Great customer service. When me and my wife went to ship some items we realize we needed a slightly larger box. Carsmart gave us a larger used box they had in the back for free. You definitely wont get that service at the post office. Ill be shipping more eBay items with them from now on.

I shipped a box late November USPS Ground, and its just gone. No one can give me any information. I have shipped with this company before and I feel like it might have been intentional because this was the first time I shipped a box ground instead of priority. Nevertheless, my box is gone. There were a lot of unique pieces/ one of a kind, and custom gifts for my family that i will never get back. Thanks Card Smart for ruining my holidays. Merry Christmas

This is always my preferred for mailing anything. The employees are super pleasant and helpful when needed. I was also able to find a cute Peachtree City specific gift for a friend in Switzerland.

The ladies there are very rude to younger people and basically no help. I had to go in and speak very calmly even after they made rude comments and gestures while I walked up and at the counter with my 17yo sister because they wouldn’t help her and I had the prenotion i was dating her at my age I’m 23, that’s illegal and those crones need to stop judging and learn what customer service is just because your old doesn’t mean you get to act like a B**** to those younger then you.

Typically I am pleased with this business, today I was not. I stood in line for 30 minutes to be told I they couldnt take my packages. I researched the reason given to me on why packages could not be taken and this is not correct. I will not return to this place of business and I have done business with them for five years. In the back of my head I am wondering if the reasons for not serving me was due to the amount of packages I had and the size. I had several packages and I feel between the work it was going to take the clerk to process and my race, she did not feel concerned at all that I had stood in line all this time as well as I am not sure if she is aware of how often I have supported this company.I will spread the word on their poor service today as well as I will research further and consider reporting this issue to the Better Business.
