Great over all experience with Jim. In working with him and explaining what I wanted for my Street Glide Special he knew exactly what would work for my budget. Jim put out a plan and followed it and came out exactly where he said. His expertise and knowledge of bikes is incredible. He is meticulous with your bike and service is outstanding. He stands by his work and really exceeds any service I have gotten within this automotive industry, I highly recommend Jim and Superior Systems. I had a Viper remote starter installed several years ago as a gift. It is still working great but I recently went back to get two new push-button starters (lost one and wore out the other). The owner was very helpful both on the phone and in person. He knew my schedule was tight and took care of me right away. As a small business owner myself, I recognize and appreciate a good product and even better customer service.

I only trust certain people to work in my motorcycle and Superior Systems did NOT disappoint. Jim walked me through everything from start to finish. I highly recommend them. My system sounds great.Thank you!

This place has a long history going back to the 1990s of being rude and other negative issues but I give them another shot ever 5-10 years. This time they were closed during a work day so I called asking if they had anything online to look through. No because he said they are a brick and mortar shop and online and email doesnt work for him (the owner). Sorry it should be about what works for the customer, not what works just for you! And you cant claim that youre just a brick and mortar shop when youre not even open during working hours on a normal business day!

Jim transformed my motorcycle into a completely different bike. His knowledge, expertise and quality of work are excellent. I was trying to get a custom stereo system installed in my Corvette. After getting the run around at one of the major stores, a friend of mine recommended Superior Systems. Well, Im glad he did! Jim was able to sort out all my equipment and made sum additional recommendations. All of the work done was done very neat and meticulously. Well, let me tell you, my new system sounds excellent! I love it!

Needed some custom bike work done on my 2015 Road Glide. Shop is clean and not cluttered. Work was done impeccably, using bubble wrap and tape to make sure not only the parts were installed correctly but parts taken off the bike as well as parts that were still on the bike were not damaged in any way. I will definitely be returning.

Needed a new key fob for an old car with an aftermarket remote starter. Nice guy, good quick service. At a fraction of the cost of the dealer.

Jim did tint of my work van and I couldnt be happier. Perfect job just like when he did my pickup truck. Jims shop is very clean and I find him to be very personable and professional.

The gentlemen at the desk who I assume was the owner was rude and disrespectful. He also wouldnt answer some simple straight forward questions, which made me leery. When in doubt treat the customer with some respect. The only reason I came in was because the other shops in the area are booked solid. But at least they were informative and polite.
