Amazingly helpful! I had a simple fix on the printer at my office and John returned my call promptly, was friendly and professional. He explained what the issue with the printer was, and fixed it on the spot. Would call again without question next time service is needed on a printer.

Started out well with John the owner. He was attentive and helped us with our first printer issue months ago. We decided to use his services again this time it was pretty bad. The printer he was supposed to fix was broken even more after he worked on it. He was supposed to come back and fix the printer. He did not return to fix the issue, he didn’t return dozens of phone calls/voicemails, and haven’t heard from him since. Unfortunate because he could have been my go-to if he had practiced good business.
