The most trustworthy mechanics on the planet. Unlike other shops that see dollar signs when I drive up, these guys always look out for my benefit, and keep costs down to a minimum.I dont like taking my car anywhere else, and I pray they always stay in business. They are absolute experts, and troubleshoot everything perfectly. They recognize what sounds the car is making at all times. Theyre really good.

You know that image that has likely been painted in your head your whole life, that mechanics are dishonest scumbags who will try to make a buck any which way they can by ripping off others? That image exists because of places like All Speed.I took my car there for the first time in 2011. Back then, a guy named Steve Richardson worked there. Steve is a good, honest guy, who knows his stuff. Unfortunately, Steve quit working there around 2012. So what All Speed is left with is the owner, Tim, one of the most unprofessional businessmen I have ever encountered, and his staff of lazy, dishonest mechanics. My most recent visit was a simple fix. Replace a CV axle. Easy. I diagnosed the problem myself and would have fixed it myself had I had the time. After a week of having my car up there, I call All Speed to see the status, since they hadnt bothered to call me. They hadnt yet found a CV axle (aka hadnt looked) but did find about a dozen other problems, which didnt actually exist. They had the audacity to tell me I needed a new clutch, which I had just replaced with a brand new clutch less than 3000 miles prior. Initially, I was cordial, and just implied that I didnt have money to do anything, and that I needed my CV axle replaced ASAP.Fast forward about 3 weeks. They still hadnt found a part, even after me giving them multiple leads on where to get one. So they said they could just have it rebuilt. I agreed, thankful that maybe I could get my car back within a week or two.Fast forward another 3 weeks. I go to pick my car up. Unprofessional Tim isnt around, but his mechanic is. He insists that I need a new clutch, amongst other things. I ask him if he wants me to bring in my clutch and clutch installation receipt. He gets really smart with me, and I give it right back to him. Pay and leave, vowing instantly to never go there again. But I wasnt THAT angry until months later, which would be last week. Had my car for sale, and an interested buyer ran a carfax, and called All Speed. He said he was no longer interested because All Speed had nothing nice to say about me or my car and that the car needed a new clutch. Luckily, I was able to sell the car to another buyer within a week, but its just another example of how unprofessional, rude, and dishonest these scumbags are.

I took my Lotus Elise for an oil change/inspection and they charged me exactly what they quoted me ($200 less than dealer). The people are knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Finally, the waiting room is comfortable and has plenty to keep you entertained while your service is being completed.I drive from Buckhead because I trust All Speed will not tell me that I need something if I do not.Highly recommended!

1/2016 Had to take my Maxima if for an intermittent electrical problem. Tim and Kim were once again very helpful and diagnosed the problem correctly. Completely happy with their customer service and responsiveness. Thanks once again!6/2015 Excellent customer service! The engine failed in my wifes car. A rod knock can ruin your whole week. Tim replaced the engine with a Jasper re-manufactured engine, but that engine developed a slight oil leak. Tims answer was to have Jasper send us another re-manufactured engine and replace it for the second time. I couldnt ask for a better response. I wholeheartedly recommend All Speed and specifically Tim and Kim. Didnt hurt that they had a puppy in the waiting room either. Nothing hits your heart strings quite like a puppy!

