This review is long overdue but very well deserved! Were soooo happy! Faithful Countertops came to the rescue after we had an atrocious installation and experience with another company.The moment we began working with Zadie, we knew we were in good hands. She patiently and thoroughly answered tons of questions; suggested countertop materials and fabrications; and swiftly set up measurement and installation appointments. (They were able to measure and install within a few weeks of each other - a HUGE plus in our case.)Faithful Countertops left no detail ignored.The islands 90 degree edges are precise and the 3 thick island buildup was constructed perfectly. The countertop and backsplash seems are as invisible as humanly possible. There are absolutely NO chips anywhere. Finally, they neatly caulked where needed (i.e. between the cabinets and backsplash), ensuring the entire kitchen exhibited a very clean look.Their product is exquisite, the end-to-end customer service and installation was comprehensive, and the overall experience was pleasant - as enjoyable as it comes!Thank you for EVERYTHING - Zadie and the entire Faithful Countertops team!

**updated review**The final work product is excellent quality. However, the company was shameless in missing appointment times etc., which is a nightmare for anyone like us who is in the middle of a complicated renovation.======================Wife & I originally scheduled a big countertop job for last Wednesday. Faithful Countertops no-showed (w/ no warning) and then said, Sorry, we can do Thursday afternoon, does a 1-4pm window work? (The apartment owner needs to be present to sign off on the job at completion.) OK, fine.The installers arrived at ~4pm Thursday (for a 3-hour, 1-4pm job window, with building job rules allowing 9-5pm jobs), and immediately informed us, We cant do the job. Your kitchen water pressure is still on. Everybody knows you cant do a kitchen counter job with the water on. (They hadnt mentioned any of this prior to the job.) They walked off the job immediately, not giving us any time to solve the problem or offer any help solving it.My wife and I, who arent handy people, figured out the problem after being on the phone with the super for 5 minutes. When we tried frantically contacting the company to reschedule the job for the following morning (as other work depended on the counter getting finished), nobody would pick up the phone.At some point on Friday, the company told us theyd rescheduled for the following Monday morning. My wife and I again turned our schedules upside down to accommodate, which required rescheduling other home remodeling work that was contingent on the countertop being done.Then, 9-12 on Monday became we should be there by 1pm but well let you know. We had problems with the installers van and got a late start today. My wife had an important in-person work meeting at 3pm that shed miss, so I had to cut short an afternoon of work (we dont WFH) to go back into the apartment to sign off on the job, after my wife had pointlessly set aside her entire morning to do the same thing.If you are doing a more extensive reno, where smaller workflows are scheduled around big jobs getting done, the disregard for timeliness will turn into a big headache. If you dont WFH, it will turn into a migraine.In fairness to FC, the company does take a lot of pride in their work, and took the stone back multiple times to make sure theyd cut the dimensions and look exactly right.

I have never dealt with a more terrible company in my life. Unprofessional, unreliable, unreasonable and unorganized. They make promises they can’t keep but don’t hesitate to ask for payment. Word of advice, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I worked with Faithful Countertops on fabricating and installing a granite slab in a private residence and I would not hesitate to reach out to them again for my next project. Their team handled every step of the process in the most professional way. They were very prompt to attend to every inquiry on our side and very accommodative to our schedule. Great job with fabricating and installing the stone, couldn’t be happier with the final result.

I just finished my house renovation and this company is remarkable. They helped to select all the different stones that I needed for bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace and outside bar. They always were very responsive, knowledgeable and very fair with the price. During the installation, they were very detail oriented and on time with my hectic schedules. Ewa is incredible, very reliable, on top of every detail and always available to answer my questions.

I’ve been using Faithful for several years now over dozens of projects mostly large custom kitchens and they are terrific. They show up when they say they are showing up, no excuses always on time. I usually do the templates and they fabricate & install without any issues. I have watched them Quadruple in size over the years. I’ve been in the countertop business over 30 years and I’ve seen a lot of companies in my time but Faithful is by far the best around. They certainly have the correct name...Faithful.

Faithful Countertops just installed our new granite kitchen countertops and they came out AMAZING. Their team installed it safely and quickly. They were also VERY patient with us as we worked through different options over email. Very easy to work with given my wife and weren’t able to go in person. I was referred to them from a friend whose kitchen they also did and which came out great. Def recommend!

We are very happy with the countertop that Faithful created and installed. Their team was easy to work with and responsive to any questions we had. The installers were pleasant and were diligent about cleaning up afterward.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience with Faithful Countertops. All the hardscapes of my home (from the bathroom vanities, kitchen countertops, pantry top, bar tops to the double story solid surface fireplace) were done with precision and exceeded my expectations. The process was easy with Ewa. Her professionalism is top notch and the speed with which she communicated (be it through an email or a phone call) was appreciated and impressive. The fabrication and the installation were spot on. Each member of the Faithful team treated my home as if it was their own and that is a trait that is rarely found today. Working with Faithful Countertops has been a pleasure. They were very fast in turning around a quote and always available via phone or email. They were available to template and install when we needed them; even with very short notice. They were very reasonably priced and even traveled 3 hours away for a job; with no additional fees or charges. I am now working with them on another job and will continue to use them in the future for anything in the NY, NJ, PA area.

Their granite counter tops look great on our cabinets and theyre a pleasure to work with ! Always on time and detailed oriented. You can count on them to get the job done.

On June 25, 2019 Faithful Countertops told us our countertops would be installed in 7-10 days.Our countertops were not correctly installed until 2 MONTHS LATER on August 26, 2019.These were the delays caused by Faithful Countertops:June 25, 2019 - Faithful Countertops quoted us 7-10 days for installationJuly 11, 2019 - Faithful Countertops contacted us to say they had broken the slab and it needed to be reordered. This was already past the 7-10 days quoted for installation.July 22, 2019 – After 27 days of waiting, not 7-10 days as promised, Faithful Countertops came to do the installation. During the installation the crew chipped the new countertop, and it could no longer be used. The work was not completed and Faithful Countertops had to order a new slab.July 26, 2019 - Faithful Countertops installed the missing countertop. We found that Faithful Countertops incorrectly did the cutout for one of appliances, and the countertop would need to be replaced (see photo). We also found a jagged seam between two other countertop pieces, which meant these had to be replaced (see photo). When we contacted Faithful Countertops they denied they had installed a defective countertop and took 2 weeks to send a representative to examine the work. The representative confirmed that we were right and the countertops needed to be replaced…. again.August 26, 2019 - Our countertops were finally installed correctly. The installation took 2 MONTHS, not the 7-10 days promised.Faithful Countertops did not honor their word, they made multiple errors which cost us time and money as we waited for the errors to be corrected. As of today, October 12, 2019, Faithful Countertops has not offered us adequate compensation for our time, money and aggravation.Philippe Gouze

Faithful Countertops installed in our kitchen and bathrooms white Caesarstone quartz countertops that look stunning. They made it easy and flawless from the the day of the order. Office staff was very knowledgeable, providing us with all the right information prior to finalizing selections. Installing team was professional, it was fun to watch how quartz countertops are actually being installed. We had a seam in the center of the sink, that they made almost invisible. I would highly recommend Faithful Countertops to anyone!

I was just on route 3 and this reckless driver just cut me off and even though I kept on honking because he was about to hit me, he kept on going and almost caused an accident. Instead of apologizing, he gave me the middle finger. This behavior is unacceptable and he is making this business look bad because all that people see is the name of this company in his vehicle.
