Service is always great! I have a heavy duty electric bike i purchased this year. Ive had to take it in for a couple repairs (brake readjustment and tire tube replacement). Each visit went really well. The staff is helpful, kind, and professional. Very lucky to have such a good shop in town.
Awesome customer service!! If I could give Allen, who assisted us, a 10 I would! He took time to explain what we needed for our 1 day bike rental and made sure we were fitted for our ride. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional!! I cannot tell you how great it felt to receive caring quality service from a bike shop!. Bravo!!!
Trek PTC is a great store with a great staff. I recommend them without reservation.
Fantastic customer service at the PTC Atlanta Trek. Folks there are very knowledgeable about their bikes and provided great suggestions and recommendations that addressed my requirements. I am a very pleased customer!. A special thank you to Jeanette for her guidance and assistance.
We had a great experience when purchasing our ebike at this shop. Jeanette was very nice, informative, and patient with us.
I went in looking for a specific bike. Allen helped me and was extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through the bike, and I ended up buying it. He was friendly, and even shared with me a few different places to ride, and rides that are associated with the shop. I can’t recommend him enough!Jeanette helped my wife when she came in looking for a bike the same day. She helped her get sized and walked her through her bike. She was also extremely knowledgeable! She talked with us about some trails and shared her experiences with us about where she’s ridden.Bottom line, the salesman were knowledgeable, friendly, and were extremely helpful! This is a rarity these days. Trek should be grateful to have them!
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about cycling.Stock includes everything for a beginner to an experienced rider.Family oriented.Has a great maintenance shop!Great cycling store!
Trey and the staff at Trek PTC are amazing. Very friendly and patient even with beginners like my wife and me.
Did an excellent job re-assembling my Specialized rig after I had it shipped home from overseas!!! Great to be back home with a superb LBS....Atlanta Trek
Great service - went the extra mile to assist! Best value for the $$ on high end fitness bikes
It was a great experience all around. Do to my work schedule I got there 15 minutes before closing time and I was greeted as if they just opened the doors. The older lady that helped me was very patient and knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed . She helped me choose a bike to fit my size, then offered for me to take it out for a ride. Once I was back and decided to purchase the bike she sent it to the back to have it all adjusted and have the attachments out on, and all of this was well after closing time at this point. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and absolutely professional. Beyond that I learned that they will perform routine tune ups for free for as long as I own the bike. Who could ask for more. Thanks for a great experience.
Outstanding service every time I visit, staff here are amazing!
These guys are the best at sales and service. It is because of their knowledge of the bikes and what we as riders need that they excel.
Excellent customer service whenever I go there. The bikes are well made and fun to use. I always get prompt, expert, and friendly help with my bike maintenance and any questions I have! 😊
Prices are too high. I asked to replace broken spoke. I was charged $43. I could have purchased a brand new wheel for $90.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good selection.
Simple bike repair and tune-up, but it isnt as though there is any other close options.
Enjoying the Marlin 5 I bought here. The bike is great quality, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Great experience.
I live in South Louisiana. I ordered a bike over the phone with Trey Hair. Trey was very helpful and guided me in the process of getting the bike shipped to another Trek dealer in Louisiana, to be assembled. As bikes are hard to find, Trey and Atlanta Trek came thru! Thanks, guys!!!
Everybody in the store are very helpful. Made my decision on which bike to purchase smooth and easy. Sometimes I go in and just ask questions and each time Miss Louise is ready and willing to help. The bike techs are also knowledgeable and even helped with servicing my son’s Huffy! Will definitely be back!
They are super friendly. Great customer service and helpful. Very personalized attention!!!
I always enjoy my experience when shopping at this location. In addition to the friendliness, they are also very knowledgeable and dedicated to getting you the right cycling solution!
Nice staff. Answered all my questions with a smile. I plan to take my bike back for a makeover.
Big store with lots of options. Service is fast and efficient. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Hope we will have a Alpharetta location soon. The nearest Atlanta Trek store is almost 60 miles from Alpharetta.
