I had a great experience with this company. We first met with Joe (one of the owners) he went over all our options with us and even changed my mind on what I thought I wanted originally. Every person who came from this company from the contractors who did the build up on our cabinets to the plumber who installed our faucet was kind and answered any questions I may have had. We love how the counters came out and our kitchen looks beautiful. We did our research and this was the third place we went to look for counters. The prices were the best, and they had a huge inventory too. Everywhere else made you go to huge warehouses and offered no help when you got there. We were super impressed with everything. All the workers were super friendly, on-time, and certainly experts in what they do. We appreciated how if we had a question Steve always responded right away and was great about returning calls. The counters themselves are gorgeous - we highly recommend the blanca statuarietto quartz.

From the beginning to the end of the process, I was assisted by an in-store sales representative who helped with determining color and type of stone and coordinated the cutting of the stone and its delivery. My husband and I had just bought a home last December and we were looking to have our kitchen updated. We had a family friend paint our existing cabinets but we needed to find someone who would do the countertops. We found KCCNE. When we walked into the business, they were so nice. They were patient with us as this was our first home and I am very indecisive. They gave a quote which was extremely reasonable prices. However, we decided personally to pause the project as my husbands father became ill with cancer and we had to care for him at the end of his life. Unfortunately, my father in law did pass away. This our second time in using KCCNE. We were extremely satisfied the first time and thought it couldnt have been better. This time it surpassed all expectations with a pleasant surprise at the end. Instead of a three week anticipated wait to have all of our bathroom countertops and sinks completed ; we received a call eight days later and notified us they were ready to be installed. Absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in to the goodbyes when the job was totally done it was outstanding customer service coupled with a great price (we got other quotes) and professional and courteous and friendly people to assist from the very beginning. Went through KCCNE for a waterfall island in my kitchen. Some things to consider: they would not install the cabinets b/c the job was too small. New to RI, so luckily we had a guy that had a guy. Also, the cabinets did take time to come in-around 2 months and they were different brands but I could not tell other than noticing that inside. And the area for a microwave was too small for a standard, so I have to figure that out.I was able to get an appointment very quickly. This was in June of 2020 (Covid) and most places did not even respond to my inquiry. I appreciate the quick response for appointment. My appointment was in store and pretty quick. I knew what I was looking for so it went really well. Any time I called or emailed, my inquiry was resolved very quickly. The installers for the granite/marble were swift and the main guy was very detail-oriented. He had to make some adjustments but he did a great job of leveling, measuring and matching the sides. They also wore their masks.They had a good selection available for view as I was able to tag the two slabs that I wanted to match and I was provided with visual examples of the cabinets and the style I was looking for.Overall, it was a good experience and I would go back to discuss other projects.

Tara winter helped us choose our stone and gave us advice on the sink, edges, etc. Everything happened fast and without delay. Our project manager Stevie kept us updated and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. The installers were very professional and thorough...nothing was rushed. The demolition was clean and the preparation was meticulous. We were also provided with the name of an excellent painter who refinished our cabinets (which now look brand new). A fabulous experience.

Great experience from start to finish. Free gourmet coffee, gorgeous show room (with some associate vendor displays too), plenty of friendly and competent people working together to get the order.Large selection of granite, quartz, marble, either remnants or whole piece. We picked a dark Grey granite with a white seam running diagonally thru the slab. Production trimmed it so that the seam runs diagonally thru the sink.Team of three installed quickly and came on time. They had to return to drill the hole for the soap dispenser two days later when they could bring an exact bit.We put the sealer on and we are good to go!We ordered the sink, faucet and dispenser on line, but we could have done a one stop shopping right there at Kitchen & Countertop Center on New England. We already had a plumber and electrician from previous renovation, but they can provide them too.Very happy with the results and will be a long term customer for any future needs. Highly recommend.

