Something is wrong with the management at this place- I was charged twice for a single purchase, and when I asked to be credited for the overcharge I was continuously put off, being told the problem would resolve itself eventually. After repeated calls I finally got the salesman to agree to issue a credit. But when I checked my credit card statement I saw that they had actually charged me a third time! Unbelievable! I also asked the CC company to look into this for me but they have not been able to get a response from the company. It’s unclear how or if I will ever get my money back. I don’t even know what to try next since they are obviously incapable of correctly processing a routine CC transaction. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another plumbing supply place to deal with.

My husband and I went to this store because we are currently remodeling our bathroom. We went on a Saturday morning and it took quite a while before anyone approached us. With a rushed attitude, a woman named Anne Delucia asked us if we needed help. We said we were looking for vanities with a shallow depth because our guest bathroom is small. She said okay and kind of walked away. I proceeded to follow her and ask about the vanities in the store. At which point, she stated that the vanities there are not from China like the ones at Wayfair. She said they were american made and expensive. We said okay and that wed like to take a look. She then further stated that we must be in the wrong place, that we must be confused and most likely meant to go to a different bathroom supply store in Peabody that had cheaper vanities. We said no and that we were in the right place. We continued to ask about the vanities and stated that cost isnt an issue. She continued to state the high cost of their vanities and directed us to another store. We then realized what she was doing and asked her why she was sending us to another place. She didnt answer and didnt apologize. We left by saying that they just lost our business. My husband and I have never been treated in such a manner at a store. I felt this review needed to be written to inform others of the discrimination we experienced at this store by this woman.
