I frequent this establishment often, the owner Ben is so kind and does anything he can to make sure your needs are met. He is personable and friendly always. I have always had a welcoming feeling whenever I go there.

Not surprised about low rating on here, but definitely i got on fight with the guy here about over charge for the second time.

The guy who works in evening shift who drives silver suv infinity is EXTREAMLY RUDE, He screams and yells at customers like a mental patient. When you ask him for help or where is the item he acts like he will kill you or calls you stupid. This person have serious anger issues. He have zero sense of customer service. Owner should consider firing this individual because he is horrible for his business. Stay away from this store and boycott this Business.

The owner likes to talk shi*t about customers and call customers drug dealers behind their back to other customers and to his employees also don’t kno why they’re called a deli they don’t even carry deli meat I’ve seen the same turkey there since I’ve been going there 5+ years I’ll be sure to never shop there again and will be letting all my friends who also shop there not to go, I recommend BK cigars on Broadway in Pawtucket