I visited here 2 months ago to get some service on my 29er hard tail. And the service I got was excellent. Aaron worked on my bike and he performed a miracle with straightening my rear wheel. I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism. I live about 35mins from here and passed several bike shops en route. That says a lot about the people here! The best!
Great team here who take the time to answer your questions and provide guidance to help with your purchase of bikes or accessories!
Had a great rental experience followed by a great experience purchasing some cleaning and maintenance accessories for my bike. Regarding the rental - I rented a full suspension MTB. This is one of the few shops in town that has bikes available. Pricing was very reasonable and the bike was in pristine condition and ready to ride when I picked it up. Upon returning the rental, I picked up a few maintenance accessories and got great help from a sales associate and one of the service technicians on what to buy given my particular gear and riding preferences. Overall a great experience and Ill be back.
The staff at Atlanta Trek is friendly and knowledgeable. They sell quality products at competitive prices.
Always an enjoyable experience, staff is very knowledgeable & professional
Love that we have a great bike store in town!
I really enjoyed going into the store and experiencing Allen explain both bikes to my wife and me as we are new to cycling. Allen fitted us for the bikes and explained how to handle them: how to properly remain on the bikes while stopped; how to properly change gears while approaching and climbing hills. He shared how to best select a bike rack. Explained the difference between the Roscoe 6 and the Marlon line as my wife will upgrade to the bike she actual wants ones its in stock. Trey provided EXCELLENT care Saturday by phone to assist me in purchasing my wifes 820 before it arrived in the store Monday. I forget the ladys name who helped set aside my Excalibur 8 and the kickstands for both bikes installed upon our arrival Monday evening. Also, we will highly impressed that no employee at the store seemed eager to leave even after my wife and I realized it was almost 7:00 PM as we continued to ask Allen questions.Although our niece Maria made us her fourth family referral to Trek Bicycle Store of Peachtree City, my wife and I have made it OUR store for our cycling needs because of the quality customer experience. THANK YOU to our new Trek Bicycle Family!
I came here to rent a road bicycle recently and they had the exact Trek I wanted to rent. Their prices are excellent. The service and people were great.I recommend them highly!
Because of our current situation, I decided to purchase a new mountain bike to burn off all the food that I have been eating. After setting a budget and researching, I settled on a Trek and began the search. With many stores closed choices were slim. I located the color and size at Trek Atlanta in Peachtree City, after placing a short call made the 50 mile trip to the store. Working by appointment the staff cleared me to come in where I found my beautiful new bike waiting. Quickly fitted, accessorized and a second Trek for my wife, we were on our way. GREAT SERVICE!!
Good experience and even a better group ride.
Attentive service, quality product, left with new bike.
Extremely helpful. I went in to buy a pair of shoes and I got what I needed and everybody was super friendly
Repair prices were fair and reasonable. Staff were personable and friendly. I will use them again. Thank you.
Friendly, knowledgeable. Good prices great service !!!!
Very friendly, folks! Fast service, good prices, great experience!
Quality products and friendly staff, but it annoys me greatly that they aren’t considerate enough to mask-up.
All the information I could need accompanied by every question answered I could possibly ask. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, customer service at its finest. Any they ride, too.
Great bike shop! Mechanics have great knowledge, and know what they are doing.
We purchased our second bike from them over the weekend. Actually just stopped by to see if we could find a more comfortable saddle for my wifes 2014 Trek Cali SL mountain bike. I casually started talking to Jeffery as my wife looked at the saddles. I mentioned that I feel cramped on my 2013 Fuel Ex5, also that I feel that for most of the riding we currently do the full suspension Fuel Ex5 was overkill. Without measuring he told me that I would probably fit on a 19.5 but would like an 18.5 better. We pulled a few hardtails and I took a 18.5 X-caliber 9 out of a test ride. I couldnt believe how much more comfortable I was just scooting around the paves trails.. I came back knowing Ill probably buy the bike but there was no sales pressure from the associate, which is rare and nice. He was more so interested in how it felt and if I wanted to try any of the other models or a different frame size. Left a short while later with my new bike. We rode a few miles around the Beltline and Piedmont park and then came back to Cochran Mills for a bit of offroad riding, very pleased with my purchase and once again their customer service. Well definitely recommend them to family and friends and cant wait for the Newnan location to open. Thanks for taking the time and just casually talking and super comfortable experience Jeffery!
