My pickup experience was even better than usual. I went to the wrong Kroger and Mikaela was understanding. She and Debbie were both personable and friendly.
Great shopping experience. The deli has lots of options to choose from. Nicole at the service desk was very nice and helpful.
I used to really enjoy going to this Kroger, but a couple of days ago, I was leisurely walking past aisle 27 and saw a RAT run across and wiggle/squeeze his way onto the shelf with the cleaners and disinfectants! I nervously stood there in disbelief and immediately walked to the customer service desk to tell the rep and she calmly said “we are aware and are working to fix the problem.” Like wth??? DO NOT SHOP HERE. Completely gross and ridiculous! I won’t go back!!! If I could give them zero stars, I most certainly would! Appalling and so disappointing!!
This has been favorite grocery for years. That was hurt Yesterday when when I saw a rat scurrying around the candy isle then jump into it. I dont like rats so as we hurried away we talked to customer service who bluntly said We Know and quickly dismissed us.Not Cool.
This store has gone downhill fast. Not sure why but the store is a mess. Second time this week not a buggy to be had. Hopefully changes will be made soon. Publix in the meantime.
A rat a LIVE RAT ran right from under the popsicle pallet in the freezer isle....into the fronzen food freezer...health inspector is definitely coming...Im definitely reporting it.
Even though they are in the process of remodeling the inside of their store at the moment everything was still available and easy to find. The prices are still great, we do all of our grocery shopping there. Theres always a good selection of meat and produce to choose from. Ive been shopping here for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Very happy with this store and their employees.
We went to this Kroger to get a Starbucks coffee☕ The store was huge. First impression was that it is a very busy store with lots of people shopping. The Starbucks, Customer Service desk & restrooms were all located near each other - very convenient👍 The coffee was tasty & service was quick. They also have a blue USPS mailbox 📫 just outside the entrance to the store. Kroger gas station in the parking lot. There were specially designated parking spots for golf carts only, which we had never seen at any other Kroger before⛳
I’ve shopped at the Kroger since I was a little girl. It was up the road from where I grew up so I was always in there. I remember when it had a cooking school inside and had my birthday party there once! At a grocery store. This store was and still is a staple in my life. I moved to Florida after getting married and I still enjoy going when I’m home.During the COVID crisis, my mom got sick with COVID. I had raced home to care for her and my family. On my way in, before I went to my moms house, I stopped at a few stores looking for Lysol and disinfectants. I knew it was a long shot. I was scared and desperate. I stopped at Kroger with tears in my eyes. I scoured the aisles looking for anything that I could use. I went up to the Customer Service desk and asked if they had anything I could use. I had tears rolling down my cheeks. I had never received such bad customer service when speaking to them. I get they are a grocery store and ultimately a business. But I value this store. And they brushed me off and barely looked at me in the eye. I explained my situation, they said “sorry” and turned away from before before I could “thank them anyways” and walk away. That was back in October and it’s February and it still bothers me. Everyone is and was going through hell, but how about a little compassion? Even if you can’t help me? For someone who had grown up at this store, it made me sad.
The deli platters were just as pictured, however, they didnt have all the platters I requested. They were short on staff.
Ive been going to this Kroger for years. The last few times have been HORRIBLE!!! NO carts to use and food is not fresh or not available. Finding another location besides Kendron, Peachtree City.
No customer service at all!!!! I was just at this location on Dec. 9, 2020 between 9:30-10:30am. It wasnt busy, but I could not find one employee that asked me if I needed help. Then I realized they were all too busy having personal conversations on their cell phones. I couldnt even find a store manager to address the issue with. Ill stick with Publix and Aldi.
There is never anyone in the store to help you locate, they have self-service check out which they force you to do. There is always a line in the self-service checkouts which that puts human beings out of work. I avoid shopping there. Publix makes shopping for groceries a pleasure. Most times they ask if you need help and they a company you to the parking lot and help you load into the car. That is worth the extra few cents in my opinion. At Kroger they act like they dont care at customer service, at Publix they are actually customer service personnel. Every employee at Publix seems to know that the customer is their most important obligation. I will give my money to them not Kroger
Jasmin at self checkout was very sweet and helpful
I like Kroger stores and this one is typical. No complaints with the merchandise; plenty of stock; I miss the health food section... BUT beware- people bring dogs in here. I saw small dog in front of buggy the other day. Beyond shock! and I do realize management might not have known... I will clean the seat in my buggy from now on!
