Brought my truck in for windshield replacement. The guys working there were very nice. However, after I left something was hanging off the rear view mirror so I went back and they fixed it. Then I realized the next day that the side blind sensors were not working and read that it could have to do with recalibrating the rear view mirror. Brought it back to them and they recalibrated it but it still didn’t work. Found someone else who knew what they were doing and recalibrated it and it’s working fine.

They requested Yelp but, um no. But I will tell you I had a great experience there. Did a drop and go... the car was done sooner than expected which was great. Most importantly, I had concerns about my rain auto sensor. And though they couldnt resolve my particular issue, not only did they listen but the tech took the initiative to make calls to dealers to see what could be done. This is what I call true customer service. I would highly recommend this shop.UPDATE: Not sure what they did but my intermittent wipers are now working! I am absolutely thrilled!

3 weeks they did nothing to help me. First time i waited a week after setting up an appointment, they call me 1 hr before and tell they have no glass. This is not a my problem! Any professional is able to find this glass for 5 minutes. Second, they have schedule a new appointmment in 2 weeks. Today, they came and tell me they could not change my windshield, cause i have a rust under the resin trim and this is company policy blah blah blah. They leave me without a car for 3 weeks, i do not care about any rust, i just need it to be changed. No matter what.This is very unprofessional behaviour. I think, they just did not want to work, and seek for any reason to skip. 1 star. Stay away.

They tried. After several failed at-home installations I had to drive the car to their shop...not so terrible. The rubber strip that’s put in place top of the glass came off while driving on the highway. Have to setup an appointment to get it fixed

I got my windshield replaced about a month ago. It was poorly installed. Wind was coming through and leaked water going thru the car wash. And the left a mess off my Jeep. Dirt and footprints. They stepped on the moldings to replace the glass and didn’t bother to clean up. I got it re done yesterday. No problems with wind. Not sure what will happen going thru the wash again. And they left my Jeep even worse this time. Dirt, footprints, AND black glue on the inside and outside of the windshield AND on my dashboard. I’m not going back to this location.

People were good even though there were issues with getting glass for my car.(not their fault) but cant give 5 stars because they left loose glass inside my tailgate that makes noise and cant get it out.

Repair was done timely and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. Unfortunately the tech left the interior of my car dirty(bits of residue from the replacement process all over my dash, dirty boot prints on interior, etc.). You would think if they noticed someone keeps a clean car they would leave it the way they found it. Just screams lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful. Would never take my buisness there or recommend anyone else. Not a good feeling to have your property disrespected.

Excellent quality of new windshield and wipers replaced. Didnt have to wait long either. They communicated efficiently with my insurance company to schedule a quick appointment. Only problem was wipers were not snapped in all the way and had to fix it myself.

I had a chip repaired here and had a great experience. Scheduling the appointment online was a breeze and both the gentleman at the counter and the technician Al were professional and welcoming. I had a great experience here. they replaced my windshield in literally ten minutes. they handle all the insurance issues. even the form is short and sweet. scheduling was a breeze.

They verbally insured that it would covered by our insurance and would be no problem to install without first confirming the insurance claim..and now have been harassing us, threatening to sue and REPO THE GLASS IF WE DONT GIVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

My daughter recently moved to Peabody and on the way there her windshield was damaged. The gentlemen assessed and fixed her windshield fast and was very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Great service. I booked my appointment online,this was a good experience. They were ready for me when I got there even though I was very early. The reseptionist was very kind. The waiting room was very comfortable with many magazines and a window to watch them work on your car.

Replaced the glass from my 2018 Subaru Impreza. Failed to snap on many of the plastic trim bits on the window, which I had to do myself after the appointment. I also found that they installed the windshield incorrectly, resulting in my heated wipers not working and my cruise control acting up. I left the car there all day for them to do this job and they still did it incorrectly and inefficiently. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone knowing the experience I had and I wish I had received some compensation for their failure..

Im very disappointed by the service I got last winter. On one hand, the service was fast and they replaced my front passenger side window. I should have taken it back right away when I noticed that when moving the window up and down, I heard scraping and grinding. Problem is, this was during the winter, so I never really put the window down during the winter. Later when the weather got warmer, the grinding was still there and soon the window stopped working. I had to hold the window up with a wedge.I never took it to a repair shop until now. I finally did so and parts and labor was $350. They confirmed that the regulator stopped working because of all the glass shards that Giant Glass left inside it. They didnt even vacumn the broken glass out of the door frame!!I am appalled that they couldnt take 5 - 10 minutes to remove the old broken glass out of the door frame, when they had it open anyway to put in the new glass. Now, $350 later, the problem is finally fixed. Thats $350 I had to pay since they didnt do the job correctly. Thanks Giant Glass for the giant hole in my wallet!

Had an Infiniti Fx35 a few years ago that Safelite took a MONTH to fix (remote I must say). After that, my rear view mirror fell off, rubber seals were tucked horribly... I was not happy. I drove up the street to Giant Glass and asked them to fix my car at any cost!! The technician fixed everything and I was so happy. I wanted to pay for the services and he said no. So I bought him lunch! A couple days ago we had a snow storm and my 2015 VW Tiguan has a cracked windshield!! Well I decided that Safelite was NOT going to be my choice so I GOOGLED window repair in my area. My Giant Glass guys were on the list and I didnt care if I had to pay out of pocket. I cant believe how easy it was... I am still in a Disney Princess fog an how well they took care of me. Even Tiggy (my 2015 Tiguans pet name) was humming like a fairy princess. These folks are solid. Will recommend them on every conversation! This shop is top of the line and Im going to recommend them every chance I get!

Did not have the best experience at this place. I would not recommend them, windshield was leaking and I had to do several trips to the shop to get the problem solved.
