Will travel just to shop there! Anytime I had a issue I spoke with DJ (sm) and issues were corrected! Store gas always been clean and stocked. Will pay a few cents extra the shop across the street, which Im sure is a competition for them. Why? I have no idea these 2 stores are night and day. I will continue to shop where Im appreciated as a shopper!

I have to shout out Tyrone! I don’t frequent this Publix location, but after the wonderful, pleasant, above and beyond customer service I received from this employee, I just might have to make this particular Publix my permanent supermarket. Tyrone greeted me with a smile when I entered, was helpful in ensuring that I got the service that I needed (I was getting birthday balloons), and was overall very attentive and welcoming. Thank you Tyrone for your exceptional customer service!

The kids at the deli need to be retrained. It took this poor girl almost half an hour (literally) to make my 2 uncomplicated sandwiches, after Id already ordered them online ahead of time and arrived to find them not ready. Normally I have zero complaints on Publix, but that deli counter needs work. I almost put on a hairnet and went back there to make my own sandwich.

Was clean and cashier was helpful bag boy help me with some small pumpkins because i am disabled.

First time shopping at the new store, it was fantastic. Laid out great & everything was fresh. I loved it had self serve lanes.5 Stars

The store is always clean and very organized and well stock and if they dont have something stock someone is willing to help, today I was needing assistance with a sales item that wasnt on the self and was advised because of covid there not doing rainchecks the item was the Häagen-Dazs ice cream

Love their BOGOs, they always save me money! Plus the pharmacy at Glenda Trace are the absolute Best! Kenny the pharmacist always tries to save me money when possible and I can trust him to be honest with me concerning medications and potential side effects. I would not go elsewhere even if it Cost a little more to stay there. You can also find rare products in Publix that you cant find anywhere else!

Staff was wonderful!! So helpful!! I didnt catch the gentleman name that was stocking the spice shelves. But he was a tall black man. He went above and beyond to help me find the seasoning salt I wanted. Thank you so for your kindness!!

This is a great Publix location. it is always spotless clean, the staff have always provided me friendly service and always glad to answer questions or point me in the right direction. GREAT steaks (premium beef ribeyes are outstanding). Vegetable selection is always fresh and plentiful. Never a problem to find parking.

This is my favorite Publix store. The store associates are helpful and friendly. Ive never had a long wait in line. The pharmacist is knowledgeable with my medications. The store shelves stay equipped with products. The produce section is fresh. Theres no clutter blocking the aisles. Each and every employee makes me feel like a valuable customer.

Typical Peachtree City name brand store. Carries the basics but overall selection can be lacking. Seafood staff is really good. I would give them 5 STARS as they know me by face and they take good care of me.

Every time I have shopped in this beautiful store it has been so clean, unlike many other nearby competitors. It is always very well stocked, everything in its own place, cheerful, eager to assist you, store employees always nearby, ready to assist you. Anytime they are out of products you like, more than 2,3 times, mgmt will gladly follow-up on problems and quickly get back with answers for you you. Many times when there is a problem with someone, something, or at register, manager will offer you a discount, merchandise, and or Publix Gift Card for your long wait and having to go through a mix up at their store. This particular store mgmt is awesome 👌 at keeping their customers 😊. Their bakery is absolutely 💯 devine. I wouldnt go anywhere else. My buck ($) stops here!! Keep up the good work 👏 👍 you guys, youve got my loyalty!!!😊

Five stars to the assistant manager who ordered a case of my favorite wine (Noble Vines 181 Merlot) for me. I called him on a Wednesday and he had it for me that Friday. We are traveling in our motorhome and it’s hard to find in Georgia.

Unfortunately, This is a 1st. Ive been to a lot of publix stores but this is the absolute worst experience at publix. I stopped by to pick up something quick to eat and the sub I ordered was loaded with plastic.

Joan in the bakery has the most polite and helpful customer service I’ve come across!! I’ve ordered two cakes with her and have asked her many other questions and she’s always so helpful! I had to place an order for my daughters party so I specifically went to Publix to speak and order with Joan! Publix is very lucky having Joan as an employee.

No masks required on Dec 18, 2020 at S Hwy 74 and Holly Grove. Manager said policy is enforced when a customer requests. They are not allowed to confront patrons however. Went to Home Depot and masks were enforced. I guess you cant buy bread but you can safely get your screws at Home Depot . Ill try Kroger.

Love Publix. Squeaky clean. Employees always friendly and do a great job. My hat is off to all of them. The managers are wonderful as well. Praying for all of them as they serve our community during this stressful time.

I stopped to pick up some red onions. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, but the variety of onions was not up to par. They were going bad, even some were rotten.

Great place to shop. They have been extremely helpful to me lately. I have a broken ankle and they have been so helpful leading my groceries for me. Tough to do on crutches! Im very grateful for their help. Check out the meat department also. Some wonderful people there also.

They used to do such a good job sanitizing the carts, wiping down the inside of store, etc.Evidently they do not consider that important anymore. So sad.