Pulled up to put some air in tires and see that they have swapped out the air machine with a fancier high tech compressor.. For as long as I can remember Kroger offered its community and shoppers free air. Little thing like free air separated Kroger from the other dozen or so grocery stores in the area.. For me, theyre no different than its competitors. This is a big F you to the community and their long time shoppers. Parking lot is always full, have to doge and weave cars flying through the isles never enough shopping carts and the the meat has been downgraded if that was even possible. Kroger has digressed the past year, the gas isnt even top tier and when it rains, traces of water have been known to leak into underground tanks. I give it four stars because the employees are always friendly and work hard to keep shelves stocked and store clean. Kroger doesnt do enough for its hard working employees and its tragic.
Kroger months ago advertized that they had no wait lines and that they would move people through checkout quickly. It worked great until they changed the policy a short time later and now there are two few lines open and it appears they want to force people to go through self checkout. Service has returned to being just average. Other than that most people in the store are friendly and helpful.
I enjoy coming to this Kroger. Its always quick and easy. Could use more staff for help tho.
The pharmacy use to be good but since there are a lot of new faces, you end up waiting an hour for your medicine! It’s always a lone line when you come to the pharmacy only to get up there and here all the time that they are behind, how can they always be behind ! I have been coming to this Kroger for meds about 9 yrs and now I’m switching due to the long waits and the new staff aren’t as friendly, Lance who use to work here and Julia were great members for the pharmacy! It’s a shame that they aren’t there anymore!
I just wanted to give a shout out to the new girl in the deli - Catherine. I say new because I normally see her in the Cheese Shop where she has been so helpful in selecting different cheeses beyond the typical cheddar. Today I went to get some sandwich meat and saw her working behind the counter. She always remembers my name and gives great service with a smile. Always a pleasure to be served by helpful, smiling employees!
Everything here is always clean, and the prices are okay, especially if you use their app and get their coupons. Everyone at the pharmacy is wonderful and they really give it a hometown feel. Some of the employees of Kroger itself, are not very desirable people. I have held off on writing this review, because the past couple of times that I have gone, I have had bad experiences with employees. I keep hoping that the next time I go things will be better and that I can give it five stars, but I just cant. The last time that we went, my husband was told that there was a Publix just a couple of miles up the road, if he wasnt satisfied with their checkout situation. The employee was upset because we did not want to move to a self-checkout. She was hateful. I can give several other examples of the rudeness that has come from there lately. It has made it to where Im almost ready to change completely and go to Publix. I really find this unfortunate, because there are certain things that I like about Kroger. There are certain Kroger brands that I would prefer to have. I do have to give them credit for a couple of people though that I have met there and enjoy speaking to every time I go. I know that every place has a couple of bad apples, I just wish they werent so consistent.
I ordered the fresh veggie and cubed cheese platters from the deli. They were beautifully prepared with absolutely the freshest foods--exactly like the pictures online. Perfect!
Kroger has a great selection of foods and since the updates over the past few years its made grocery shopping here that much more enjoyable. There are a few Kroger stores whos layout I prefer more, but for the most part I can find everything I need with knowledge from other stores.
Fridays are not good shopping because bins were scarce or empty in the produce area. I observed containers of bacon that looked old and had starting turning dark. There were only a couple lanes open and I was very fortunate to be escorted to another lane but an employee, which was extremely appreciated because I had quite a bit and didnt want to use the self checkouts. I was most impressed by this employee that helped me get out much sooner than I would have and she was really nice. Thank you.
Usually only has two check out lanes open. Trying to force customers to use self checkout. Employees having a bad attitude when I told them I didn’t want to use the machines.Sometimes no one bagging the groceries. The cashiers hope you will bag your own while they’re scanning. If you don’t then you have to wait even longer for them to be bagged once they’re finished scanning.
