Not too bad of prices as far as cartons go but definitely have the best selection of cases for smokes, lighters, smoke orderizers and ash trays!!!

Cassie made what could have been a terrible experience, a good one.However, I bought a torch that cost me $40 and then when I reached out to corporate, I got nothing back. The first torch I bought didnt work at all so I had the employee check the second one in the store and it worked one time when she checked it in the store and then quit working once I got it home. The products are cheap. The only thing this place is good for is the fact that they sell tobacco.I wish the situation had been handled better and I had received at least a partial payment of my money back. I could have learned the lesson by not getting a full refund, to never buy anything from them again. But now Im out $80 since I had to buy two torches and neither worked.

My cigar was a little too moist but it was a budget cigar. They have a great selection of sticks to choose from. The cashiers were friendly. I give 5 stars for exceptional and the humidor was a tad small for that, Ive seen chain store walkins larger but like I said great selection and a great store overall. Pricing was average for the selection.

The Manager Santana is a great employee and treats customers with respect and kindness goes above and beyond she is a defendant keeper she gets my five stars

Im not a smoker so going inside there to patronize is an assault to my senses and I leave stinking. If they are going to chain smoke in there all day they should have some air filters. I would go in there to get incense but every time made me sick and STINK. While it is probably a fine business for smokers to patronize, I am no smoker and therefore believe I have no business there so I now go to Ontario for my incense.I cannot say much about the workers as any time I went in they were busy chatting up others smokers while they filled the tiny building with smoke and I was completely ignored or spoken down to for interrupting their chat session. Im sure they are fine people, just not for me.

I have never felt so disrespected with these people until today!! I went through the drive through and asked the lady a question about the prices of the smokes I had just bought because I spent less than I usually do in Caldwell and she very rudely said they arent 50 cents off thats not what I asked.. So I asked her again and she stared at me and closed the window!!! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Need new people who show respect to your customers cause you just lost yet another buyer!

Went into this location and ask for a specific number of smokes, the lady wouldnt give them at all, so my husband goes in and goes and gets me more and she denys him the number as well. Not sure what the point of a business if you arent willing to sell your product even if they are 75 cents off! Very rude and disrespectful.