Excellent customer service !The sales agent knowledgeable and has been super-Helpful in choosing my hybrid trek.Keep up the good work
It was great to work with Jeff and Elizabeth. My son, Krishna, who has muscular dystrophy tried a bike at Trek @ Peachtree City. As Jeff observed him ride, he understood his limitations and suggested a specific bike that would work better for him. It took a week to get the bike and my son really loves his ride. Thank you for caring for our needs and for your prompt service. We greatly appreciated it.
Great service. They dont sell to make money. They help you to purchase an life time experience.
Matt was excellent. Very friendly, efficient and a great coach with installing our new Kuat rack and mounting our new trek dual sports. Really all the staff was helpful, I called and spoke to a few different folks trying to find the bikes and the racks and the transactions were all excellent. Long drive from ALPHARETTA but it was worth it to be able to get the bikes much sooner than ordering online.
My bike was serviced and returned in great shape, a week earlier than expected!
So TREK Atlanta—Peachtree City is not the location I would personally recommend. The negative comes in through my overall experience at this Trek location, not w/ any associate personally. When I first arrived into the store, I see about 6 associates/techs on the floor. No one greeted me. They all look at me & notice me, but not one greeting.Thats not too much of a deal, I just went ahead & start looking at bikes.I’m a complete novice & a little uncomfortable as I haven’t been on a bike since I was a child (& that bike was a gift). I know diddly about bikes, so I was slightly overwhelmed. After about 10 mins of pretending to understand what the difference of all these bikes are, I finally get greeted...I can’t remember the woman’s name but she was kind & polite, but definitely didn’t seem too concerned on selling me a bike or not. Almost like she assumed I wasn’t going to get one already. I seemed to be more proactive in asking if there were other ways to find/order bikes since the store had limited options for my bike size (S, 5’3). I mentioned Id be doing majority city biking, she advised that a hybrid/city bike would best, but that there were none available.Moments later they have a delivery w/ bikes in my size—Whoohoo!I went to test drive the bike. Had an issue w/ the gears. I was outside & went to ask the male associate in the basement garage for help. He was on the phone, scoffed, rolled his eyes & walked over to me w/ an attitude, like I interrupted his conversation. I went to ask him for help but he didnt listen to my question & immediately said “they can help you upstairs”—it was rude as hell. Like at least listen to the question, damn. I went upstairs a slightly older gentleman asked if I needed help, I told him my issue, he fixed in literally 20 seconds.(I bet the other guy could have done the same thing if he’d taken the time to care enough)I end up getting the small framed bike recommended earlier by the female associate.Come to find out later that night researching its a mountain bike—which was weird because we had a extensive discussion about the hybrid/city bikes being what I needed. But I assumed she seen my desperation for a bike & just wanted to get me in one.So I ended up taking the bike back for a full refund.Being new to the biking game I didn’t feel really welcomed or comfortable. I felt like a burden. & those bikes ain’t cheap. For luxury prices I do expect luxury services. So I went to another store & purchased a Trek there (posting a review soon). That experience was almost the complete opposite it was so good. This was my very first bike shopping experience, & I most likely won’t be back to this Trek store .
I needed to have some simple work done for my daughters bikes, and they did it quickly, efficiently and economically! They also have a nice friendly staff with good selection of bikes and cycling wear!
Awesome staff and great products!!! Highly recommend this store for all of your biking needs!
Reliable and friendly. The staff was very helpful. 2nd time going and will definitely go again.
We went in to find a bike for my wife. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about getting us the right size bike and the equipment to go with it. I had a grea Experience and will be going back for all my biking needs.
Very knowledgeable and caring staff. I would highly recommend this business
Traveling from over 3 hours away, we ran into traffic around Atlanta that pressed us to possibly get to the Trek store in Peachtree City after they closed. We called ahead and let them know our situation and Alex assured us they would wait on us. As it turned out, we got there just under the wire - maybe 10 minutes before they closed but we were never rushed. Alex made sure my wife had everything she needed and that the bike was a perfect fit for my wife. We appreciated the professional and courteous service we received. Everybody at the shop was friendly and attentive. My wife loves her new Verve 3! Thanks Alex for your great service!
