Hi so I purchased a faja in April in a size small Never wore it. I exchanged it for a medium in May which fits perfectly fine. I walked into the store which I made the purchase from located at garden state plaza mall in NJ. The medium faja cut me on both sides because the wire came apart. I asked the policy they told me that can’t exchange it because I wore it. I even showed the girl my two cuts on the side. She told me the manager couldn’t do anything for me. His name is david. Please don’t buy from them.

I’ve had my faja for years. Such high quality!!! I always get compliments and people always ask me where I got mine. I’ve gotten down to a size XS, they really work!!When I was in store the customer service was so good and she made sure I was happy with my purchase. GO SHOP FROM HERE!!!!