We originally went to a different countertop place, recommended by our contractor. But we wanted a special order and they dropped the ball big time, which delayed our kitchen renovation. Everyone that was involved in our project treated our house like it was their own. Our project went from a kitchen remodel. To moving walls, adding windows, moving and changing lights, switches, outlets. To changing the bathroom size and shape. To new floors and paint on the first floor. We had the best experience with KCCNE who built us our our dream kitchen. It involved taking down a supporting wall and remodel the whole kitchen starting from the studs. We searched for granite countertop companies for about two years. Each business promised good prices, but ended up adding on costs to their initial prices. We would get excited to purchase granite, then sadly, would give up again. Fast forward two years. We walked into KCCNE for a small piece of granite for a side project. We were met by Bernie who was competent and caring. He listened to our project needs, and although he couldn’t fulfill our side project, offered to quote us a price on our granite countertops, stating he could improve on our other quotes. Their granite is top of the line, with beautiful pieces that were higher quality than those we had seen previously over our two year search. There were several edges to choose from for free, and the underside was completely polished for our overhang of 10” for our peninsula (which is often an additional cost). Bernie is not your typical high pressure salesman (or we wouldn’t have even talked to him about countertops at all) and has the patience of Job (we changed our mind several times on different sinks, granites, and trims and he went beyond the call of duty on our behalf. Joe, the owner, was able to work within our budget. We chose to do the demolition, leveling, and plumbing ourselves, to save more money.We also have to mention their delightful secretary and greeter, Frankie, who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, valued, and to help us however she could.To top it off, Joe’s son, who is probably 12 years old, greeted us with better communication skills than most adults. We look forward to when he can join his father with even more responsibilities as he grows into this job. What a treasure he is!Onto measuring and installation: the quoted time for Rodrigues to come to measure was estimated at a few weeks. In three days, he would have come had we been ready! We asked for a slight extension of time to prepare the space properly. He was competent, caring, and thorough. As we debated sizes and distances with each other, he was ready to give an opinion when asked and had great experience which showed as he spoke with us, appropriately guiding our decisions to an excellent fit for our home. Overall, his job took only an hour, but he played a very important role in making our home look as beautiful as it is now.Installation also came faster than their estimated time, and that was fantastic as we were so excited for this day to come! The team of Alejandro, Sebastian, and Julian were amazing. They work so well together and you can just see their passion for their work. They start by rolling out a rug to keep from tracking mud in from outside. They then place the granite gently on the cabinet tops. After placing them down, each works in his own space, and they seem to do a beautiful choreographed dance through the space as one tackles the kitchen, and one in each bathroom. Then, they seem to switch around, with each doing his specialty to perfection. There was a special piece of granite in our bathroom that had an exceptionally porous stone near the front and Alejandro removed the small blemish with a special glue or sealant that made it look perfect. All of the pieces were then sealed by the team and we were given detailed instructions on how to maintain them.We asked for a special backsplash in the kitchen and the team measured separately and came back two days later with the most beautifully cut backsplash, which they installed quickly and efficiently.Would we do the job with them again? Definitely!

I appreciate KCCNE because they are responsive and professional. When working with contractors, its often hard to tell whats going on, when theyre going to deliver something, or what options you have.As someone who went through a kitchen cabinet and countertop re-do for the first time, I was anxious, but KCCNE helped me feel confident in my options and what I was committing to. When I called regarding a question, I usually got a response within the same day.My project was getting new cabinets and countertop. They recommended I use my own contactor which I did. The first step was sending out one of the owners to measure and assess everything. Then, a designer does a mock up and walks you through the materials and layout. This helped visualize everything. I picked out a countertop during this step as well. I received a quote within a few days and got my shipment within a couple weeks. After the cabinets were installed, they measured for the countertop. They installed the countertop as well, after it was cut to size a week after.Even though it was clear they were busy with lots of customers, and my project was on the smaller side, they made time for me and didnt rush me. I am happy with the value of the project.

Couldnt be happier with our counters that were recently installed by KCCNE. They had exactly what I wanted in their yard. Once I was ready for next steps they quickly had a template made, a layout appointment and the installation occurred 8 days after template. Faster than I expected! Everyone who was part of the process from sales to installation did a great job. Cant say enough about the crew at my house who did the installation. They were amazing. The counters are beautiful!

