I was treated very unprofessionally by the California location of this company in my opinion. Aircraft Spruce sold me a product that was shown as in stock. Over a week later, the item did not even get cut and packed to ship. I called, and spoke to the operator, and she transferred me into an automated system that had me on hold for a very long time with no one answering. I called back, spoke to the operator again, and had her transfer me to someone in fulfillment that said the metal shop was 3 days behind. I told them I understand, but it has been 7 days and no one contact me. That individual told me to hold and then transferred me back into the customer service automated system that I grew tire of waiting for a line to be picked up. I called back and left a message of an upper level staff members extension and did not receive a call back as of yet. I called the California location operator back a day later and said I wanted to cancel my order, and the operator was about to send me back into the automated system, when I said I was getting very aggravated with this, and I wanted to speak to someone who could fix it now. She said not to talk to her that way and hung up the phone on me. Fortunately I found someone in Georgia to actually check into my order, make a call and fix it. While I was thankful for someone in Georgia helping me out, after my experience, I will not deal with Aircraft Spruce in California again.

THE WORST!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!I Recently ordered a digital copy of prepware guide. They charged me and refused to deliver my order. Every time I emailed them they kept telling me i will get it soon and then suddenly stopped replying my emails. i called their customer support line and No one usually answers. Unless you are trying to make a purchase then they will either transfer you or hang up on you. My experience with these guys has been extremely irritating they have very poor customer relations and are usually very dishonest. When you try to get a hold of them they will refer you to a customer number where no one usually answers or it just hangs up. I have been trying for days to get the status of my order. They will make promises, fail to keep up to it and when you try to call them out on it they just ignore you like you have no right to ask about an order they have already charged you for. Its been days now and they have neither provided me with my download link, or given me any credible information concerning the status of my order. This attitude is very disturbing. I have already decided I was going to order the same materials from a different site and I indicated to them that I would like to get a refund because I am preparing for an exam and since its taking so long for them to deliver my order it wouldnt be worth it anymore So far they have ignored me. Almost like a So what? attitude. I have called and sent emails to no avail. They would not even let me know the status of my order talk less of when they plan on delivering it. They acknowledged that they have received and processed the payment but would not even afford me the courtesy of a straight answer concerning the status of my order.Based on my experience I would seriously not recommend doing business with these guys. They lie a lot and would usually not give you a straight answer concerning your order. I understand sometimes sellers can be out of products, but it would be fair to let the customer know about that before you allow them make the purchase, further more have the courtesy to at least let them know the true status of their order. I have attached pictures and will keep updating this review because their attitude is despicable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS and dont be fooled by them telling you to call customer service line cos no one will answer or they would just hang up

I ordered some light speed zulu 3 headsets a few weeks ago, there is an issue with them, I have been trying for 2 days to get a hold of customer service and have not received a call back, these were not cheap headsets, I’m getting upset with them, I’ve called and called and get left on hold and then I get sent around the world to talk to someone, I get to sent to customer service and then I get sent to avionics and they won’t answer. Their customer service is horrible, I will not be ordering anything else from them EVER!!!!

The people at spruce are always extremely helpful and friendly. They are always happy to look up parts for me, even those that are obscure. I have never had an issue with a return. So glad to have this gem of a store nearby!

I order tens of thousands of dollars a year worth of stuff from spruce for my businesses. They wont stand behind the products like other vendors. Just ordered some stuff Monday thats important. Its lost in the mail. They wont overnight us new stuff at their shipping cost. No real bulk pricing, no bulk customer service.

Make sure and fly in to visit or pickup your next order; do it on a Saturday about lunchtime and they’ll feed you a hotdog for free!
