I have a cargo trailer for my lawn service. My cables came off my door. I was able to put the cables back on but the door spring needed adjusting. I called a number of other people only to be told they did not work on trailer doors. I called Mr Garage door at 7:30 am. He said send me a photo of what you have and your address I am heading to your area. If I can fix it I will charge you $100. If not you owe me nothing. He had never worked on a trailer door before and quickly figured out it was the opposite of a garage door. Please use him great guy and his price was very good compared to the quotes I got from my regular garage door repair company.

The spring on my garage door broke one morning. I called the company that installed the door but they couldn’t come out until the following day. I called Mr. Garage Door and explained that a car was trapped in the garage and my daughter needed to drive it to work in 2.5 hours. Travis came out and opened the garage door so we could back out the car. He left to get the correct spring, returned to repair the garage and had it all completed in less than an hour. I appreciate his flexibility. He also suggested adding some bolts to the door to provide stability and a handle to make it easier to lift next time. He added those items for minimal cost. I am very pleased with the service and the price was extremely competitive.

Garage door opener broke late Monday around 5:00. I called and Travis answered the phone (and also came to do the repair). He was extremely helpful and courteous. He worked with me to help troubleshoot my issue. Also worked with me around my schedule to come replace my garage door opener. They were extremely kind, courteous and helpful. We had a great experience with Mr. Garage Door! In a single call, I was able to connect with Jamie and he arrived the next day. The repair was done in a timely manner and he even gave me a few tips to maintain our door/rollers on a periodic basis.

I called Mr. Garage Door late Thursday 4/26 around 6pm and Jamie answered the call. I called one other local service prior and there was no answer. I explained the problem to Jamie, which was a broken spring on an 18 double garage door, and asked if he could expedite repairs since we were having a garage sale in two days. He asked for the dimensions and some pictures, which I provided. He said his schedule was very busy the next day but he would rearrange his schedule to accommodate us. The next morning Jamie texted he would be at the house between 3pm and 4pm.Jamie showed up promptly around 3:30pm. We reviewed the door and he diagnosed the problem and made reasonable recommendations for replacement of both the springs (one was broken and the other severely rusted) and cables (frayed but still in decent condition). We opted to replace both springs, which he completed in around 30 minutes.Based on my experience with Mr. Garage Door, I would strongly recommend Jamie for any garage door service or repairs. Jamie was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, skilled and rearranged his schedule to fit in our repair the very next day. Fantastic job!!

I am a very happy customer of Mr Garage Door. Jayme ended up replacing the door and opener, it was very old and I was waiting for it to stop working at any moment or just completely fall off. So my new door is Awesome! We were able to pick out the style, design and color. There were plenty of options to choose from and his prices were comparable to Hone Depots but the quality is much better. I also got a door that was insulated because I live to spend time in my garage and want to be able to use it in the winter. But I am really excited about the opener! It is sooo quiet and smooth. We got a keypad on the outside which is so handy. One of the coolest features is that the opener is WiFi. There is a free app that lets you check the status of it from your phone anywhere and you can open or close it wherever you are. I used this on our last vacation to to check on my door. Called about what I thought was serious problem with my garage door but turned out to be simple fix that they were able to walk me through over the phone. Excellent experience. We had a tight time deadline with our sons wedding rehearsal at our house 1 week away. Our original 30 year old door was beyond wore out and dangerous. Jamie met with us, did the measure on our extra wide door and showed us samples of Doorlink Manufacturing garage doors. I recently had my garage door repaired. After talking with numerous garage door repair companies I chose to use Mr.Garage Door Peachtree City. The service man who came out was Jayme. Mr. Garage told me what time to expect him and he was right on time. Jayme assessed the problem and quickly got to work. Not only was Jayme very nice, but he also explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. Very knowledgeable and professional. He quoted me a price. The price was very reasonable!!! I thought it would be alot more. Jayme finished the job and tge door works as if it was brand new. It was silent. Jayme did an excellent job. I will use him and his company whenever I need him. Jayme rescued us from a botched garage door replacement job. After being taken in by a dishonest contractor, we called Mr. Garage Door. Jayme called us back right away and came to look at the problem the next day. He tried to repair what had already been done, but determined that another door was actually needed. He gave us a fair price for the job knowing that we had already wasted a considerable sum on the botched work. He quickly replaced the door and got us up and running. When he noticed that there was a minor manufacturers flaw in one of the panels he took it out and exchanged it for a perfect one, even though that meant driving 100 miles round-trip to get it. As far as I was concerned that was going above and beyond the call of duty, as we may not have ever noticed the flaw. He wanted to make sure that the job was done right and that we were 100% satisfied. He even showed me how to program our extra remote controls. We are grateful for honest, hardworking people like Jayme and highly recommend Mr. Garage Door.
