If possible, wed give 6 out of 5 stars for the exemplary customer service by the owners, Greg and Ratna. Their attention to detail and strong focus on ensuring that the we were happy with the hot tub was amazing! The location of our hot tub made installation very challenging but Greg and Ratna were very patient and came personally several times to ensure that every issue was resolved in a timely manner and that we were satisfied.We researched for over 3 months in the PTC and Atlanta region and reviewed many hot tub brands before finalizing with Cal Spa at Ratna Spas and Patio. Compared to many other brands, Cal Spas definitely has a lot more to offer with their salt-water tub including having three pumps, excellent ergonomics, low maintenance, 5-year warranty and a great hot tub experience.Above all, our decision to work with Greg and Ratna was based on the confidence that we will receive great customer service. We are so glad that we made the right decision and it worked out awesome!

Totally outstanding service and sales. Could not have been more helpful. Made sure my hot tub was installed correctly and made sure as a new owner knew how to use it properly. Any questions I had I got immediate answers to. I could not be more pleased.

My 2018 Hot Spring Spa sprung a leak. My dealer and good buddy Greg drove 30 miles to my home to diagnose the problem. Turns out the heater had gone bad. Greg replaced it (no charge) and Im back in business enjoying my hot tube. Many thanks to Hot Spring Spas of Peachtree City.

We purchased the Vanguard with the Ace salt system. It was delivered 1 week ago so we are truly new owners. So far, we love it! Greg did a marvelous job educating us and was great during the whole buying/setup process. We live about an hour away and were very pleased he was willing to work with us. Our local hot tub dealer wanted a lot more for a tub that was on display and much more for ordering the one we actually wanted. If you are in the market for a hot tub, I recommend you go here first and save yourself some time and money.

Love our new Hot Springs hot tub! Greg was wonderful throughout the whole process from the beginning to the end. He personally came out after our hot tub was delivered and taught us how to use it and to care for it. I really love the fact that it is a salt water spa. Soooo much better for your skin and much easier to care for.

I have purchased two Vanguard hot tubs from Hot Springs PTC and they have been totally wonderful. The salt water system is as close to maintenance free as you can get, and I love the fact it’s always ready to go. Greg has been very responsive and helpful when I have had any issues or questions. Years ago we bought a HotSpring Spa and loved it. So, when we recently relocated and had to leave it behind, we knew we wanted another one. We went to see Greg at HotSpring Spas in PTC and he was extremely helpful. He explained and showed us the best model for a new deck being constructed, and worked with us to schedule delivery. Once the electricians wired things up, Greg came out the next day to our home to show us how the salt system, jets, lights, etc. all worked. Once again, were thrilled with our new hot tub and Gregs help and expertise are an added bonus.

Purchased a beautiful HotSpring Spa in PTC and love it completely. Went for the Freshwater Salt System, and yes it sounds contradictory but it works well. No smelly chlorine or bromine and very low maintenance. Owner Greg Reeder came out after delivery to personally go through all the systems and operations one night after store closing. Great service. You get what you pay for and this place is an example. If you want a hot tub with 50 jets and only one pump then hit the warehouse club for a kiddie pool experience. But, if you want a premium product with premium service this place should be your destination.

Our experience was great. The owner was more than helpful and not only provided us with all the information we needed to get our hot tub set up, he helped in delivering it as well. Would definitely recommend Hot Springs Spa!

We love our new tub from PTC Hot Springs! Greg has been wonderful; helping out with issues with our electrician and getting the tub installed. He is ready to answer any questions. The tub itself is fantastic and the moto massage has done wonders for my back. Love the salt water too.
