Never answer the phone 🤦🏽‍♀️

I went to her store by chance, not knowing if she would be able to help me but that it was a very good decision.She listened to me and was very helpful offering different options in terms of table covers, colors and styles.She was responsible, punctual and knowledgeable.The tables, chairs, table covers and chair ribbons looked beautiful, elegant and delicate.I would recommend her store to my friends and family any time.- Martina N Rojas

Terrible customer service. Just yesterday 12/23 my husband went to rent some chairs for our Christmas Eve dinner. To save money he decided to pick them up today, Christmas Eve. They took his deposit yesterday and said no problem just come pick up the chairs. Well he goes to pick them up and they refuse to give him the chairs because he had no valid ID on him. Now I understand that is a reason to deny the chairs but why didnt anyone say anything yesterday? They had no problem taking the deposit. In the end we didnt get the chairs and we didnt even get a full refund. They were just being very unreasonable. We are a family of 12 and whenever we had a party we would give them our business. Never Again.

First and last time I intend to use this company. People are very unprofessional and have a terrible attitude. Delivery prices are extremely high but we were willing to pay for them. The issue is that after you pay the price for delivery and pick up they expect you to do the work. They asked my sister to tell me to bring the items down. When my sister complained about the absurdity of asking a pregnant woman to come down with the items they hung up on her. Once they made it to my apartment they had a terrible attitude and then asked me to help them bring down the items. I kindly said no but that I would help them put it in the elevator. This woman and the older gentlemen she bought with her need an attitude adjustment. After helping them in the elevator I said have a great day no response just nasty individuals.

The woman helping me was not enthusiastic. They want you to pay an exorbitantly high price for delivery, than they want you to break down the balloon arch and return the pieces the next day. The price of a balloon arch is $60, but a balloon arch with numbers and delivery is $190.

So unprofessional. They dont understand English nor know how to add. You pay for delivery but they want you to go to store to pay in person with a debit card before delivery. Makes no sense. They dont take cash on delivery. I argued 3 different times with the owner and the girl that works there. How are these people in business??

Its a great place to rent some party supplies.

This place is suppose to be open at 11am. I am here at 11:54am and they gate is down. This is ridiculous!

The prices are very good, of course, nothing is free, delivery is only if you want it and it depends on where, but for me at a party it is always better to pay for delivery so you do not worry, they will take everything and pick it up the next day. good service congratulations on your business and keep going.
