This Barnes & Noble is one floor which makes it super easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly, though it is very difficult to get someone to help you. There is usually no one at the customer service desk, and when there is there is a line that usually will take about 20 minutes. If they can hire a few more staff this will be bumped to five stars.

I brought my kids to pick out a few books. My 7 year old has already finished the diary of a wimpy kid series and was looking for something similar. He asked for a chapter book with not too many pictures. The woman working in the kids section was awesome and had a couple of great suggestions so we went with both! So far he is loving the big Nate series and is already halfway through his second book. Well be back soon for more! Thank you for your suggestions!

Store manager LISA is very rude. Dont understand how she works in such a friendly place with a attitude like that. Other than that, great place and great stuff. Do something about your management.

There are not a lot of options for buying books in person. B&N has a great selection, especially for my kids. I also like that they have board games and other non-book items.

Big box consumerism at its best. Impersonal. Staff did not know anything about the games I wanted to purchase. When I asked, they literally looked online and read me the reviews.

This is a great book store. Its not part of the mall, so dont worry about foot traffic. Book stores are slowly dying, so lets keep the ones remaining in business! Plenty of options here. Movies, books, magazines, toys, etc. They have a Lego table for your young ones to play at!

If you like books, this store is a dream, the prices are in the high end but they have good specials and very nice people there.

So so so fun. Great displays of new books in every genre, and friendly staff. Also a nice Cafe, because books + coffee = happiness. I particularly like that they have lounging areas to peruse your selections, because I like to give my books a test drive before buying.If you buy more than say 8 or 10 books a year, I would recommend getting a membership for the discounts. Mine paid for itself on day 1, because I bought maybe 6 books and my wife bought a puzzle. Ask them for details though because my membership purchase may have been at a promotional rate.The only bad thing I could possibly say is that every Barnes and Noble seems to carry more or less the same books. It doesnt have that small independent bookshop vibe. Then again, I could browse at B&N for days and days and find something new every time. So, yep! Happy reading.

Lots of books, educational toys, magazines, knick knacks and cafe available. No DVD section. Store can be a maze. Large childrens section.Update: Sunday afternoon, March 2021; The place has changed! Gone is the Nook displays. There is a Mandalorian display through. Baby Yoda/Grogu Legos on display in the older children section. Starbucks available. Food and drink were good. Browsed the childrens section. My kids took an interest in the Sesame Street section. I added a ⭐ because I like that there is enough space to move around.Facemasks required to enter store. Hand sanitizer available.

Great chain bookstore for most reading needs. Very helpful staff, just not enough of them. Here you can touch the books and leaf through them, select childrens toys and games as well as books, find related gifts to reading, discounted books, and order books that arrive quickly. And plenty of parking! May this chain continue and thrive!

No matter how technology advances, nothing takes the place of walking in Barnes and Noble and smelling the fresh printed books. They also have so many other things to offer; albums, up-to-date collectables, and all manners of writing needs. I will never tire of walking the aisles and getting a chance to read part of a book before purchasing it. Barnes and Noble keeps us from becoming totally dependant on our computers to buy some items. Its a trip everyone should take time for. See you there.

Not sure if its because of Covid but selections were lacking and seemed to only stock best sellers. I used to like to browse a bit and find books that peaked my interest instead of feeling steered into choices...

Many different books. Plenty parking. Handicap accesssability. Plenty bathrooms.Close to highways. Near bye is Northshore Mall n Restaurants to eat. Gas station is close. Car dealerships near bye. There is different drinks n food to eat. Excellent service n fast n happy staff.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Store is organized, clean and well stocked. I was disappointed with seeing a family using the store as their personal space and having little to no boundaries. The children running everywhere and making a mess of the toys and books, while Dad was shopping with no awareness of his childrens actions and Mom sitting on the floor feeding her toddler and getting baby food on the carpet. I felt bad for the staff member who followed them, cleaning up after them. So unfair and rude to staff and customers.

