Despite the claims of package delivery services not performing their jobs well recently, Ive had excellent experiences with Payson Packing.The location is convenient, parking is easy, there are no lines, (or very short ones) the people are kind and helpful, delivery services include UPS, USPS and Fed Ex, and prices are reasonable. There is small town helpfulness here, and I recommend this business.

I have gone in on 3 different occasions and done shipping and faxing of documents. I have found all the employees very friendly and professional. They can package up your item for you also. And they are very knowledgeable on shipping options. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to ship or fax items.

Great customer service. In multiple times weekly. Staff is super helpful and eager to help. They go out of their way to help in every way they can. They continue to show me how a small business values their customers. Appreciate everything they do.

This packaging store has given me great service for over a year. They have even helped me saved money on many international packages.I gave them the wrong address on a package the week before Christmas. They e-mailed me alerts on how the package was quickly rerouted, and the package arrived just in time!

Very friendly and helpful service. Id forgotten to print something before leaving for a trip out to an area without any service; this was my halfway point. The gentleman there was able to print it no problem!