An absolutely terrible experience. These guys are completely unprofessional. Tim, the owner, is rude and inconsiderate.I had just moved to Peachtree City in May of 2013 on internship form my school. I drove my Jeep to the shop. It had a rattling noise coming from beneath the car. When they got back to me about the problem, Cameron said it was something to do with the differential and the ring and pinion gear. He gave me a quote and said he could probably bring the price down by finding some used parts.I had to tell him to check the parts when they got in to make sure they were going to by suitable for the Jeep. 3 weeks went by and called maybe once or twice to say that he had one or two differentials come in, but after he checked, they werent suitable for the Jeep.Cameron then explains that I might be better off just buying aftermarket parts for the Jeep. I could send them to the shop and they would install them. So, com July, I e-mail to try to confirm the parts. He sends me to a site and says to pick some out. So I look at the site and numbers are all over the place, I have no idea what they mean. I send him a couple links to some parts I thought might work and he says it looks like this should work. I took one last look at the parts before ordering and I realize that the ratios were off on the different parts, and Im not sure if theyll work, so I send an e-mail back to confirm...Weeks go by, and nothing.I finally am able to get a hold of someone at the shop to find out whats going on, and it turns out our friend Cameron was no longer working with All Speed. Perfect.I go back into the shop and the owner, Tim, sends me to another one of the mechanics. This new guy may be the one guy thats holding this shop together. He takes one look at the Jeep and says, ok, heres what you need and proceeds to write down all of the parts with numbers that are going to work. Its now the beginning of August. I go back and quickly order the parts and they get to the shop without much problem. The install goes well, but it takes another three weeks to get done...I finally get my Jeep back, almost $2000 later, just in time for my move to Michigan and back to school, whew! Only three months to get a job done that should have taken a couple weeks. But the worst is yet to come.I get all the way up to Michigan and as Im driving around, I realize the same EXACT sound is coming out of my Jeep that I took it into the shop with. EXACT sound. I just spent $2000, and it appears as though I may not have fixed the problem.I call Tim back to tell him whats going on. He proceeds to tell me about the warranties and that anything they dont order themselves they cant warranty (including labor). This is all well and good, but why wasnt i informed of this ahead of time?!? As I ask him what all of my options are, he proceeds to yell at me taunt me to come after him. He TAUNTS me!! How great of customer service is this?!?!? I ask him to calm down and he gets more aggressive and hangs up on me!I was about brought to tears. As I said at the beginning, this a very unprofessional shop with terrible customer service. I spent over $2000 on my Jeep when it was with this shop, and it appears to have not been fixed. THANK YOU ALL SPEED, now I need to sacrifice some schooling to find funds to take it in again.

Ive been taking my vehicle to Allspeed ever since they first opened. Their current facility is immaculate, comfortable, and hi-tech. Id trust them with any make or model. Over the years, to say theres never been a hiccup would be altering the truth. But, on that rare instance, theyve gone above and beyond to make the correction and make it right. Thats integrity rarely found in the automotive industry.

When I think about any service in my car, the first thing I consider is whatever needs to be fixed is really needs to be fixed or its just to keep your service providers labor busy. These guys are very honest, experienced and gives you really good suggestions which is worth for money and believe me this is not fake review I experienced it when I was struggling with emission problem in my car.

BEWARE - FIND A MORE ECONOMICAL AND FEEDBACK FRIENDLY AUTO SERVICEDont report an unhappy service experience on Allspeeds unsolicited feedback calls. Owner WILL CALL YOU BACK the very next business day to CONFRONT and BLAST you with INSULTS and OBSCENITIES for negative / dissatisfied feedback ratings (which he solicits by phone). My mildly dissatisfied feedback was on a vehicle returned to me by Allspeed after $580 of work with the vehicle having the same exact easily diagnosable problem that was originally requested for troubleshooting and repair. After calling Allspeed - I got nothing but pushback suggesting that my son the driver must have broken something new in the 7 miles driven since the vehicle was returned, He made clear he would look at that new problem if I brought it back in.Decided I couldnt afford another $107 pressure test. 3 hours later, I and my son had diagnosed and fixed the original problem in the driveway for less than $20..Ill never be sure that I actually needed what Allspeed fixed, but I certainly didnt get the attention I paid for in time, money and patience.Previous service experiences may have been good or better - they were always excessively expensive with extremely high parts mark-ups and labor rates.Allspeed DOESNT NEED YUR BUSINESS anyhow since the owner told me never to return after more than $13K spent on service there this year alone..!!! Gotta Go - Allspeed is calling again. !!!

Worst customer service Ive ever encountered dealing with any business, ever. My wheels were damaged while having tires mounted, I later confirmed the damage EXACTLY matched the jaws on their mounting machine. I emailed pictures of the damage one day after having the work performed but the owner, Tim Hannon, insisted on seeing the damage personally. These are a second set of wheels for my track tires, so I loaded them on my roof rack so I could take them to be inspected. At that point Mr. Hannon refused to look at the wheels he had insisted on seeing, he told me he had seen the pictures then belligerently asked what I wanted. No apology, no explanation, just bad attitude. Mr. Hannon agreed to perform my next mount and balance for free, but reneged on that deal today. He said he would do the work for cash. When I declined to have the work done he started yelling, he said my wheels were a piece of s__t, get the f__k out of here. He also threatened to call the cops. I was calm, factual and professional when dealing with this idiot and in return I get profanities yelled at me, literally 6 inches from my face. Mr. Hannon is a liar, he went back on the deal he agreed to. The guy is mentally unstable and a repulsive human. Avoid this place at all costs.