Their book selection has gone way down..you can tell politically which way this book store leans due to the titles..but I guess the writers pay extra money to put their books out where you can see them when you walk in so that may give the impression that they prefer left leaning customers..Im pretty neutral with politics but I felt out of place in here..My 11 year old made similiar observations in his section regarding a great deal more female titled books that include girl or woman but I had to explain to him there are plenty of male books, its just that they dont include the title men or boys. The gender is usually not emphasized.I know books are a tough market nowadays but I do miss just hanging out for an hour or two skimming through some books and magazines.

Kind of dark for a book store. Also, I expect them to have books in stock instead of offering to order it for me. I have the internet, I can order books too. I realize it was just after Christmas when I was there but when life-size Eloise greets me at the entrance of the childrens book section, I expect Ill find the book on the shelf. Nope.

First of all. A little bias. I use to work for them in Concord, CA. I simple love this place. I love books. I have had over 600 at one time. Then donated them before moving. Not all, but most. This store is no exception. Most associates know what and where you need to be. Very helpful. Love the way their using technology in the stores now. You’ll almost always find the coffee full. Selection is always great.

Weve been to this location a few times. It is a good size store with plenty of books from which to choose, be it a new release or a classic. They also offer toys and electronics (e.g., the Nook) and well as food and drink. The staff is friendly and courteous and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. There is also plenty of available parking.

Fantastic book store. Staff is very cheerful and helpful while it has a lot of spots to quietly read my favorite part of the store is Starbucks where some very lively characters work and gladly chat you up while they prepare your food.

They have some very nice books in this place I have not been here as much as I would like to. But it is very convenient AnD the employees are very helpful and kind. Which makes your trip to Barnes & Noble that much more pleasurable and comfortable.

I love to come here to relax and browse..they also have a great card and gift section. Lots to choose f re om with such a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Its my relaxing place to go.

Nice laid out store per usual for the chain, HOWEVER their wifi is very finicky here, at least for laptops. It finally connected for me...then 5 minutes later dropped out for no reason. I tried asking a staff member about it and was met with a shrug...

One of my favorite Barns n Noble stores to visit. Location is convenient for me, staff are always friendly and helpful and ready to talk books! Place is clean and their clearance prices are awesome as well for those on a budget!

New setup is awful, and it is impossible to get any customer service help..sorry, a year or even six months ago I would of given 4 stars

They have a large selection of books and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is helpful. They have comfortable arm chairs positioned by some huge windows so if you want to read, you have plenty of light to do so. And the whole place smells like coffee from the cafe, its great!

I love going to bookstores. On the rare occasions I went to work with my father we would invariably visit the Battles and Noble in Manhattan. A multi floor bookstore crammed packed with books and narrow isles. The pictures here is of the store in Peabody, MA. The coffee shop is a Starbucks. I come for a late and to browse new books and staff recommendations.

Excellent visit except for a couple that was near me who is very rude and ignorant speaking at a very loud level and some foreign language. I am all about Free Speech as I am a constitutionalist but that is not appropriate in the library setting. This store is very clean and very accommodating for whatever you were looking for in the staff is very helpful and hard-working

Would be a 5 star review but I don’t feel safe in there sometimes. There are suspicious characters in there creeping on women. Wish they would hire security to walk around frequently.

Do not order something online and have a BN store hold it for pick. Chances are that when you drive there it will not be waiting. Its much easier to go on Amazon and have it shipped 2 day to your house. Also, Before buying a book check and see if your local library has it in stock.

Great bookstore, hugh selection. The staff could be more helpful and friendly. I needed to use the restroom before I started shopping. I asked where it was. As I was walking away the staff member I asked mumbled under her breath I bet shes not even going to buy anything when I asked her to repeat herself she acted as if she had no idea what I was referring too! Fortunately for Barnes & Noble they were the only one that have the two books that I was looking for or I would have taken my business elsewhere! I did speak to the manager about the employees rude Behavior, she said that she would speak to her but I could tell by her attitude that that was probably not going to happen.

This place is so helpful. it always has some there to help you and its so calming to just sit down and read a book sometimes.
