I just moved to Rhode Island and I wanted to buy some blue hair for braiding. I went there and when I couldn’t find it and went to ask the worker there, they were so rude for no reason. I just asked if they had any blue hair and they gonna answer me “well if it’s not there what do want me to do about it.” I still kept my cool because I needed the help and they didn’t even have something as simple as that. As a first time customer definitely will not be returning there, and I would actually recommend Two Unique brothers hair supply store. More variety and the staff is very friendly.

Not from around here and when I went into the store I had purchased two human hair wigs. When I brought it home it started shedding so bad you can see the wefts on top. I call to try and figure out what to do because it was about 150 dollars and the person says it’s a final sale and they can’t do anything. No one had said anything to me about this so called policy. When I was checking out the person was rude and on the phone. No one said anything. Then they told me they had signs. Where? Because I could not see them wherever they have been placed. I’m really upset.

Today was my first time coming time coming into the store. I was feeling shy, seeing as its my first time buying a wig. The employees were very kind and helpful. I was able to get a beautiful wig at a reasonable price. I enjoyed my visit so much that I want to go back again tomorrow.

This is my first time coming to this new location and it was not welcoming AT ALL! I only came due to the availability on Sundays.I am an avid customer the Armistice location, so to be treated like a thief or criminal at the new site doesnt fly right with me!The one NON ASIAN employee that worked there was somewhat helpful and didnt put me at much ease once she explained the stores absurd policy!The policy states that if you dont ask for assistance before handling any hair and you dont buy it, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AS A PURCHASE! Ridiculous 😠FYI: Store manager Jhon......1) you can catch more bees with honey than vinegar! 2) maybe if you put more effort in getting to know your customers, youll soon realize that not all are out to steal!

I went there to purchase a wig and when I asked for help, the owner told me that the girl who helps left and would be back shortly. Evidently, he couldnt be bothered to get a wig down for a customer. Then when the woman who works back there returned I told her I wanted a long, straight synthetic Black wig with no lace front and she tells me they dont have it which was complete bull! It was a wasted trip and I went there for nothing all because people were too stupid and rude to do their jobs!

John the manager here was so rude. So rude and disrespectful. I was there at 7:25 to pick up an eye brow pencil. He opened the door at 7:26 to tell me he closed at 7:30. This man literally pushed me out the door even though I pleaded with him that I just needed an eyebrow pencil.John put his hands on me during this encounter. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Ive never felt more disrespected and publicly humiliated in my life. Never going to any beauty works again in Rhode Island again.

Upon arrival I was greated by 2 people. A male and a female. I assumed the woman was another customer and upon requesting assistance learned she was an employee. Great service and advice.
