I would like to give 6 stars if I could. I have done a lot of research on bathroom countertops. Can not say enough good things about RSK stone. Both their price and service are the best.Every employee at RSK Stone is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. The owner is very honest and trustworthy.The template and installation were very quick and professionally performed.We are very happy with our experience with everyone at RSK Stone and plan to use them again for our kitchen and other projects. Ronaldo and his team worked to build the island of my dreams with a custom stone sink that is one of a kind! He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Went to RSK and found wide array of available product at reasonable pricing. They sent me to two wholesalers for further options....but you only buy from fabricators in this industry, so wholesalers just provide more color options. Just a matter of taste and budget. Raina walked us through whole process...perfect direction, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We shopped other private companies as well as the big box stores. After a month and a half of research, went back to RSK and chose our granite slabs. Unlike other places that wanted half down and 4-5 weeks to install, RSK needed much less down and promised install in 10 days. From time of purchase it was 3 days to when template team came to house to measure all our surfaces...then 7 days later....the install group came back and put all the counters in place. Ours was not an easy job as there were multiple levels of counter-top and tricky angles. We also got the sink from RSK.....cheaper than elsewhere and nice improvement in larger size. The pieces went in like a glove and look great. In an out of install in about 4 hours. And took our old counters with them. Nice people all around, great prices, terrific work. I used RSK Stone in Peabody to put on a countertop for my new kitchen island. The whole process was so quick and easy!! I expected a 4 month turn around as everything seems to be delayed with Covid and companies short-staffed. The entire project start to finish was one week. I was shocked when they said they could come measure and install within a week of me picking out my stone. Couldnt be happier with the job.

Ronaldo and his crew are the definition of “doing business the right way.” I built a new construction residence and hired Ronaldo for the kitchen counter tops, bathroom counters, and wet bar counters. One of the islands was 8 feet and came with a mitred edge along with a sink made of quartz and all came as one piece. Needless to say, the island was incredibly heavy and likely over a thousand pounds. Unfortunately, when the island counter top was brought into the unit, several stairs were ruined in the process. Not only did Ronaldo take this very seriously, but he also put me in touch with someone immediately who came out to fix it. Ronaldo also deducted money off the job for the inconvenience. It was upsetting when the stairs got ruined, but the way Ronaldo handled the issue was very professional and everything came out perfect in the end. His customer service is exceptional and one of his lead installers, Derek, is also excellent. Definitely a great company with great customer interaction. Final product attached for review.

They were great from start to finish. Dropping off samples, answer five million question. To finally choosing the right Granite. The wait time is not bad at all ( mind you my kitchen was 92sq feet lol) Template to install 1 week. And the girls in the office are so nice and helpful. No need to look anywhere ask go to RSK you will not be disappointed.

A first class operation from start to finish. Went to the showroom on a Saturday in January, templates done the following Saturday and installation the next Saturday. Beginning to end 2 weeks. The install crew traveled over 100 miles to our home in RI. Kitchen was a challenge and they were more than up to it. Would use them again and again! Priscilla and Renaldo GREAT to work with.

Just wanted to take the time to thank everyone at RSK for the friendly and professional way that they treated me . Within one week I had the granite picked out ( with Ed’s help) measured by Daniel the next night, they called right away with install date and time and were always right on time ( also they were very very neat) real big factor to me thanks again RSK, already spread the word all over Facebook !!!

This company is really sketchy. DO NOT TRUST them. They promised me the extra quartzite pieces and then they claimed there werent any. They said my Quartzite did NOT need to be sealed, but the wholesaler and every online article says its a must and the installer should be the one to do it! My builder worked with RSK and they made MANY mistakes on multiple jobs - they are TERRIBLE!

We had a wonderful experience with RSK Stone! We did a lot of shopping around to compare prices, services and quality prior to purchasing the new counters. RSK stone was by far the lowest price and the customer service was unreal. We went in to the warehouse on a Saturday, had a template done two days later and the installation the following week. The process from visiting the office to installation was less than two weeks - that is NOT the norm! Unreal. Our counters came out amazing - the seams truly cannot be seen. The custom sink is stunning. Can’t Rec this company enough - look no further!

Such disrespectful people. The sales representative in the office were smoking when my friend and I got there. They helped me and gave me the price which was very high for such a small kitchen, but in the mean while waiting for the quote they were talking in between them another language. People should be at least respectful with others. They may have bought all the good reviews on here! Awful place and experience I had, I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. I was forced by the City of Cambridge to install non-combustible materials around my newly installed stove. I didnt want to do it. Then my carpenter recommended RSK Stone. Barbara, in the office, could not have been more helpful. She suggested I come to see the granite in person and I was glad I did. I had searched on the web and found no match. At RSK I found a perfect stone to match my kitchen decor. They have an amazing selection. The RSK team that came to measure and the team that came to install were masterful - to judge by the beautiful result. I work at an appliance store, and sold a slide in range that did not fit upon delivery. The customer had to have his granite counter top cut for it to fit. This was less than a week before Christmas, and my customer had a party planned for the weekend (2 days away). I called RSK in a bit of a panic for my customer, and they were at his house within 2 hours and cut the granite same day! I couldnt believe the customer service, and promptness of this company. I will be using this company all the time now, and highly recommend them!!

I heard good things about the company, but unfortunately the office management has changed and the person I was recommended to be seen is no longer there (wonder why), anyway once I got there my experience was horrible. Rude customer service, the sales rep could barely speak English and express herself. Then in the office they were speaking another language totally disrespectful. Price was affordable but I would never give them my business just for the bad quality of customer service.

She helped us stay within a budget we set for our countertops and have been very upfront about pricing.
