These guys don’t get it. Three calls back to back. Each on hold for over 10 minutes and then disconnected. Parts ordered weeks ago and no definitive answers on the delivery. Just excuses. Can’t blame the employees for not enough help to answer phones. I blame the company Dasco.

The guys at the Paterson branch are very nice to deal with, especially Mike Cohen. What a guy, an air conditioning god in my opinion. Whatever DASCO is paying him, they should double it. Very knowledgeable, always calm & always willing to go out of his way. I go there just to seek his advice.
