I wish I was able to give it no stars. This place is very unprofessional and they are dishonest. We lost money and time working with these people. Not only did they give me the wrong size materials but they send me the worst lumber they could find. I understand the wood has natural imperfections. The wood was cracked and chipped. Delivery was not what they promise .They gave us such a hassle to give the money back. I paid cash and had to get my refund by check. Also they over charge for their materials compare to other stores. My deck was delayed because of their incompetence and my contractor had to stop the job. I don’t recommend spending your money at this business. Don’t waste your time or money. The business name fits perfectly “Advantage Building Supply” if you want to be taken advantage of then go and shop at this store.

Dont go early to get unloaded. They load their trucks first.

Customer Service sucks- I ordered the BOOM service, which I was told I could not get when they delivered the items. Instead of giving me a credit or giving me my money back customer service wanted to charge me a delivery fee for delivering the material. The fee changed from $35 to $40 depending on who I talked to. A fee which was not agreed upon at the time the order was place nor informed that they would charge me upon delivery. I argued with customer service for two days before they agreed to give me $80 back. The sales rep said you act like $80 is big deal it is not. Exactly, but they lost a customer not over the $80 but over their lack of integrity, respect and poor customer service. When I told her that she said, So what we will get more. Like I said poor customer service. I will never go back!
