Alby was a gem! They helped me pick out the rose jam shower jel & really listened to what I was looking for and also gave me sample of other ones to try. Such a pleasant experience, they were sure to maintain the safety guidelines and not let too many people in the store which made me feel safe! I will definitely be back for more. Love their soaps, but I wish they would offer more sales. They are definitely expensive and I only shop during their once a year sale- literally, it is once a year.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! I love the Rehab shampoo, the American Cream condotioner, and the American Cream shower gel!!! I highly recommend those products and this store to everyone. And the employees are very very nice people. Plus you can try the products before you buy them!!! Best store EVER!!! All the products and most importantly all the employees are wonderful! I went into this location on 3/16/19 around 12:00 and was helped by the most wonderful employee (receipt says employee #2979797, my pregnancy brain has me forgetting her actual name) and she went above and beyond to not only show me products I had wanted from seeing them online but also recommended products for my pregnancy and then just products she loved herself. She had complete knowledge of everything in the store as well as lushs history as a brand and she was excited, cheerful and beyond pleasant. I couldn’t have thanked her enough for her help and I recommend this location to any and everybody!

I can only really speak to their bath bombs. They are fantastic. Sizeable, luscious, relaxing and fragrant. The fragrances are amazing and with a great variety including seaaonals. I am not usually one to indulge in a luxury product but once I tried one, I knew this was my go to pamper myself thing. I keep trying lesser priced products and nothing I have tried so far compared. As to the rest of the store, they have a great selection of soaps, shower gels, lotions and hair care. All with the same attention to amazing fragrance and luxurious pampering. They donate heavily to charity and all products are made using only cruelty free ingredients and are their end product is tested on human volunteers.

Amazing service!! Kelly and Gianna are incredibly helpful, they broke things down in a way that was understandable to a guy. I highly recommend going to the Peabody mall location, all of the staff there know the product. Look for the girl with the old school glasses, she’s fun.

My daughter lives this store. She has very sensitive skin and prone to breakouts..there face masks are all natural..as well as the lotions and bath bombs. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about all there products

There bathrooms smell fantastic, the tooth paste works great and the customer service is fantastic

I had the best experience at this store the other day! Ive been to other lushes and had good experiences as well, however Ive never had the one on one, in depth help with products. I have bad acne and Ellen sat there with me for a long period of time and we found a combination that I liked. Ive been using each one every day as she explained and my acne and redness is already so much better!

Just wow! Today June 4th i went into lush for the 3rd time in 12 years. . . i met two wondeeful women there who helped me feel beautiful in my own skin. Walking me through and answering my GAZILLIOMN questions. Being on a fixed income limits my spending ... Lush isnt something i can afford but needed to find sometbing to help me sleep better. They found me the most amazing lotion and bathbombs! They also gave samples to try at home of pther products!!! I will tell everyone about lush, especially this location