My experience with KCCNE was terrific. On the day of my countertop purchase, I received a promotional discount that I was unaware of heading into the center. Leading up to my installation, a member of the installation team was frequently in communication and explained the process well. I went to KCCNE because we used them for a kitchen install at a rental property and they showed up when they said they would. I am happy to report the same results with my home kitchen remodel. The entire construction team is well trained and professional. They offered professional advise when asked, which was helpful when you were trying to decide where to place a light or plug. The entire team is more than accommodating and you can clearly see they want their customers to be happy. They were honest and trustworthy which is not easy to come by these days.

The salesperson was good at selling countertop (even gave sink for free) but person we assisting us that day didnt go over that the plumbing for the sink wasnt included and when they came out the day of install that removal of some original wood molding need to be removed. I am giving 4 stars NOW because the owner, Joe P. really cares and reached out to make right what his employee rushed/ ignored going over. We love our new kitchen. We were cautious who to hire for such a big job, but KCCNE has exceeded our expectations. From the moment Eddy (the owner) has met with us along with the rest of his staff and workers throughout the project, everyone has been very professional, full of knowledge and have been a pleasure to work with. They always left the place nice and clean after finishing the job each day. From start to finish everyone made the process painless even thru the Covid 19 pandemic that presented a variety of issues which were all overcome with no stress on us. Many thanks to KCCNE for converting our old house into a modern home! We kept the exterior walls mostly the same, but the entire house, except the basement, is brand new. Believe it or not, the project was completed while we continued to live in the house. This feat took careful planning and coordination led by Kelli and creative solutions crafted by Joe Mele. KCCNE completed the project in two phases with a short break in the middle so we could catch our breath and move from the untouched areas to the newly completed ones. The finished house feels substantially larger, has a massive kitchen with excessive counter space, open floor plan, and a beautiful master bath with a few extra luxuries. We used to feel cramped with a few friends visiting, but we recently had a BBQ with eighteen family members and had plenty of room for everyone.

We purchased granite countertops for the first time at KCCNE. I was a little overwhelmed by the selection and unsure of whether we needed granite or marble. The customer service was exceptional. They were patient while I asked a million questions, and when I requested to see each style several times. They were beyond tolerant of the fact that I had my 9 and 11 year olds with me... welcoming, actually. They offered them multiple cups of hot chocolate and chatted with them. That meant a lot. The fact that I was made to feel comfortable and confident dealing with an issue I was so intimidated by is a testament to KCCNE’s exemplary customer care. I would recommend them to anyone.

KCCNE was wonderful. I worked with a few people to find the right countertops for kitchen and bath and handles and knobs. They worked with me to find the right color scheme, type of substrate and were very knowledgable and accommodating throughout the process. I had one small issue after installation and they fixed it promptly! I would highly recommend them.

Like most, I am a busy person that has little time to provide reviews but for exceptional cases. KCCNE is one of those places that deserves my precious time. Their stone yard is enormous and has nearly every type granite and Quartz worthy of consideration. From the sales staff, to the fabricator to the installers, everyone was a pro and responsive.I had countertops done for a beautiful high end home in Foxboro that was in need of renovation. This included the kitchen and three bathrooms. Prior to purchase, since I am a perfectionist, I personally had contacted them over a dozen times and they were very patient with me. I also went to two other stone fabricators for prices and KCCNE was not only competitive but was slightly lower than the others.They then sent out Rodrigo to take measurements and unknown to me, he comes equipped with a tripod laser measuring device and laptop to make the most precise measurements. My kitchen has an island and a separate countertop seating area. Rodrigo was able to provide me with at least 3 different choices on the radius and design of the seating area and island due to a state of the art computer program. I was thus able to see on his computer how the design would look without having to second guess what was being said. This allowed me to design the kitchen exactly how I wanted it to look like without guessing.Fabrication was next and approximately a week later I received a call from Matt that the slab of quartz I selected would not be large enough to cut and accommodate the the wide swing of the seating area without the movement of the quartz veins looking patched instead of flowing as they should. Matt suggested another quartz from same manufacture that they produce in a larger size but was only slightly different. I was reluctant at first but ultimately thought about his advice and boy was I glad I listened to his professional opinion. It was certainly the right choice and without his advice it would have looked awful.If I wasnt impressed enough at that point, the installers came out and began the installation in the most respectful and careful way possible doing everything to not create any mess or dust in the process of cutting out faucet fixture holes to making sure it looked flawless. At the time, I expected my new Thermador cooktop to be in along with my exhaust downdraft unit that sits behind the cooktop. Since it wasnt, they suggested that they come back once I had received it so that there would be no mistake in sizing in these appliance cuts. I found that only a professional would take the extra time to do that. It only get better, I had ordered a new bathroom vanity and that too was late as a result Covid-19 manufacturing delays. Rodrigo also came back once again to measure for a perfect fabrication and installation and for a third time the installation guys needed to do their thing. All of this was done without KCCNE asking me for a dime more for their time and energy of making numerous trips.I will be doing another bathroom for my mom and there is no need to shop around because the pros at KCCNE cannot be beat.Paul

