I had the strawberry stuffed brioche french toast. Very dry, chef didnt soak the bread long enough. Should be custard like. Cream cheese stuffing was non existent. Had strawberries and whipped cream on the plate that was good. Side of bacon was very good, crispy.My son had the Salmon Benedict, he really enjoyed it. Coffee good as usual. Service was great.

Very clean relatively new restaurant. Opened just before pandemic hit. Had to shut down. No reopened. Good freshly cooked food. Service a little slow. Waitstaff friendly.

I loved this little Diner. Service was fast and courteous, and most importantly the food was delicious. My Western Omelette was packed with flavor, my white toast was perfectly crisp and buttery, my home fries were hot and delicious. My boyfriends Brioche French Toast melted in our mouths. Delicious and flavorful food with fast and friendly service. Highly Recommend!

I really enjoyed the quality of the restoration of the diner. They took great pains to restore it to a 1941 look. I had breakfast and the food was excellent and reasonably-priced: pancakes, eggs, home fries, sausage and toast were under $9, and the food was great quality and there was plenty of it. The restaurant was very busy in both the diner and the attached dining room. Ill definitely return when Im in the area.

First-time but not the last time. I had the crab cakes Benedict with home fries and grilled onions in them. Very good, my brothers like steak and eggs and they have both steak tips and Delmonico steak for breakfast so they will be going there shortly

Lorraine Diner is a new take on an old and well-loved method of obtaining sustenance and a successful one. This refurbed railcar replica does appear authentic, and the food they serve mostly emulates diner standards from many years ago, both for breakfast and lunch. My Reuben was quite tasty, even though I omitted the 1000 island dressing; the fries were better than average, and the coffee seemed a little thin at first, but actually got better as I drank it. Overall, Miss Lorraine is worth another visit, soon.

This place is a hidden gem! Was completely blown away by their upgraded space. The service was top notch. We came for breakfast and indulged! The menu was fairly priced, the portions were good, and the quality of food was nice and fresh! Definitely returning.

Have never had a bad meal. A must try for breakfast is their lemon ricotta pancakes and lunch I enjoyed a tuna melt.

My husband and I went to breakfast here this morning for the first time. The restoration immediately takes you back to the 40s. The back dining room is so bright and clean. The staff is so pleasant and attentive. Our breakfast, the Fall River Omelette, was delicious. Will definitely be back here real soon.

Absolutely horrible service. Ive eaten at many restaurants and have not had this bad of service. Waited long time for food. Plus any service, drinks and such. Barely had two words spoken to me. Waited and waited for my bill and to pay for it. Food was may be 2 out of 5. No real flavor in the home fries or pancakes. Definitely not worth a visit.

Food was okay, nothing special, not particularly hot either. Definitely under seasoned. Service was horrible-4 staff on, 6 tables including ours, I waited for coffee refill for 10 minutes; we waited for our check for another 10. Frequently passed by and not checked in on. Definitely a disappoinment, dont waste your time for this mediocre food and dismissive service.

Absolutely delicious! We have been on all different days at all different times and even done take out. Does not disappoint on any meal. Their omelets are amazingly gooey, they put a lot of cheese and your meat/veggies. Their pancakes, no contest. 100% best pancakes Ive ever had. I have a hard time deciding omelets or pancakes everytime. I want to go every single day but I have self control lol. Their lunch is really good as well, but breakfast is their star! You will not be disappointed no matter the day time or what menu you order from. Love Miss Lorraine. Staff is wonderful as well.

BEST southwestern omelet I have ever had! The sauce on top was SUPERB. The home fries were cooked to perfection. Steak and eggs were fantastic. So happy this place was able to reopen!!! Shout out to whoever curated the menu!

I have now been twice to the diner. The diner car was renovated beautifully and the back dining room connected to the dining car in the building behind was also well done.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I cant understand the negative reviews on price or the food not being good. The food I have had was great and the prices are very reasonable. I have had the Crab Cake Benedict and the Fall River Omlette, both were amazing!I have been searching for a good breakfast place for awhile and I can honestly say this is one of the best I have had in a long time. I will definitely be coming back for more visits. I recommend everyone give this place a try!

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese burrito and the bacon wasn’t cooked asked for well done home fries looks like they were barley cooked.

The food is amazing and so well priced! The brioche French Toast was so fluffy and delicious! The servers are very kind and even though it’s brand new and they are learning the menu they were so helpful and informed. Highly recommend, will be returning soon, probably tomorrow!!!

Never heard of tofu scramble made with tofu cubes...had waaay too much liquid amino acids, which ruined taste...asked for rye toast, got marble.Scrambled eggs were dry and flat...home fries were well done.Service was adequate and coffee excellent...but $23 for two breakfast??

If you are looking for the whole experience of dinning in a train car, I give it a 5. Theyve renovated wery well! The local family business is worth visiting. The food was good but a bit pricey. Great coffee.

Food took over a hour to come out. I had the fish tacos and was still hungry after finishing them. Prices were pretty high. Going to go back and try breakfast because I still have high hopes for this place.

Food was great, service was great, location is neat! Would come back!Had the crab cake Benny which was delicious, it was not bready, had lots of crab! Everyone at our table enjoyed what they had - I really don’t understand the people leaving bad reviews, the pricing is not high, and the portions are not small.

First dish of the crab cake Benedict came out with hair in it, sent it back and promptly received a replacement which was nice. But the food quality itself was overwhelmingly bland. It sure was warm matter. The home fries were overcooked then fried, no seasoning. The Benedict also had no seasoning toppings and relied heavily on the included crab meat for all flavor to carry the dish, which it sadly didnt. Theyre new, Im sure this is just growing pains and theyll get sorted out, but for now (February 2020), I wouldnt recommend it. The sourdough bread was great though, props to that.

Beautifully restored Diner! Service was awesome! My food came out within 15 minutes dispite restaurant being super busy. Staff was very professinal and friendly. The homemade corned beef hash breakfast was very delicious and I cant wait to come back for lunch.

Prices are very high for the area. I also don’t like that they don’t offer a kids menu, which is very costly for a family of 4. The food is tasty (thankfully) for what I paid.

The service was terrible our waitress needs to find a new job... food was terrible it was cold and the quantity is definitely not worth the price I’m very disappointed and to top it off I ordered steak well done and there was blood pouring from it 😡

We sat in the back bar area. Open floorplan, small bar selection for now. Truffle fries were good, but needed a few seconds more in the fryer to get the crisp outer. Short rib mac & cheese was just ok, cheese roux was bland (needs worcestshire or tabasco). Fish tacos were good, but slaw needs less liquid to keep the cabbage crisp.Our Old Fashioned were excellent, just the right amount of bitters, and the citrus was thoroughly muddled.
