These guys are top notch ! It started with John on the phone, to the guys installing. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease. I needed tires for my new rims. But I couldn’t get them until 3-4 days later. But John knew I really wanted them on and he went above and beyond to get me tires for tomorrow. The tires actually came in the same day. So the moral of the story, these guys will do what they can to help their customers. They just gained anew customer and many more. I will send friends and family there. Great job guys. Keep up the amazing work you guys do !!!!! I am one happy camper.

I have been coming to this location for well over a year now and the staff are fabulous. It can be tough to walk into an auto shop as a woman, but from the very first visit, everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. Any questions I needed answered, they always do so willingly. Whenever my car needs to be repaired, including an oil change, I make sure I come here. I’m happy to say their level of professionalism has been consistent.

Employees dont wear mask first. Second had a appointment for 2 pm for inspection sticker. Sat for 1 hour car never moved a Woman came in for her 3 oclock inspection and car went right in. So I got up and mentioned I had been waiting an hour for a 2pm and was told they were waiting for a bay. it was only then that the employee who was in the same room as me for an hour went out to do the inspection. Ridiculous poor customer service. I dont recommend

Used these guys back in the Spring to have Summer tires put on and winter tires taken off. Tired were inflated to a different PSI than requested. Big hand print grease mark left on my interior headliner. They used white wheel weights on black rims, making them stand out. Asked for the rim protectors back, never got them. And last but not least, both my wifes and my tires, originally mounted here, slowly lose pressure over time, meaning they screwed up the bead when they mounted them. Avoid.

This place has excellent service! I was highly impressed by not only the price for my full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, as well as windshield wiper installation, but the short wait! I was out of there in less than an hour and they didnt try to find something wrong with my vehicle which is HIGHLY refreshing since most auto body shops or dealers will try to get everything they can out of you. I will absolutely be coming back here for service, and would highly recommend this place especially if your sick of the dealership prices like I was. Thank you guys!!!!

I bought four tires online and called up Broadway tire to see if they had time to mount them, I was given an appointment the next day. This was my first experience with Broadway tire although I may have used them years and years ago but I will tell you my experience. I showed up for my appointment on time and they were a little busy so I asked them where can I walk to to get some food and they directed me down the street to a pizza shop. I left the shop and went to get some food and when I came back they were still kind of busy so I decided to go to their waiting area which is quite comfy with couches and TVs. There is free coffee and plenty of reading material, Of course most people were just using their phone while waiting for their vehicle. I managed to eat my lunch and by the time I was finished the gentleman had just took my car in to be worked on to install the new tires. Everyone there was so pleasant and kind and no one tried to sell me anything they only performed the service I asked them to do and they did it at a price much lower than any other place around. The quality of the work was outstanding I watched them dismount the tires I watched them sand the rims and then apply some type of Grease or lubricant that I had never seen anyone do before. I watch them do all four tires and they did them exactly the same no shortcuts they balance the tires perfectly and all for a unheard of price of only $25 a tire which included taking the old tires off dis- mounting them and installing the new tires balancing them and remounting. The whole job cost me $100 with tax and disposal and it was done efficiently and correctly. This is a very honest and trustworthy shop. I enjoyed my stay there and I am a customer for life, all this was done during covid-19 I just have to say they had plenty of sanitizer they washed down my keys when they were giving back to me also wiped the doors and everywhere something was touched this was truly a great experience, thank you Broadway tire you exceeded my expectations. I can see why you have so many positive reviews keep up the good work thank you.

Third time in two years for seasonal tire change. Make an appointment every time. Wait more than an hour each time for them to begin the car work. Will not be returning. Poor service.Edited to add: when there car did chome out the low pressure light was flashing. They didnt even check if it was ok.

First time I have ever got my car serviced from these guys... They are now the only place I will go and will strongly recommend to everyone. As soon I walked into the shop the whole staff was super friendly and helpful. I needed new tires and have been shopping around for a little while before I went here. Out of the three other places I went to before these guys beat the price of the other companies for the price of the tires then BLEW everyone out of the water with the price to install them. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant to be around while I waited for my car to be done. I strongly recommend Broadway Tire & Premier Automotive and will use them for any problems or repairs I have with my car.

