My daughters school ran out of loaner violins. Ordered online, it was ready in 3 days with the book and starter pack her teacher wanted. Super easy and the staff was friendly and responsive.

Wanted to shop a local music store, due to I prefer purchasing local when possible.I went in to purchase an instrument. I had reviewed pricing online at other places as well as quality difference, so had an idea of what I was doing.The person behind the counter (not sure if he was a sales person or owner) told me the price for the item began at $1000, when I could see some behind him with price tags hanging starting at the upper $300 range. I did tell him I had an idea of pricing and that was high....he continually tired talking me into doing a rental, which I didnt want to do..Im not sure what his deal was but will not be shopping there again.I ended up going on Amazon and purchasing a very good quality one for the $300 pricing and shipped next day air.

They have been charging my Credit card for 3 years for a instrument, that they had lost.. and I stopped paying them, they sent me to collections ..... very nasty on the phone I would have gave them zero stars but not a opinion on google

Customer service is non existent. The billing department is deceitful and charge fake bills long after a rental ends claiming a system error on their end and try to take more money after they are paid in full. Repeated attempts to clear An issue falls on deaf ears. Find an alternative if you can.