Thanks to Kitchen and Countertop Center of New England we got so much more, and for much less than we planned . It all started with David, who spent the time to understand us. He showed us our options without any sales pressure. We never imagined the quality, and the options we would end up with. He went far beyond just selling us cabinets. Then came Leo, their electrician, who took our basic idea of dull basic lighting and exploded it to what we never imagined. Leo went far beyond just adding all the lighting that enhanced the new kitchen beyond our imagination; he treated it as his own . Without asking he fixed, added, and completed electrical that I never got around to finishing! Then we got to meet Rick who came to install the cabinets. Again, he took it to the same level as if it was his own house. He took the time to explain the install, the hardware, and every facet of the cabinets as well. As a result we ended up with a kitchen far beyond As our wildest dreams at a price less than anyone else or what we imagined. Workers and a product like this can only come from a company that reflects the same attitude! We recently had a vanity granite counter installed by Kitchen & Countertop Center of NE. They offered a large selection of remnants that fit our needs and provided good guidance in the selection. The cost was very reasonable and the installation on time and very quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any remodeling needs.

The selection of stone countertops at KCCNE is overwhelming! This has to be the largest selection of stone in New England, and I found the prices to be competitive. The installation crew was top notch....They were professional, and did the complete kitchen install within a few hours. If youre in the market for any type of countertop do yourself a favor and stop in here! Like their billboard says....Get your wife the stone she really wants! Highly, highly recommend!!

THE ENTIRE WORK WAS EXPLAINED TO US IN DETAIL AND RECEIVED OUR APPROVAL ON THEIR SUGGESTIONS ABOUT NECESSARY CHANGES. THE FINISHED PROJECT IS BEAUTIFUL, WE RECEIVED MANY COMPLEMENTS FROM OUR FRIENDS. I used KCCNE when I was remodeling my master bathroom. I purchased a beautiful custom vanity with 2 pantries as well as the granite for the countertop and the shower bench. They were easy to work with, both in picking out cabinetry and the granite, and communicated regularly throughout the process. The cabinetry was ready earlier than they had predicted, which was great, and the granite templating and installation was very easy on my end. I would definitely work with KCCNE again on another remodel project.

Our experience with KCCNE was truly a pleasure. We have been searching for countertops for the last 3 months. We went to many companies. I found Countertops Direct online and I could not be more happy. We made an appointment for someone to come out and measure. They brought all the samples of granite and quartz along with sinks and faucets. While at the house we chose a countertop and they put it on our kitchen so we could see what the end result would look like, this made a huge difference. The whole process was seamless from the initial appointment to the final installation everyone was so great. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Workers were good/pleasant but communication was terrible.Had multiple issues with my install and was left with no explanation or timeframe each visit. Had to call multiple times to get updates and was left without kitchen sink for over a month. Would not recommend.

We absolutely love them! Just had them install quartz countertops for our kitchen remodel. Due to the pandemic our cabinets from elsewhere were delayed by several months leaving us without a kitchen. Once they came in, KCCNE prioritized us to have our counters installed quickly. They are absolutely gorgeous and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!!

