will return soon. I will let all my friends and family know about this wonderful place. 💓👍👌

I went to have my eyes checked because I need glasses. He did not read the form I wrote. He said Why your here?! Cause I can not see from far. (Ready I thought to myself hes an eye Dr. and he didnt read my form I filled in. Every Dr. reads the form or history he or she has of the patient.) I even told him I have allergies. I have no problem seeing near but I can not see from far. The Dr. gives me a prescription which he wrote I can not see near or far. He lied on paper so I will not go back. He was rude.

WORST PLACE EVER !! MANAGER IS VERY RUDE

Today was my first time here and honestly I was surprised by how good the service was. I was attended right away, got my contacts the same day, and they even gave me complimentary glasses. I have never seen clearer and was attended within the 20 minutes that I got there.

I went there a lot of times to get. New lenses every lenses I went too get was way better than star optical.

There is no other optical shop for me in downtown Paterson, and considering there are about a dozen such places, absolutely NOBODY does glasses the way these people do. For them they have a system; moreover, a system that works extremely well rain or shine. They make it look simple:step 1 -what is your insurance 2 -Get the eye exam 3. Pick a frame, they help you get the look you .want, style-wise. They got it down to an art form that their customers always come back, even for repairs or replacements. I vote 5 stars because I want them to keep Yenifer, who only recently became the proud mother of a beautiful baby boyThis is the GO-TO place for glasses (and contacts).