Very clean, organized with very fresh produce. Our cashier was friendly and efficient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is after speaking to the person bagging up our purchase multiple times, she refused to speak & I believe that to be rude.
This is one of the better Krogers in the area. That being said, my nighttime visit was a first. The Olive bar was not the same as my other visits. The lady, Rhonda, was not there, and it was noticeably NOT the same. The bar lacked some items and NO one around to ask! Rhonda always is very attentive to her customers needs and requests. You would do good to make sure such a dedicated employee continues to be in your store.
What once was a welcome shopping spot, has deteriorated down to a dung depository, complete with a fortitude of flies. The increasingly complex coupons, now requiring online activation, combined with the scant cell signal in the store, makes saving, or simply avoiding overpaying a huge hassle. Also, there are rarely any checkout lines open and the hours are abysmal.
Love the selection at Kroger. Although they should price match when it comes to sprouts when it comes to organics. We love coming here and getting most of our groceries here.
Staff was great when my wife lost her phone. They let her use their phone to help her.
I thought I had did a review for this Kroger. I live and breathe in this particular location. There is always an abundance of sale items although the past couple of Friday/Saturday deals have run out of stock rather quickly. This location is one of the nicer ones. They have an extensive hot bar, deli, sandwich shop, olive bar, and salad bar. The wine section is humongous. They even have a section for special cheeses. The produce us always pretty. Nothing rotten to pick from. There is always a lot of cashiers working so Ive never really stood in a line. They have what you need including a Starbucks. This location has a little lounge as well. If you are handicapped they have about 20 motorized carts. More than I have ever seen in any store Ever!!!On the weekend before Thanksgiving I did a Click List Pickup order. It went so smoothly. The agent that brought out my purchade was so nice and helpful. She explained any substitutions that were made and loaded the car for me. I appreciated it dearly. The only con I have is the bathroom. Not too clean. They need to do better with that.
The cashiers are always so nice
I love shopping here because of their cheap produce. The cashier was always helpful
Having to wait 20 minutes to checkout is unacceptable. Trying to save money by having one register open in attempt to force customers to use self checkout is unacceptable. Ill pay up for the Publix experience to avoid being inconvenienced by a corporations attempt to maximize profits at the cost of the customer experience.
So clean! Friendly staff. I absolutely love the olive bar and the burrito and pizza place. And it doesnt hurt that there is a Starbucks inside too! I will drive out of my way to come here!
Went to the self checkout line and finished checking out. Hit the finish and pay button but received a message saying waiting for attendant. Im not sure why this would happen. The only Kroger employee assisting at self checkout was actually scanning and bagging another customers entire cart! Really, This is self checkout! When she finally came over and we asked her if it was the self checkout aisle, she mentioned something about following protocol and everyone needs to wait their turn. So the protocol for employees in self checkout is to scan and bag an entire customers shopping cart before assisting others? Mind you the customer she was assisting was completely able bodied and it was a cart full of items. I would understand if they were senior or disabled, but no so in this case! Isnt the Self checkout aisle for shoppers who want to skip the wait/line and get done and be on their way? TA number of times when we went through the regular checkout, weve reached home and found out the person bagging forgot some of our items or put the previous persons items in our bags.
Peachtree Parkway Kroger has just turned into a terrible location! After months of problems, we switched and we usually drive further to go to Braelinn Kroger. We recently decided to give them another try, unfortunately, their deli must not be washing their cutting equipment. We received a bag of white American cheese with gross particles and spices (?) from other meat and/or cheese all over it. I tried calling to tell them about the unsanitary conditions, but the manager, Kendall, was extremely rude. We’ve learned our lesson to keep staying far, far away from here. Gross!!
Great prices & a good selection on most items. Just need more quantity on the sale items so they dont run out. More variety on cereal & cookies
Only self check out was open tonight. Having a child and a full cart is not meant for self check out. Never going back. Both krogers in peachtree rely on self check out. Publix from now on!
Awesome service
Everyone is very friendly. And the employees are always smiling . If they see you looking for something they ask if they could assist. I enjoy coming to Kroger. I always leave out with a smile😀
I like this store because they always have what I am looking for. The store is clean and the employees are very helpful. The vegetables are fresh, the deli is fully stocked, and the olive bar has so much variety.