Took my bike there spent over $100 for two new tires. It was working and shifting fine until they put tires on. Then it did not. They were not helpful.
Excellent customer service.
Good job repairing four bikes.
Its a place of Awsome service, Im always extremely pleased with their attention to details.......thats my Bike spot in Georgia 😁
Great sales staff and wonderful collection. I wish the lot for test driving the bikes was away from cars coming and going but all in all a very nice shop.
Great shop with excellent service and people. I highly recommend!!
Great people! Very helpful and fast! Will be going back again.
Shame on me for not writing a review sooner. I went to the shop almost a month ago. I love my bike, but more than that. I loved the experience. Tre helped me and his customer service was sublime. In the middle of the Pandemic he didnt make me feel like I was threat or that he was afraid to connect and communicate. He gave me great solid options and I love my Verve 2. If you see this review LOL yes the seat still feel good. He paid attention to every detail. I would drive all the way over there again even though there is a location McDonough barely 20 minutes away.
Absolutely hospitable staff! I was greeted by the wonderful Jeanette. I wanted to get a beginner bike and I wasnt at all treated like an uninitiated noob (Because I am). I ordered a beginner bike (Trek Marlin 6) I was lucky enough to buy the last one of my size in their inventory and just about the entire inventory of all the locations in the state. However, the suspension was defective. They did everything they could to fix it but came to the conclusion that it had to be replaced and Alex went through the procedures of the warranty to get a new suspension ASAP. The entire time Alex was giving me updates the second he got them and was completely transparent with me. We learned that the stock suspension had to be replaced by the company that made the suspension and we had to get that warranty through them. Alex went out of his way to convince Trek to instead of getting another stock suspension they replace it with a better more valuable one in Treks stock. So my $650 bike became valued at around $950. the amount of time From sending it back with a defective suspension to getting an upgrade took ONE WEEK! We were (and as of now still) in quarantine and they were at the peak of their business season were a million problems can happen all at once (I work in sales I know the feeling) and they got that ready for me in ONE WEEK! Thanks, Trek! thanks, Alex! Ill keep shopping there again!10 out of 5 stars!!!
Great experience at Trek Bicycle Shop. Alex and Jeff were great to work with, and their processes during these social distancing times were seamless.
We were very happy with the Trek bike we purchased at Atlanta Trek and also happy with the service we received. Thanks~
I was happy that you were there during Covid 19. Good advice, great new bike, better than Amazon, cool people.
Everyone at the Trek store makes me feel important. I am NEVER talked down to or treated as if my questions are not important. I truly feel part of the Trek family.
The people who work at this bike shop are helpful in answering questions and helping me with my bicycle needs.
Had a great experience at the Trek store, in PTC! Allen was super helpful and friendly! All the staff that we met were great and helpful!
The lady that helped me was very friendly, helpful and apologetic that the store was so busy, but I only waited ten minutes tops.
I am very pleased with the repair of my bike. Initially, I brought my bike in for an urgent repair in preparation for BRAG. The repair could not be completed in time for BRAG, so TREK rented me a very nice bike at a great price for one week. Thank you TREK!
Enjoying my new Trek! First time straying away from big box store bikes so it was an awesome experience!
Outstanding customer service by Jeff and his team at the PTC Trek store. Being new to the sport they set me up on a new road bike and associated equipment. In addition to fitting me on my new bike they provided an in depth bike maintenance class at no costs. If your interested in purchasing a bike or gear I can highly recommend this store.
The staff is knowledgable, super friendly, and detail oriented. With a recent bike order, they kept me informed of when the bike was ordered after the bike fitting, when it arrived, and when it would be assembled and ready for pickup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Great staff, helpful and very knowledgeable service techs!
Great service. no hassle
Professional repairs with detailed feedback and diagnostics :) Fantastic!! Highly recommend this place!
