Great shop. I have purchased three firearms from this shop, and have never had an issue with any of them. I have also had gunsmithing done on the rifle I bought through them and it was great. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable and personable. I prefer this shop over any other gunshop in the area. I highly recommend visiting this hidden gem.

I visited them yesterday to pick up some 9mm ammo and have nothing bad to say. I walked in was greeted and left alone to gather what I needed which is perfect and what I perfer, the man would have helped me if I asked he was nothing but polite and respectful and asked if what I had was all I needed. I will definitely be going back to purchase my firearms and ammo.

Went to Northeast Arms to get an APEX trigger kit installed and tritium sight for my M&P 9C. Steve and his crew did an excellent job for a great price. I will be doing more business there. This shop does gunsmithing and they have alot of knowledge, and that is what separates them from others.They had a great selection of ARs, and there was a good amount of pistols.

I just recently decided to build an AR upper and didn’t know where to begin, luckily I heard through a few gun friends that Steve at north east arms is the AR king this side of the Mississippi. Long story short they walked me around their store I got to pick out all my parts and ask questions.. I’m a little crazy so I ask way more questions than any normal person would, not only did he make me feel welcome but also guided me to purchase everything i would want and didn’t rush the process, these guys are great and i would highly recommend stopping by . I was really hoping this would be my go to shop. I stopped by on a number of occasions to check on ammo and supplies. I was listening to the owner say there was a truck coming in. So I thought Id hang and see. Well I was asked to leave due to board of health reasons. Even though I was not the first in there. I understand the heath reasons and limitations. I have tried to ask staff question and got very short replies if any. Understandable because they are very busy. They have no ammo and are not very unhelpful unless your a regular. I would NOT RECOMMEND this shop.Edited To Owners Response.First I never sat in your store for 4 hours. I did come by on that day twice as I was told there was a truck due between 1 and 4 that day. Second when you had NO AMMO I was trying to be helpful to another gun owner as to where I found some but not all. After you told him you didnt have any. Im sorry you took such offense. I wish you good luck and continued good business.

Northeast arms is hands-down one of the best gun stores in the area. The guys in there are always so helpful and knowledgeable they never steer you wrong. The staff is always welcome in and will answer all your questions no matter your level of experience I would highly recommend the next fire arm ammo or accessory purchased with these folks. Prices guns alittle high but nice guy. I had more than enough money and the dude wants to mark stuff over its msrp value. Then wants to reply on Google I didnt give enough stars. 1 star was plenty I duno why anyone would spend extra money at your store when they can find it for msrp or lower at any legible store along the north shore. I recommend anywhere but here. Not to mention they cant even get a sign for the front that helps direct the customer to the main entrance.

Good inventory and knowledgeable staff, but don’t expect anyone in the store to be in compliance with local and state health guidelines regarding masks and distancing.Edit: I wasnt in the store yesterday, and Im not sure if thats supposed to be a threat toward the person you thought wrote this, but its far from factually incorrect. If there truly is a medical reason for not wearing a mask, that means youre at higher risk for severe illness and as a result should either: 1. not let customers in without masks to protect yourselves and each other, 2. install Plexiglass screens at the counter so you can have protection from and toward customers without wearing a mask, 3. wear face shields, or 4. not be retail-facing.

I honestly cant say enough about how great the people and services are at Northeast Arms! Steve went out of his way to get my job done SAME day (expected at least a day or two, other places have quoted almost a week). I will be going back for sure! 100% recommend

Went here to purchase my first pistol, let me say this, they went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what was right for meThe guys here spent close to a hour showing me different pistols, the way they work, how they come apart to clean, and even set up different holsters to try the different guns to make sure I was was comfortable with them.While I did the transfer stuff the gunsmith cleaned and lubricated my new pistol so it would be ready to go when I walked out with it!!When every other shop I visited made me feel like a bother the guys at northeast made me feel comfortable and welcome, thanks for the great experience!!

Let me preface this review by stating I have frequented many different Massachusetts firearms stores over numerous years, this is by far the best! Not only is the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable, their customer service is top notch. I have only recently become a customer; however, I will not be going anywhere else but here. Too many other area shops nearby have poor customer service and dont value their customers. I had a used rifle of mine cleaned here, and WOW! Like an entirely new piece. The action is so much smoother, and the barrel is very clean. One of the most important things to me is being able to ask questions and not feel like I am a bother. The entire time I was in the store, I had the staff members attention and he answered everyone of my questions. It was this level of service that has me ordering a new muzzleloader from these guys. I can personally speak for a few friends of mine who have their firearms brought here for gunsmithing, they only recommend these guys. If you’re an avid hunter, shooter, or just someone who wants good prices and to feel appreciated, stop in to see these guys. Give them a shot, I have no doubt you will be a loyal customer.

Northeast Arms is one of the shops around. Lets just say im very picky when it comes to my firearms and this place has it all. I wish i knew the gentlemans name who helped me build my AR upper because he did an amazing job. He put on nothing but the best and his craftsmanship is top notch. There is no other gun shop i would go to to have work done. Next trip there i will be having my AR cerakoted. If i could give 10 stars i woud!

Owner is a bit on the serious side but once you get to know him they guy is a cool dude. Good gunsmithing services and they get things done quick. They do some of the best pin and welding I have seen. They also have a good selection of accessories in stock all the time.

Not a welcoming place. I walked in and everyone looked at me like I had 4 heads. Nobody said a word. I had no idea who was staff and who wasnt. Place looked run down. Inventory was minimal.. Heres a free tip, when a potential customer walks in, all you have to say is, how can I help you?

Overall good gun shop I have bought several firearms and ammo from this shop. I informed the shop that Four Seasons had a firearm they were selling for $889 the same one that they tried to sell me for $1015 and they informed me that there was no way that they or Four Seasons can sell it for $889, to make a long story short I got the firearm for $889 at Four Seasons and they deducted $18 from my purchase for paying with cash.

This shop is my go to shop, the guys that work there are without a doubt the most knowledgeable and experienced in the area, this is not your typical “cut and paste” store like all the other ones, they definitely stand outthey don’t try to push what they have in stock but rather spend the time to figure out what’s going to be the best fit and investment for your particular needs, and that I appreciated.George the big giant marine taught me more about guns and ballistics in 20 minutes than I learned with my online reasearch the last 3 months.5 stars for northeast, save time and go there first

Best shop in the state bar none. Always been super curtious to me and helped me out when I needed it.Brought my Glock in to have my magazine release spring fixed. They gave me the part for free and installed it for free.Steve and George are always super nice and easy to do business with.William, I was here when you bought that 9mm shield.. and none of what you said happened happened. In the 45 minutes I was waiting for my repair I watched the “condensation” employee show you no less than 6 different pistols trying to find one that fit you well and you were smiling and talking with him the whole timeThat 70 you “wasted” goes a long way. These guys will take care of you and always steer you the right way when you come in here. There’s a great group of guys who strictly come here because they know they won’t ever be conned into buying something they don’t need
