I had a small get well arrangement sent to a friend while he recovers from surgery. He was so surprised when the fruit arrangement arrived inside a cute get well bucket. The fruit was “just right” to eat. It was fresh, sweet and presentation was so attractive. I was elated as I am not near by and hoped it was as displayed on the site. Thank you for delivering a quality product

Ordered an arrangement online for Mother’s Day. It was supposed to be the petit red velvet cake berries with strawberries with both milk and white chocolate drizzle. This is NOT what my mom received. Not a huge deal but my mom loves white chocolate and that is why I picked that specific arrangement. Other than that they delivered in a timely manner but, if you advertise a certain type of arrangement, that’s what should be made. For any reason it couldn’t have been done, I should have been contacted. She said it was delicious anyhow but I am upset that it wasn’t exactly what I ordered.

I ordered something for my girlfriend. Order arrived on time to her workplace. One item was missing so I called the store. The woman was very helpful and they refunded me the money for the missing item. Great service.

They contacted me to see when the best time for delivery would be, and where to leave the wonderful fruit, at the best time so I would be home from work soon, although the insulated bag that was used kept everything fresh and delicious. I came in near closing time on a Saturday for a box of chocolate covered fruit for a gift. They were out of boxes but the woman was kind enough to make up a fresh box for me even though they were cleaning up for closing. I have purchased several items from this store. Great quality and nice staff.

This is very specific feedback for the particular branch in Peabody, MA I ordered from. My Mom passed away the same week I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my wife on a 10 year anniversary. That week we received 4 Edible Arrangements from different locations. The Peabody one was by far the best, the freshest fruit without wilted drip and bloomy chocolate that had obviously sat for a bit. It is a weird week when you get so much chocolate covered fruit. The Peabody branch was by far the best.