I went to the store to have my handle bars raised in my Trek Marlin 5 to match my new seat position. The staff continue to be friendly and knowledgeable. The service after purchase is greatly enhancing my cycling experience.
The people... I arrived Saturday about 15 minutes before the shop closed with my old Schwinn from 1977 -1978 era which had been damaged and needed a tune up. I was greeted by Allan and he was very helpful unloading my bike from my truck and introduced me to Aaron who was busy repairing another bike. I explained that I wanted to get an estimate of the repair and a tune up to see if it would be better to just get a new bike or repair. Expecting them to just check me in and give me an estimate later since it was so close to closing time. Instead ... they took about 15-20 minutes past closing to answer my questions look up parts for the repair estimate and tune up. They assured me they loved working on old bikes and that my bike was a good quality bike and the cost was worth keeping it... if it met my needs... something again I was not expecting. I never felt pressure to buy a new bike even though I asked about new technology of the new bikes compared to my old Schwinn.I later came in the next week because they said it would take about a week to get the parts in. I just showed up and inquired about my bike... again, I was greeted very warmly by both Allan and another gent whose name I dont remember. (Sorry). He helped answer my questions about a new seat, helmets and some lights which I was interested in. Looked up my work order and said parts would be in the next day.The next day I received an email that the work was done. The following day I arrived when the store opened to pick up my bike and was again greeted by Allan and Jeff. Jeff got by bike out of the shop and assisted me with Helmet and seat purchase and answered all my questions about fit and made recommendations for my needs.Overall... above and beyond my expectations and a very good experience. I plan on seeing them about all my bike needs in the future.
I have been a customer for 8 years and just bought a new Trek Silque, which is really comfortable with high-quality components. I got a Guru Fit with Pat, which was amazing. I was impressed with how accurate the Guru was when the settings were translated to the bike. I love this place. I can always find what I need and always get great customer service. Mark is a great mechanic and the rest of the guys are great, too. Go see them for all things cycling!
Very helpful with selecting a bicycle for our son. They made great recommendations and did not push products on us that we did not want. Overall, it was a great experience.
The folks at this store are my favorite “Trekkies” They truly go the extra mile!
Great store and staff.
Love the service and the quality of the work. Trey does a great job!
Love this location and the team that take such good care of my familys bikes and the safety of my kids.
I bought a Trek Marlin 5 about 3 weeks ago. Excellent bike especially the Hydraulic disc brakes, and the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have gone over 70 miles so far. To add to my earlier review, I bought the bike get the brakes adjusted and was not disappointed by service. I also made 3 personal bests on my ride this afternoon. I shaved 10 minutes off my last ride with the adjustments to the brakes and raising the seat. To add to my previous review I upgraded the drivetrain from 3X& to 3X10 and upgraded the brakes. Atlanta Trek has yet to disappoint.
Replaced pedals on my bike. Great service!
Went above and beyond for me. I cant say enough about the integrity of the shop and its staff. Professional and very helpful. Would recommend to absolutely anyone.
The whole staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. They were able to find the bike I wanted even though it wasnt in stock. They outfitted it the way I wanted and helped fit it to my body with the Guru System. Well worth the drive from Cobb County!
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Alex was great during our shopping experience.
Jeff was super helpful with fitting our daughter for a bike, helmut and accessories to go along. She is 8 and sort of in between 2 sizes of bikes. Not only did he help us with this matter but he stayed after hours for nearly 45 mins( past closing) along with another store associate to ensure that the bike we purchased was fully tuned up mechanically and set up for her. I’m super impressed with the service and care of the staff here and will back for all of our bicycle needs. Thanks Jeff.
Love all the Trek locations! Great people!
Trek Atlanta sales and service are top shelf. My recent service experience with my wifes fuel 8 was impeccable. Pat in the service dept is very customer centric. Will recommend without reservation.
I called and was told to stop by the next day. When I went to the place they told me they couldnt fix my bike, because they were two weeks behind.
They go out of their way to help. They do things right there first time. Friendly, knowledgeable and understand my sound effects. My favorite bike store ever.
Very friendly and helpful!