I have been going to Broadway Tire since I moved to Pawtucket, 5 years ago. They do solid work on my car, and always on a fast timeline. Mark always spends time to find the best solutions for my old vehicle and budget. He explains the expenses to me and is very communicative throughout the repairs. Being able to trust Broadway is the biggest reason that I use them. I have benefited from their Saturday hours for scheduled appointments that dont interrupt my work schedule. I have also had my car towed there unannounced and after hours, more times than I want to admit, and Mark is always curtious and accommodating the next day even though they are always very busy. Thank you for being a shop that I can count on!

I asked the clerk how much do tires cost he asked me what my price range was. i told him that i was going to used progressive leaseing and he told me to full the application and see how much i get approve because it could be between 300 -1000. i look at him and smile and said ok knowing i was already preapprove before i came to the store. i will never do bussiness with this tire shop place.trying to cheat me out of my money by over charging.

The guys are extremely kind, professional and personable. My service was very fast and they made me feel at home while I waited. Even talked cars after I cashed out. They dont just want your money and for you to go home. They build relations. They made sure to give me a card knowing Im new to Rhode Island and told me that they could serve all my automotive needs. It really was a nice breath of fresh air.

The folks here are awesome! I have both my vehicle and my wifes regularly service here. That says A LOT considering Im in the auto biz and yet service outside the dealer regardless of employee discount. The techs are very knowledgeable and experienced, management is very accommodating and honest. They conduct business with a level of transparency that should be industry standard. In my experience there are very few business and people I trust and have full confidence in. This is absolutely one of them.

I got a decent deal on 4 new tires. Small issue after the tires were installed with a sensor, not 100% sure if it was from the work or sensor itself. Either way I talked to the owner and he was understanding and refunded me..

I had no issues with the work done on my car, but I did take issue with the behavior of one of the employees in the shop. The employee was talking on the phone loudly, which is fine, and then I heard him make some remark about liberals, OK whatever fine. However, then he started talking about “Libtards”and then was talking about how Covid was a conspiracy to get Biden into your home. I found this to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior and absolutely will never be returning to the shop again. I honestly never thought I would be writing a review due to somebody talking about “libtards” and the pandemic being a conspiracy in a professional environment.

Okay. Today is Aug 21, 2020, I made appointment at 10.00 am for 1.00 pm to get a tire so I asked them about tire manufacture and size on phone and they told me they have two in stock so I went there after five mile drive, guy said he did not have appointment for me but he asked my information address phone number than he told me he do not carry this tire but he have $25 more for similar tire. Stupid and liar, I do not recommend.

I had some unfortunate problems with my car. I was misquoted by a previous employee and when I called again, I spoke to Rich and inquired about them honoring the price. He explained they were unable to do so because the price for parts and labor were more than anticipated but understandable for what needed to be done. I understood that. As stressed as I was, he kept his calm and composure and assured me he’d take care of me. Not only did Rich come through with the best deal possible, his understanding of my frustration showed he cared enough to make something happen so that I would be satisfied as a customer. And that I greatly appreciated. Once I picked up my car, I noticed I was still having an issue, so I called and asked for Rich again. He told me to come in and he’ll have it checked on the house. Come to find out, I needed more work done, and without asking he did the best he could with finding me the best price for the parts and work, got back to me whenever he needed to and got the work done, all while being a genuine and honest gentleman. I have been a customer of Broadway tire for a few years now and I’ve always been happy with the treatment and services that I’ve received. But the way my car and it’s issues became a priority for Rich just goes to show how committed and right he is for what he does. Scheduled an oil change a day ahead of time for 10:30 am, added a tire rotation when I got there. Arrived at 10:30, didnt leave until almost 1pm. The techs did the work plenty fast but my car was sitting outside for almost 2 hours.I understand they were busy but what is the point of the reservation?

This place is the best around. Very knowledgeable and honest staff. Even when busy, they do an amazing job at getting the job done. I don’t know much about cars but Rich explained the problem so I could understand. Other places have overcharged me because I’m a female. That’s why I will always go to them. I have never had a bad experience.

