My wife and I stopped in to Sleep Number to gather information regarding a new bed. We were introduced to Barb, who couldn’t have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable with the products and very thorough with her information. She was very patient with us as we examined and tried out the various beds. We did not feel any pressure to make a decision at that time., but based on the information and answers to our many questions, we returned and ordered our new bed, along with some accessories.
Very professional, accommodating, clean, no pressure experience. Brittany was fantastic in taking time to speak with us, figure out our needs, help determine the best options and finalize the sale. Setting up a private viewing was really easy, all by text.
A wonderful and surprising experience. We entered the store not quite knowing what to expect. Soon we were staring at a screen above out heads and saw where the pressure points of our bodies were on the mattress. The right sleepnumber envelopped me like in a hammock. We were expertly guided by the salesman and tried all the mattresses until we decided on one. We can’t wait until the bed arrives and we can slumber like babies.
DO NOT waste your time or money on the mattress. We got the memory foam queen size for 4K and it is literally an over priced airmattress! My husband and I can not sleep in it it deflates and I sink when he gets out of bed, even better we called to have it taken back and they make you keep it for 30 days before you can return, we obviously went out and got a real mattress in the meantime. Do yourself a favor and get a tempurpedic!!
I had the worst experience with this company. Dan at the sleep number store was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I set up the delivery of my bed with no problems with Dan. I received a text message the night before to confirm delivery. 1 hour before my appointment, I got a phone call saying there was a scheduling conflict and my bed wouldnt be delivered for 2 weeks! I had already put my old mattress outside to make it easier for the delivery team. An hour later it rained, soaking my mattress. The customer service rep pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and to pound sand. I purchased another bed and had it in 3 days from another store. I called customer service to cancel and heard someone pick up but didnt respond. Then I hear Can I use your lighter? Then heard them hang up. I would not recommend this company. Customer service is horrible and unprofessional.

I was involved in a car accident and I suffer multiple broken ribs while I was at the hospital my family order me the bed it was supposed to arrive September 21 then I realized they order to the wrong house, I called back to change the address which was only 5 minutes away from the original address we had placed the order to and now my bed doesnt come until September 28 why another week for just a 5 minute difference???? Hello I spend $1900 on a bed and Im basically had to wait a month for it !!!! Im in extremely a lot of pain and they absolutely dont care! Not a nice way to treat their customers. I shouldve just went with a different mattress company that actually have their beds on stock.
After a disappointing visit to a Tempur-Pedic dealer (because of poor customer service), we decided to try out Sleep Number in Peabody. Brittany greeted us as we walked in and without any pressure began to carefully explain the benefits of the sleep number beds vs. the temper-pedic, specific to the way we sleep. We were in desperate need of a good nights sleep. We received excellent service from beginning to end. We debated between two mattresses, and Brittany helped us to determine which one was a better fit for us. She was very knowledgable and patient with us as we went back and forth on our decisions. With that said, we not only purchased a sleep number bed and mattress but also ordered a new headboard, and sheets. We are looking forward to our delivery!

Was very pleased with the store. Clean. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The sleep number experience interactive bed set up was amazing to watch my stress points disappear as bed adjusted to my number I bought the c2 split king with flex base 2 .
We went there on Thursday intending to purchase a bed. We knew what size we wanted, and that we wanted the adjustable base, but were not sure which model. We got there around 4:00/4:30, and found one employee helping a couple. “I’ll be right with you” she said to my husband. We were there for well over an hour. That was our one and only interaction with her. She spent the entire time helping the other couple, not even stopping to ask if we had any questions, etc. They laughed. They joked. They compared birth dates, etc. Finally at around 5:30, about 30 minutes after we had chosen our bed, we decided that she did not deserve the commission from our sale, and the store - having only one employee for such a high priced product - did not deserve the sale. We left. She didn’t even yell to us to have a good day!
Had an excellent experience at Sleep Number. I did quite a bit of homework before going to the store and was well prepared. Barbara, our Sleep Number Associate, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful (not pushy), and offered suggestions that fit our needs. She followed up with an e-mail, answered some additional questions, and we closed the deal the following day (after doing some precise measuring at home). Our new bed arrives in a week or so...excited!
Had really only intended to see what sleep number was all about but after several demonstrations I knew this was the bed for me. The salesperson was very professional and well informed. I bought the bed and more that day and im very excited for its delivery!
The Salesperson Andrew was very knowledgeable about the beds and went through everything with us. He even brought us over a couple of cold bottles of water. It was a pleasure working with him.

Purchased a mattress with an adjustable base. Very impressed with the quality, customer service, and delivery. Barb Barbagallo is a standout- she contacted me when a mattress I purchased went on sale a few days after I bought it and helped me get the reduced price.
A Sleep Number bed is an overpriced air-mattress. I foolishly got one from this location thinking that I could try it out for 100 days because thats what my trustworthy salesman kept repeating when he called and emailed us multiple times-to not miss out on the once in a lifetime sale-that happens annually. Since nothing is actually refundable. Im stuck with regretful purchase. I now have myself an overpriced air-mattress along with a FlexFit adjustable base that isnt compatible with any other mattress.If anyone out there actually believes this is the bed for them-id like to sell mine. King, limited edition, full spilt, feet warmer, everything that Andrew was able to get me to sign away on-I have it. Feel free to reach out!
I would NEVER suggest buying a sleep number bed. not only are their beds over priced, but i never received the credit card i was supposed to get to make the payments and the bank they go through to make payments is absolutely ridiculous and they make it nearly impossible to make a payment. literally any other company would be a better alternative to this large inconvenience.
Imagine how bad this was if I have to write my first online review ever, about this experience.What started out as a good in store experience turned into an aweful buying experience. The transaction took too long to begin with but we were excited for our new bed, which we went way over our budget for since we liked the bed so much.The next day the manager calls and said they forgot to add the box to the order. This is after they forgot the brackets the first time which caused a big delay while in the store. Adding on to that when the retail customer service team called to confirm the update to my order, since the store couldn’t fix their own mistake, she kept being short, abrupt and anything but understanding that THEY messed up, not me. She said my delivery date might change, and I mentioned that it can’t as I took time off from work that day already. Her response was “It is the way it is when you change your order, the delivery date can change and there’s nothing that can be done.” The issue is I didn’t change anything, they screwed up and continued to. The phone call with theirnretail CS team was with the store manager and even he tried to correct this phone agent for being anything but cordial. Keep in mind I’ve managed high volume call centers for 15 years and I’d never have someone on the phones at my company who spoke like this. Especially when the company was at fault.It’s a good thing they have a dynamic product but their customer service and buying experience is less than impressive. I have 2 weeks to decide if we keep the delivery or cancel before then. It’s amazing how the after purchase experience is so important and they failed in a big way here.UPDATE 1/24/2019 - We never received the first bill. We got the second bill telling us we missed a payment. Tried calling to take care of the payment but I they cant tell me how much is owed since the account is in my wifes name. I get privacy policies but its a bed and I have all the information to access the account. Im trying to pay you. Why make it so difficult. Everything about this experience has been beyond horrendous. Spend your money somewhere else. Not worth your time.PS: Not to mention they never brought our frame on delivery, but charged us for the brackets that we didnt need. Store told us we had to have the frame but never put it on our order but had the brackets.
