Awesome olace left for a while but went back

Dont go here, i got hung up twice and they were not nice to me on the phone

I don’t know what happened to this place..i been going here for years and they were so nice..but now i realize they’re all about money... my last visit was about 3 years ago, it was pointless i left from there with no contacts (which was the point of my visit) because my insurance was about to expire, ok understandable, then when i was trying to walk out they stopped me to charge me a co pay I’m guessing...that day i had no money so i told them to bill me. Weeks and months after the visit they were mailing me the bill non stop so i finally paid it made a new appointment...3 years later today i call them to simply get my prescription information so that my uncle who owns a eyeglass store in NYC can Gift me new glasses but nope the lady on the phone basically told me they can not give me this information until i pay for my missing appointment from 3 years ago!!! I tried to compromise and tell her my situation was not all that great 3 years ago then she started speaking to me with an attitude so i told her it’s fine i will make an appointment at a another eye dr up the street she and hung up! So i called the other place got an appointment a week from now as a new patient problem solved !

Been going since I was a child. The doctors are awesome and I always receive great service from the girls behind the desk. Very pleasant experience every time.

Dr Jonathan Kaplan best Doctor always take good care of his patience and great eye exams and he explains and problems and he listens to questions recommended family eye care to family and friends

Everyone here is so sweet and efficient. I never have to wait long, and they make sure youre happy with any eyewear purchases.

The doctor is very well mannered and nice, unfortunately cant say the same thing about the younger girl that checks in patients, not nice at all, since she is the one checking in patients all day the least she could do is have some manners instead of chit chatting with the girl sitting next to her.

Few weeks ago I called and I had the worst customer service ever, the lady that answered my call was so rude. So I gave it another shot called back and spoke to Beliza which was so pleasant over the phone. Mercedes helped help me out ordering the frames that I wanted. If it wasn’t for Beliza and Mercedes I would’ve took my money elsewhere.

They’ve always helped me find the right glasses! They have great brand varieties, and are very helpful.

I never do the glasses there again. I paid 269.00 cash and the lens had a crashed I took it to disgust it and left it to me just as bad work. I dont come back and I dont recommend them to anyone. They deceive the public.