Broadway Tire & Automotive Premier helped get me out of a Nasty Roadtrip Pickle! Being out of state and getting a flat tire that required 4 new specialty tires and alignment... Was a Bit of an Adventure... Broadway Team worked me in and even did an oil change Last minute... I was exhausted, had been driving 14 hours, had 3 hours sleep. They, especially Rich were extremely helpful and accommodating! Put it this way, I felt like I was at My Mechanic at home, which says A Lot when you are travelling! The staff is good, their nice people. My issue is that twice now my oil change has taken over an hour and a half, even though i was told 45mins on the phone. speedy was only 30 to 40 mins...

First time customer.Went in for mount and balance of new set of tires. Theyre very efficient. Although it was a very busy Saturday, I was in and out in approximately 90 minutes. Im giving four stars instead of five for two reasons:1. There were visible scratches on two of my car rims afterwards. I understand that things like that are bound to happen, so I didnt sweat it.2. The tire pressures were not set to specifications after mounting. The moment I drove out of the place, I got a low pressure indicator on my dashboard, couldnt go back because they were already closed for the day. Next day, I took the car to a gas station and pressures were 29 instead of 35. Even after adding air, the indicator still didnt go off. Had to go back early today before work to have it fixed and Bob ensured it was corrected immediately.Great customer service. Ill definitely go back for more service, maybe, Ill update to five stars.

I went to this place few time. The customer service was super friendly, the price was fare and the service was fast. I had stopped at another garage before this one and experienced a bad customer service, so I let Broadway tires do my car work cause of that. They prefer appointments for some things, but that is fair...they seemed very knowledgeable about vehicles. But I always shop around for good prices, great customer service & experience.

My preferred place to get my vehicle fixed, unless I need body work. Ask for Dale, & tell him Karen sent you. I asked him to recommend a place for me when I did need body work 1 time & I got a decent deal. He is honest & will tell you if there is a safety issue & if you are limited on cash - let him know& ask what he can do with what you have for now- he will do what he can to help keep costs down & do what needs to be done 1st for safety sake & you can come back later to fix the rest. Very decent & I trust their mechanics with Dale supervising them.

READ THE WHOLE REVIEW:- Dropped off my Fiesta ST and a set of new tires to have them mounted, balance and a front end alignment.- Got the car back with an uncleaned rims(they had the tire mounting goop all over them), tires inflated to 55 PSI (car takes 39 front and 36 rear) and a damaged rim (happened during the mounting process)- even though the initial service was poor, the shop manager dale went out of his way to have everything resolved without hesitation. I understand that things can go wrong. I originally gave them a 1 star, but since then, I have updated to 5 because of the great amount of care dale took trying to resolve the issues.- I would give them another shot next time I need work.

Great service, awesome staff and more than fair prices for the service.During our recent visit on May 27, 2020, our experience was not so pleasant and reassuring. My sons vehicle was brought in for Pulsation Diagnostic-steering wheel pulsates over 45 mph during acceleration and when braking. We had this issue previously twice in the past and on both occasions, it was due to the both front CV shafts/axels. This was suggested to the salesperson at the desk upon arrival and during scheduling.Well after nearly 2 days with no updates or communication, the transmission was drained and filled, assuming that was the root cause and because it had been 2 its. low. It sadly was not, mindful that Broadway Tire had serviced it last only 1 year prior! On day 3, both front axels were replaced once again, after discovering that had been the cause of the Pulsation. Not to mention the wheel lock key broke, so all of the special wheel locks had to be removed and replaced with regular lug nuts.I have never had a problem with Broadway Tire until this occasion! No communication and/or updates is unprofessional and not up to their normal standards. Furthermore, I should not have been charged for transmission fluid drain and fill, especially when it was serviced by them the year prior and the replacement of the lug nuts! I was disappointed this time around... So my previous rating of 5 stars went to 2.

I have been getting my oil changes at Broadway Tire for almost a year. They have a Groupon deal for $32 (prices recently went up to $42) and service is quick and easy. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and have dry senses of humor lol but I like it. Would recommend for oil changes, as that is the only service Ive ever received there

Great experience at Boroadway Tire in Pawtucket. Very helpful and informative getting a suitable tire on our new Tesla as original equipment was not suitable for New England winter. Reasonable prices and able to store our other tires until summer. Well gat all our tires here in the future.
