I called to have my heating system serviced. They said they could send a technician out the following day. The following morning I was told that they would not send a technician since I had not purchased oil from them since last winter...Broke their word, Guess all the previous times I purchased oil and heating services means I am not a valuable enough customer

We are new homeowners and have no experience with buying oil and managing a heating system. Rhonda took the time to kindly and thoroughly answer all the questions I had in my attempt to understand how my heating system works, oil pricing, etc. I immediately felt comfortable and chose this company as our supplier. Just this weekend our heat was not working and may not have been for days as we were out of town and do not know. Dawn was very helpful getting a technician over to the house right away to not only fix the problem but also check on our pipes and make sure our house was okay. We are very appreciative!

We were paying ridiculous prices and the customer service was awful on top of it. Then I called Stadium Oil. Got the answering service, and the Owner Ronda called me back personally within THIRTY SECONDS of me leaving the message. She was absolutely fabulous. Answered all my questions, got me signed on with her and I had my oil at 7 this morning. Its nice to know companies that have that personal touch still exist. Use Stadium. They rock!

I have had the best experience with last minute calls and processing. They are truly ALL for customer satisfaction. With all the competition, I couldnt be happier with my choice in Oil Company, if you are on the fence, PLEASE give them a try, you wont regret it!

All of the bad reviews on here, I can’t believe it! I spoke to Rhonda. I am almost out of oil. I had a Very bad experience at another local oil company (run around) and Rhonda was MORE than pleasant when she heard of my situation. She never once bad mouthed or spoke negatively of the company, she simply sympathized and did her best to get someone to my house ASAP, as I am about to run out of fuel and I have 5 children. This is a company that values their customers and this is a one hand washes the other world. I hope to bring them a lot of business as they service me.

So I just wanted to say stadium oil is the best! They might be a couple dollars more but when your in dyer need of oil and u call and they actually answer you! Not like other oil companys not answering or delivering oil ! Well all I gotta say is thank you STADIUM OIL for making me and my family to stay warm tonight! Best oil company ever if u stay a loyal customer they will take care of you! So make that switch !!!! 👍👍 Wendy Rodriguez !!!!

Stadium Oil answered my call promptly and found a way to take care of my familys oil on short notice. Unlike some other oil companies Id talked to, Rhonda was also far more personable and attentive over the phone. I look forward to giving them more business in the future!

Ive had a service contract with Stadium Oil for 2 years. They are extremely responsive and their techs are knowledgeable and helpful. They arent the absolute cheapest around but I never worry about my oil levels and they keep my boiler running great with the yearly service work.

Online ordering is not what it is cracked up to be. Asks if you are out of oil but that doesnt trigger a warning. It does ask if you need them to restart the furnace, but since my son can do it I said no. Bottom line: 3 days later and I am still waiting for oil. Thank goodness that Normie Marshall put in my furnance and told us how to fill in when oil is delayed in delivery. Their response when I called: it is up to you to call to follow up when you are out of oil, not our problem!!!!!!NO WONDER YOU HAVE A 3.9 RATING IN SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I could not get oil from my normal supplier, I called Stadium. I was desperate to get oil as a storm was about to hit. When I asked if they could deliver today I was told yes. When I said i was not a customer, the woman who answered the phone not only chastised me for buying from another company, but also flat out told me they would not deliver oil to their customers. This is right before a huge storm is about to hit and my oil tank is near empty and I just returned from being away for the holidays.this is how you treat people when a storm is coming?AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Spread the word about this horrible, Heartless company.The woman answering the phone needs to be fired. She is losing the company business. She said she got 5 calls from another oil company and she refused all of them because “when you buy from a discount supplier, what do you expect?” Well, I get great service from them, NOT STADIUM!

Stadium Oil did an outstanding job with the installation of a 1,000 gallon onsite fueling system so that they could deliver bulk fuel for our equipment. It has saved us so much time and money driving back and forth to the fuel station. We also have fuel 24 hours a day now which eliminates worry of fuel during snow storms.Thanks again Rhonda for your continued services!

Just off the telephone with Rhonda at Stadium Oil Heat. It was A MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I began our conversation asking if this were a convenient time to speak, to be considerate. Its unfortunate when a person cant detect a genuine effort to be courteous. Maybe Rhonda doesnt see much of that, I wouldnt know.Things went down hill from there: I was grilled as to who I was, which I answered pleasantly: when I asked in return whom I was speaking with the feel over the phone became cold and confrontational. (Oh, do forgive me: I was calling to offer to give you business. What a foolish notion on my part!) I explained that my oil supplier did not sell kerosene and that they had referred me to Stadium Oil, which I would have interpreted as a compliment from another company, a professional courtesy.Instead Rhonda lit into me saying, and I quote exactly, You tell &^% at Unnamed Oil that HE can sell you kerosene. If I sold you heating oil I would service the other account. Honestly I was shocked that someone would be 1) so callous 2) so unprofessional 3) so arrogant 4) so condescending and 5) have so little self respect as to speak disparagingly of someone kind enough to offer a business referral, let alone to address a prospective new client so rudely and crassly.ANY CLAIM THIS COMPANY MAKES TO VALUING CUSTOMERS, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IS PREPOSTEROUS, and frankly obscene for its dishonesty. Rhonda, and anyone in management who condones or encourages her behavior, are, as the phrase goes, only interested in one thing: MONEY. Service be dam*ed! (If management is Not aware of Rhondas acid demeanor, theyre largely to blame, for being out of touch. If they DO condone her telephone demeanor, they are more to blame than she is, and should know better. Thats fine: their bottom line will tell the tale!)Part of the reason I was calling around was to forestall unpleasant customer service experiences. Im here to testify that Rhonda at Stadium Oil dishes it out in portions large and unpleasant enough to choke an elephant.Im grateful to have done my due diligence. Do you reasonably think that I would Ever entertain switching to Stadium for oil delivery service? If Rhonda thinks that, shes got a couple of screws loose. CS videos wrote of Rhondas customer service that that woman should be fired. What basis do I have to disagree?As I have often found, its the decent people who are in the field, delivering products and service reliably, upon whom companies build their reputation.IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT STADIUM OIL NEEDS TO LEARN A LESSON ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF BEING RUDE OVER THE PHONE TO PROSPECTIVE NEW CUSTOMERS.I would cut wood and make a fire to keep warm rather than deal with someone like Rhonda. She is, truly, more to be pitied than anything else: clearly she does not know any better.If I could give a Zero Star rating, believe me I would, and it would be justly earned. The time on the phone, shockingly unpleasant though it was, was time well spent. Stadium Oil, you tune up peoples furnaces and boilers: WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS TUNE UP THE FRONT OFFICE TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL CONDUCT, since outright courtesy is clearly beyond your capability.I STAUNCHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS TO A COMPANY WHOSE FRONT OFFICE ISNT INSULTING, ARROGANT AND, REALLY, JUST SMALL MINDED. Paying for oil and then having them forget to deliver it until your tank runs out - more than once - is not deserving of any stars, but some of them are nice people so they get 2 for personality alone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Stadium oil is the worst oil delivery the rude Rhonda the lady that works there is unprofessional she cant even do her easy job right my oil tank is empty we called to let them no but the lied to us saying they will come by and refill the tank so unprofessional this company suck cubby is gonna gain a customer think twice before you do business with these people you need to get rid of that lady Rhonda she messing up you business
