Probably one of the best experiences buying a vehicle, new or used. Our salesman, Jason Daeseleer was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. The value vs the cost of the truck we bought was about what we expected but without any of the back & forth or long delays ( let me run this by my manager!) We were introduced to the service manager who pointed out a few un-familiar features on the truck and assured us if their were any questions or concerns, to come directly to him and ask. I applied online for a vehicle, I talked to a Salesman by phone and told him which vehicle we were interested in and he said okay he will work on it and I never did hear from him and I really doubt that he even processed our application... because there wasnt even an inquiry on our credit. So we are very disappointed and I guess Phillips Auto doesnt need our business.

Great people to do business with. Visited the dealers in Nampa... they were flat out rude (wouldnt let us think over a 15,000 purchase for a day and blocked us from exiting the door). Come here if you want to be treated like a valued customer. We were not rushed through or pressured into a major purchase. They let us take our time test driving several different vehicles until we found a car we are happy with. Quick to answer our questions and guide us through the buying process.

Phillips Auto treated me right. I bought a Dodge pickup from them. When I picked it up, they were replacing the wiper motor. After I got home, I live in Rupert Idaho 215 miles away, I discovered other issues with the wipers. It was better for me to drive back to Payette 215 miles, than have a shop around home to fix it. These folks do you right.

Absolutely awesome! Called them on a Friday they came and got my pickup within 30 minutes and had it fixed and ready to pick up on Tuesday. I give major props to the guys in the shop. They took care of me in short notice and I am more than grateful!

Bought a truck from them. Customer service was good, but truck wasnt detailed when he mentioned it to them they said they would make it right when we dropped it off, they never did. Straw wrappers in the door, mirror in the visor was so dusty it had writing on it, dash was dirty. Truck was a great price though. Definitely not what youd expect from a dealership.

We bought a Dodge dually from this place. All that the good ole country boys could say was that they had this amazing 40 point check list that they put all their vehicles through. After we bought the truck and had too many issues to list, they admitted that this paticular truck was in the shop for something like a turbo replacement and they never got around to that 40 point chick list that they boasted about. When we went into their office after we called and discussed the obvious issues with the truck with the owner, the young cowboy talking salesman was rude and acted like he had never seen us before. He wouldnt even say hi. Our bad decision from buying from the Po dunk place. never will buy from them again. There absolutely has to be better places to buy cars from around here! We were trying to support the outlying area businesses and car lots, but have had a lot better luck from local Boise dealers. sorry. We have put hundreds of dollars into this vehicle shortly after the sale. Totally discusted with them. They are gypos.

Very very disappointed! Did my research Philips Auto had great reviews and being a newly bussiness owner myself wanted to support local. Went in Jacob showed me some trucks did online application,text with Jacob same day was waiting on approval. Next day tried to get a hold of Jacob never responded to me and here its is 4 days later and still no word from Jacob. I did go in Wed lucky me he had the day off another sales guy looked into it we were approved but Jacob lacks professional courtesy. I can difanetly say as a bussiness owner I will not recommend this place to anyone! Guess I will go buy my truck somewhere else. My friend took her car there to be fixed, supposedly it needed a water pump, then a month later was told needed a new head gasket, When I refused to pay $1600 for a head gasket, was told I should take it home and put it on Craigs list. Then 7 mos later was sent a bill for $113.00 for the towing of the car last April! Very poor customer service Bryce Phillips!

If you are shopping for vehicles Phillips Auto has a fair selection of cars and a few trucks aswell. While there my grandfather he found a Ford Taurus 2003 pretty run of the mill really. No extras just simple, I kelly Blue Booked it and told my grandfather (hard of hearing) that the retail value was $500. less then the car sales man was offering it for. Few moments later the car sales man comes out to tell us dont talk em outta a good car deal and that phillips cant even buy em for that much . He sounded like he was pretty upset and didnt undersand Im looking out for my grandfather best interest. He also said If you dont like the price then go somewhere else WOW I was kind of blown away by his statement. Just a little pushy. Unfortunatly my grandfather really needed a car and payed cash for it anyway. I hope we like the car better then the Phillips auto salesman. Maybe youll have better customer service then we did.