For god sake, assign more people on the self checkout.
The deals and discounts are good when you catch the right ones. The cashier was good and political, but when I went back to ask her something it seemed like she had a attitude l, like I didnt just check out with her. Hmm. But the store is always clean, some of the other customers are friendly.
I have always loved this Kroger. Tonight they blew me away. I bought a Redbox movie and when I arrived home I realized that I left it in my shopping cart. I called the store and after a short hold they found it. I asked them to return it for me and I just got the email receipt saying that it was returned!
I never comment on this, but I couldnt help but notice the great customer service at this Kroger. No 5th star because I feel it needs to be a little more clean with such great service.
Robert at the customer service was such a wonderful man. He was very professional. Thank you Robert!!!
Love this Kroger!! Huge, clean, and fresh. Employees are average. I have seen stores where they are much friendlier but I never have a bad experience here.
Friendly staff, wide aisles. Fresh vegetables, very important. Dodd reasonably priced. Store always clean.
Terrible customer service through out the entire store. Store associates will not help and appears as if they go out of their way to avoid you. Never any baggers, lines to check out usually are 4 people deep. They used to be good...not anymore.
The fact this store is beautiful is exactly why I dislike it. Improve and offer more in your stores in the lower income areas and I would appreciate it more. This is a form of discrimination society see but do not acknowledge.
Newly remodelled store. Very clean and orderly. Staff was extremely helpful.
Highly recommended 👌 👍
Kroger has great prices on a variety of items. They also have electronic coupon sales every Friday.
The worst experience for check out ever
Massive store, nice organic/healthy section. I like being able to grab Starbucks in the store. The cheese selection is the best around.
Good selection. Really nice store.
The grocery store is average however the pharmacy technician is not up to par there is only one tech that has managed to be able to fill my monthly prescription when I bring it in the female with the glasses has not one time filled it and has pushed it 1-2 days bc this issue or that issue Wich they never tell you until you come back hours later to get it (because thats how long it takes to fill) its absolutely rediculous she is rude and its always a sorry and excuse later from the the pharmacist or my Dr office. Wich doesnt get my medicine on time.
Will NEVER use this store again! Most employees are uncaring about the customers. I was brushed off by 3 who didnt want to take the time to be bothered with a simple question or give directions. The check out was the absolute worse at a time that was not high volume. I used to love this store. The customer no longer comes first, and it doesnt seem the employees jobs do either.
This store is very clean and pretty stocked (except for half and half milk). Their organic section is really diverse.
The store is fine but I went to the customer service, no one was there. Several employees walked past but no one helped me so I left and went elsewhere.
Large store, bright, high ceilings, and lots of room to move throughout the store. The employees are friendly, self check out was available with no register issues, GREAT Prices and even the other customers are friendly.
This Kroger has everything and it is always fully stocked with sale items, and you can get ready lunch, dinner and dessert selections.
Nice local grocery store. Its currently under renovation, but still open for business. They also have a Starbucks which is always a plus.
My grandson took junior chef class and he had fun.
Clean store. Kroger stores seem to lack organizational components. Items are never where they should be. This particular store turns shopping into a scavenger hunt. High prices. Meats are ridiculously expensive and produce is poor quality.
Juanita at customer service was excellent. Thanks for hiring wonderful employees. Juanita deserve a promotion.
Generally well stocked and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Has small Starbucks in the store and Girl Scout cookies in front during the season.
This store is always clean, well stocked and great friendly employees.
My experience today April 24, 2019 2:52 pm was terrible, take my son who was carrying his dog a 4 month old Chihuahua puppy. and Manager Jonny a rude person who told me that he could not be in the store because there was food, and I told him that he understood but that he would show me the sign saying that it is forbidden not to bring dogs. the rude one with a lack of respect answered me that he was not going to teach me anything and that he could not be in the store ... I felt offended, afraid because of his high tone of voice, I felt he spoke to me in a racist way because I I saw that there are more people who have brought dogs to the store, and I have never seen them say anything. If there was a sign on the door I was not putting this review. I would like senior executives to check the people they hire.