I went with KCCNE for new granite counters in my kitchen and Im happy that I did. I received a few quotes before going with KCCNE but they were the most affordable, offered the best selection and had financing options available. One of the owners came to my house to take initial measurements. He was nice, professional and made me feel comfortable choosing his local company over the competition. The only negative feedback I have is that the time to install after the template took about 10 days which was longer than other companies I received quotes from but KCCNE made this clear when I accepted their quote so not a big deal. I did however have an issue with the backsplash piece that was installed. The original installers said this piece didnt perfectly fit up against my wall so they wanted to cut a new piece and come back to make sure it fit perfectly. I agreed this would be best so I waited an additional week to receive the new piece and was disappointed to find that it still didnt fit flush up against my wall. This was a different installer but I feel he should have noticed this was not satisfactory. I didnt notice initially because my fridge hides this issue. It still wasnt worth me contacting KCCNE to fix but it was a bit disappointing since I had to wait that extra week to only find it looked the same way. Overall, still happy with my counters as the price point was great.

I just purchased a new granite kitchen countertop from KCCNE. They were fantastic all the way around - the salesman was knowledgeable and had great ideas on style and cost savings. The scheduler was also great, very professional with excellent follow up. The template person was very good and helped me to create exactly the custom island I wanted. Installers did a great job as well. I would highly recommend them!

KCCNE and Countertops Direct has completed our kitchen project that included countertop, sink, a dishwasher and associated plumbing and electrical work. This was a very satisfying experience. Everything was done on schedule and on time. Their work ethics takes me back to a simple rule of ISO (International Standards Organization ); “ say what you do and do what you say”. From the initial visit to discuss stone to the final touches of completion, this was hands down one of the best experiences. I came in to replace and update countertops and a backsplash for my kitchen and I couldnt be happier. The service was on time, on budget and communication occurred throughout. There were a few details towards the end that they even went above and beyond to handle and left my kitchen spotless. I will and am using them again for future projects.

Bernie, our sales rep, took ample time showing us numerous samples and directing us to the perfect remnant. KCCNE also had a large display of vanities to look at and we were able to find one that met our taste and size needs. They then offered suggestions and carried out the remodel detail oriented. KCCNE has exceeded our expectations! We were leery about choosing a top tier remodeling company to do our kitchen project because we knew it would come with a hefty price tag. Of course it would have been easier and cheaper to hire a contractor and manage the project ourselves but we didn’t want the headache or burden to try to stay on top of it all.Our decision to go with KCCNE was a wise one. Not only do they have the management and expertise in-house but they also gave us a sense of ease throughout the project. We aren’t going to say there weren’t any bumps or challenges along the way but we were able to iron them all out in a timely manner.As the project was underway we had a change of heart on a few different items and KCCNE was flexible to ensure that we got what we wanted. We were also able to have our fireplace refinished as part of the project, which came out perfect.KCCNE should be commended for their quality of associations. They gave us recommendations on where to shop for tile, appliances, plumbing hardware, doors, windows. lighting and even recommended a flooring contractor to refinish our hardwood floors.KCCNE never tried to pigeon hole us into using these suppliers and shops but after we did our research we wanted to ensure that we maintained the level of quality throughout the project.Our kitchen project consisted of a complete remodel. We wanted to go with an open floor plan which meant a major disruption in our main living area. This included moving all of the living room furniture into a Pod. Our first thought was that this was going to be nightmarish but the project planning was executed to perfection. KCCNE accommodated us when possible to help minimize the impact to our daily lives. If we had to do it all over again, we would certainly choose KCCNE.

Everyone took as much time as we needed and carefully answered all of our many questions. The KCCNE team made the selection of cabinets, trim, and tile very easy for us.Demo and construction went along smoothly. Every KCCNE trades person was friendly and professional and asked me repeatedly if there was anything else they could do. When discussing KCCNE with them, to a person each one said how much they enjoyed working for KCCNE and what a good company it is. I’ve never heard a full team agree on anything, especially their employer!Throughout this project communication with everyone at KCCNE was easy, and we were provided phone numbers for everyone with instructions to call at any time with any issue. (there were none).During our initial research of companies, we interviewed and got estimates from 2 others. KCCNE was the last one. I met with Joe and immediately told my wife “this is the company that we want.” They weren’t the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, but I could tell that they would do the best job just by speaking with Joe.We are so glad we hired KCCNE!
