My truck had rust in the bed due to a plastic bed liner. They used a patch panel for the bottom of the bed and repaired and repainted the rest of the bed. They also repainted the doors after fixing some rust that was beginning to form in the bottom. They also cleaned up and treated the frame for rust while the bed was out. We had to wait for the patch panel, but once they had that they worked quickly. The did a beautiful job and I am delighted with the work they did!

I recently had both of my vehicles repaired at Maaco Peabody my Pontiac Firebird formula and Chevy Silverado SS ! Nick and the TEAM where great! I couldn’t be Happier with the Outstanding body work and paint job virtually flawless Color match is perfect on both car/Truck I had damage on the left front fender of the Firebird repaired and painted and rust cut form the right rear quarter panel removed from the SS and painted the Tonneau cover and hood flawless. 👌🏻

He showed me around the shop and to my surprise there were a few classics in different stages of restoration. Nick and I discussed the project in detail and agreed on a fair price and scheduled the job. The day Nick called and said it was sprayed and in the booth, I drove over to check it out. The car came out far better than I could have imagined. It looked better than new! If you have a classic car and want an affordable restoration this is the place to go. These guys do great work. If there was a Louvre for auto body work, they would have an exhibit. They did a great job repairing my 2019 Chevy Bolt EV,which was hit when it had less than4K miles on it. They also took care of rental car and courtesy rides.

I was able to schedule an appointment for today, 10am. When I got there they were closed. It was disappointing. My advice would be to call and not rely on their website to schedule an appointment.

My experience here had pros and cons, but the cons definitely out-weighed the pros . I brought my Mercedes to them for collision repair as they were recommended by MetLife. The damage was somewhat minimal but still took over a week to repair. In addition to the repairs, I asked them to check out a window that was having issues rolling up/down. When I got the vehicle back I was met with the unpleasant sight of slashes in my window tint, and other interior distress, like to my leather console. The vehicle is a coupe, so I understand it can be difficult to navigate, but I expected theyd be a little more careful. The cherry on top of the whole experience is the quote I got for the window. The owner completely lied to me about needing a whole new regulator, and wanted to charge me $870 for the repair. I shopped around and took my car into a different shop and found out the regulator motor was just fine. $450 later Im right as rain and happy I didnt fall for the Maaco swindle. The good parts of this experience were: the damages were covered by MetLife, they waxed the exterior and got rid of some scratches, and they did a good job fixing the damage from the accident. All-in-all a very mixed bag of pros and cons

I had such a great experience at this bodyshop. I went to few bodyshops to get an estimate for my car and this location gave me the best price and they fixed my vehicle faster than I thought they will. I highly recommend them.

The reason I am writing this review is because from the moment I arrived Nick was rude. He had a rude attitude and way about him that was very unprofessional. I felt that the quote he gave was overpriced even after me explaining I had an old 2001 Ford Escort I didn’t want to spend too much on, the price he gave was just not reasonable for what I needed and what they would do. I had an unpleasant experience all around. Honestly after reading other reviews I was a bit skeptical about going here but decided not to judge by others and their experiences and try it for myself. To me Nick has poor people skills and how he treats people clearly fluctuates from person to person which is unethical. I write this in hopes that the next person gets treated better than I did.

As a female in my 20s, I wouldn’t go to any other shop. Nick and Winston are trustworthy, fair, and do amazing work. They work quick and are extremely easy to communicate with when it comes to questions you may have. I feel safe working with this location without having my fiancé involved to cross check pricing. They’re a no nonsense shop! Thanks for the work on my Jeep guys!

This place you should definitely avoid. Nick I believe his name is was just arrogant and rude.Put that aside. Went through with paint job and now totally regret it. Paint dust under paint from their lazy horrible prep work. Now these spots are chipping off and rusting. After only 3 months. I brought it back and he said thats not our problem. So i disagreed and told him its still under warranty but he refused to honor it. His reasoning was that my driving habits may have caused the chipping. WHAT. I drove my car 8 years with no chipping problems until an accident I had and ended up at Maaco in peabody but like i said it was awful.

I had damage to front fender of my pick up from a tree falling. It is a 12 year old vehicle used periodically. I wanted to get it fixed and not break the bank. I took the vehicle to Macao Peabody where I met Winston. From the start he was very professional and I knew he knew his product. He quoted me a reasonable price and turn around time. In the end it was done a day early and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the outcome.

These guys sprayed two bumpers for me along with my tailgate off my Ford Pickup. Quality was top notch and customer service was just as good. Nick at the shop whom I’m assuming is the shop manager was super friendly and accommodating. The paint job looks beautiful besides one minor thing, you can see where the paint has driped right near my door handle it’s no biggie because how often is someone going to be staring at your door handle. Other then that I wish the timing was a little faster to be repaired but it is what it is.

I called them on a Wednesday afternoon because the sheet metal on the bottom of my Honda hit something and bent downwards. This caused it to scrape the road at times. I asked if they could look at it and possibly repair it. Winston asked me to come in next morning at 8am. So I did. They looked at it right away and 10 minutes late said it wasnt broken and they were able to bend it back in place and it wa all set. I asked how much...he said nothing. I said no way I have to give you something. He also box of Joe from Dunkin Donuts would be nice for the guys. So I went to DD and got the coffee and some donuts, bagels and cream cheese for them.I just have to say its nice to find honest good people today. They had no obligation to see me right away or to do it for free. Good people and I hope you will consider them for any work you may need on your car.Thank you Winston and Team!

Dont bother going to this Maaco. Awful job on paint. Imperfections everywhere. Dust under paint and paint peeling. Whats even worst is that Nick the man that runs this franchise does not honor warranty. He will make up anything else rather than honor his warranty. Not worth all the trouble and headaches. Go to a real body shop.

Our 2005 crv is still in great shape and easily has a many more miles left in her. Used as our “garden car”. She had some body rust over the wheel well that needed to be addressed - no other body issues. Every quote was 2500+++.Macco had a quote for 750 .....with fear on my part, my husband talked me into using macco Peabody .....what a fabulous job!!! I was so happy with Winston’s honesty and courtesy. It took a bit longer then expected but they made sure to thank us for our patience .....frankly I much rather have a good job then meet a time line.

Unfortunately, I have had to bring my car there twice within a week of each other. Some people just cant drive in the snow... sucks for me and my car!People in the shop were great. Im not sure what others are experiencing... You deal with your insurance and they deal with the shop. I stopped by to see the car a couple of times and the shop was great.Ill go there again and I have already referred my friends and family... it might be a drive for some. Lol

Im so thankful to have gone to Maaco, after being turned down by a dealership because the job was too small! Winston hung my bumper and replaced a tail light in 30 minutes for under a hundred. This was 1/2 - 1/3 of what I imagined I might get pinched for this job. That is how it is done!

Awful experience. They said the car was going to be fixed in about 3 weeks but it took them over 6 weeks and I had to come back like 3-4 more times to fix things that they were supposed to fix but didn’t fix. I felt so frustrated but could not do anything at that time because my car insurance had already sent them the payment check . I ended up paying rental out of my pocket because the car insurance only covers for 30 days and it took maco almost 2 months fix it eventhough they said it was going to be done in 3 weeks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go some place else. I have to add that the paint started peeling 3 months later and notice one of the rear lights was not installed correctly . Smh

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took them 6 days to repaint my bumper due to problems and mistakes, and in the process missed 5 scheduled appointments for me to pick up my car. First and last experience at Maaco.
