Today I found lots of deals on clearance items. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check out was quick and a nice smile from the cashier. The store was tidy, not cluttered.

Amazing customer service! I have 3 kiddos under 4 and shopping instore is next to impossible. The curbside attendant was so helpful today with my unfulfilled order and even went back inside to help find what I needed so I could stay with my kids in car. Order now fulfilled and I can finish our family project for the 4th of July Top!Top notch experience and will definitely be back.1st curbside experience here was 100%

Ive gone to this location twice in 2 weeks..... each time there was marketing for sales that had passed. One cashier honored the mistake.....the other did not.

Standard Michaels craft store. On smaller side so selections are a little more limited. Staff are pleasant and offer to help while shopping. Join their members club for discount notifications and coupons. They offer senior citizen discount. Hobby Lobby in Newnan is much larger if want larger selection of items. Will shop here again.

The employees at this location are super ride and not helpful in the least. Tonight was my second time visiting this store for items. And like the first time they refused to accept a coupon. I will not return to this location again. Michaels needs to retrain this staff or this store wont last.

Everytime I go in Michaels if i have a question ill ask a sales clerk and no one knows anything. Thats why I prefer going to hobby lobby and Joanns.

Michaels is a fun place to browse. On this particular visit I found some great gifts on the clearance rack.

Michelle went above & beyond the call of duty and had my frame done. She called as promised.

A smaller store than some other Michaels, but it still has a good selection and variety. However, it does not have a fabric section. If you print a coupon off their website before you go, you can typically save 40% on an item.

The store is clean and the associates were nice, however, everything is so much more expensive there than it is most any other place. Their prices do not reflect the quality.

Its a smaller Michaels than I am used to which is great. They do their best to have everything you need. The employees I speak to are usually very helpful.

I went to Michael’s the Saturday after Thanksgiving for some of the doorbuster deals! I had just been engaged and I was excited to make invites on my Cricut and buy recollections paper. As I was in the check out line, hoping to use my 25% off everything coupon, the cashier told me it wasn’t valid since it was only valid “in store” until noon and it was about 3 pm when I was checking out. Since I hadn’t realized that before I came all the way out there to go shopping, I asked to speak to a manager to see what she could do since I had already shopped for everything I needed. The manager, Christie(?), saw my purchases and told me to ring my order up on line, go waste 20 minutes so the order could “come in on the machine,” and then I could “pick up” my “online” order using the 25% off coupon. I said ok (thinking ugh at least I can get my 25% off if I stand here and scan all my items in myself)... As I began ringing up my own items, I could not find some of the items I was literally holding in my hand using the app OR the website. Thankfully, an associate, Emerald, came up and helped me out. She quickly and capably took charge of the situation, calmed my nerves, and rang me up using the 25% off everything coupon. Funniest part — recollections line was *not even covered* under the coupon! If only Christie had caught that, done her best to take care of me as the customer, apply the 25% off coupon, or at the very least not make me ring up all my “online” items myself, the returning Michael’s customer. Worst experience at Michael’s, and as a former associate I was displeased with the manager’s and first cashier’s service. They basically told me my time was not worth them helping me out. What is frustrating is how asinine it is for Christie to have wasted her own time, her own associate’s time ringing me up and then voiding it, and then going so far as to waste their time in the future by having an associate complete my “online order.” Another example of incompetent managers treating policy as if it were law, let alone a poorly advertised coupon policy. Thank goodness Emerald saved the day and made me feel like a valued customer.

One of the better retail stores in the chain. Very friendly staff. Michaels, as always, is a bit pricey for most items. Even sales sometimes are not worth the effort of looking for specific items. No floor associates to be found.
