My first time going to that spot and I enjoyed it. I plan to return in the near future.

Was not expecting to find the correct fit and style combination before showing up, but within just a minute I found an awesome shoe for me. The customer service was also fantastic.

I love getting my shoes from here. It would great if they had more wide width shoes though.

Went in on Nov 22. Bought 1 pair of shoes. Something weird happened at kiosk where it stated my card was declined. Customer service said do again then it went through. Checked my bank account on Nov 24 to see i was charged 2 times. I just called the store and they spoke to corporate which corporate said nothing they can do. So I guess I will dispute charges with my bank since Rack Room does not want to play nice.

Fantastic shoes at fabulous prices. They can even ship it to you if they dont have your size.

Sales lady had no clue what steel toe boots were. Said they didnt carry them. We found them on our own but none for women. Manager was helpful. We will probably be back. Most of the time we come it a good experience just not this time.

By far the most racist store I’ve ever been to. The TRAINEE Manager Mia profiled me and my mother from the time I got in there until the time we left. I came in with a pair of shoes I bought there a few days before because I wanted to exchange them for a different color. As I walked in I wasn’t greeted by anyone but made eye contact with Mia who turned and walked away. She did not once speak to me or about the shoes I had in my hand. I went to the back to grab the shoes to exchange them for but they were not there so I decided to leave with the shoes I came IN WITH!! MIA THEN WATCHED ME WALK OUT THE DOOR WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING BUT LOOKING ME IN THE EYE. I then spoke to my mother outside and we decided to turn back in and return the shoes I bought. After I HAD ALREADY WALKED IN THE DOOR MIA THEN DECIDED TO ASK US ABOUT THE SHOES. IF I HAD NEVER WALKED BACK IN I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE CHANNEL 2 News!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RETURN BACK TO THIS STORE. If this is how your train her in this store I know this is how you train all your other employees to profile.

Horrible customer service- horrible, immature, racist staff who stayed in a group chatting and gossiping the entire time I was in the store. I was never greeted, but every white person who entered the store was greeted immediately! Breanna walked over on the aisle I was on and never asked if I needed any help even though I had stacks of boxes in my arms. A white woman was right across from me with her daughter looking for shoes and she asked them if they needed any help. I will never return to this racist store. Your staff needs a training class on diversity and professionalism!!

They had some HTF Skechers, all in my size. The sales staff werent very attentive, but I was able to find exactly what I needed. Great location.

Manager Mia is one of the rudest salespeople I have ever met. When asking to take my shoes in which I had already paid for, she said I couldn’t. I told her they were mine and she rolled her eyes and said “ whatever”. I then asked for the manager and she said she “was the manager”. I then proceded yo ask for her boss and she gave me his name. I will contact him directly.