The quality of customer care is hit or miss depending on the time of day. We have had really good experiences with wonderful cashiers but we have also had disheartening experiences. The times we have had harsh treatment have been when trying to get our sons wic. We have had several cashiers treat us coldly and have given us a difficult time once they see we had wic. One time a cashier straight up told my husband oh you have wic yeah Im not dealing with that turn her light off and walk away. The one lady who does self checkout at night is really nice and fun to talk to. Tonight at self checkout we had a nice young man help us. Parking can be a bit congested.
Really nice people that work hear. Ive always got good service.
I love this Krogers. Everyone is always helpful and it is always very clean with plenty of items in stock.
Love the Kroger in Peachtree City, clean, friendly with a wide variety of of all your grocery and household needs.
This particularStore is pretty nice, almost has everything you need except mogan David 🍷...
Fast friendly clean not too big so that you arent out of breath when done shopping
Nice variety some Kroger dont have. Will be nicer when remodeling is complete
I hate when I need to go to this store. Every time I regret it. It is always under construction. Shelves empty, things are not easily found. The health food ish section is now right next to the raw meats. Its a mess and crowded at the same time while lacking in any organic produce. Finding something simple like tea is a chore as well when it is in 2 different isles. I will not return.
I love this store. It is always well stocked and the employees are always helpful.
Good experience, though they are in the middle of a remodel so it makes locating items a little challenging. The staff was in hand to assist.
I usually shop here but recently I tried to make alfredo sauce and needed heavy whipping cream when I went to the store and all the heavy whipping cream looked like it had been beaten up when I poured it into the saucepan to start cooking the cream was already whipped wich ruined the sauce and my dinner
Always clean and great cashiers. They can bag your groceries without crushing the bread or putting your toilet cleaner in with your tomatoes.
My go-to grocery store. I love this place. The manager Keith goes out of his way to help people.
Kind polite people great service good value
Friendly staff. Well stocked. Clean store. Checking out really isnt ever an issue here.
Love grocery shopping at Kroger. Get app and download coupons
Newly renovated, very nice store, has all the items I need, organic included, huge wine and beer selection
The store is bright, and good produce and fruit.
The click list is quick and easy.
Most prices are good, but there are so many items that are over price for it to be Kroger. And it produce like potatoes, onions, were bad at times. And it were still with other produce.
I went to the Kroger Deli to have a Wrap Made with Cajun Chicken. I had the worst experience with Myra and her manager The Chef on 8/23/2017. she loudly discussed the other choices of chicken Chipotle and Buffalo... FYI That not the same thing. I alo wanted tomato wrap (what I normally get at publix but this store was in walking distance to work.) she also stated that they didnt have it after going to search for it but another associate when and took it upon herself to get it from the bread section. I also went to customer service and advised of the experience after Myra became impatient (mumbling while shaking her head in irritation saying Lord, Help me through this day and saying People tripping I dont know the difference between none of that chicken Wait... Arent you working in the Deli???? Okay... Even if you dont know your job is to provide customer service and find the answers. The chicken was there I just could quite find it while they were asking could they help me... The Chef which is her supervisor was notified about the customer service and was later called to the guest counter because i wanted to express the poor customer service ... he was just as bad as Myra. and not one time did he apologize... he said okay, thanks for bringing it to our attention and you were not standing at the correct counter to determine the type of meat I had no idea what he was talking about because everyone over there knew I wanted the fresh cut deli meat for my wrap they were about to make for me. so sad for the Kroger that I actually thought was the best... But I will no longer bring my money there. and being a realtor I will never buy gift cards to my new home buyers from here again.
The today .. the manager of this shop was very rude and with a tone rasista to my wife .. we are really desapodisapp with him.. bad person
Good quality. Helpful staff.
Great deal and customer service at Kroger they also have amazing deals there so you can safe money to.
Usually a good experience, but this time, only green bananas, and they were out of almost everything I was looking for. A lot of empty spaces on the shelves.
After a certain time in the evening, a lot of products are put away, and some of the storage areas are bare. I love shopping here as this location is very close to my daughters home. Its in a great shopping area with numerous retail stores and nice small and quaint restaurants. Chick-fil-A, Outback, Panera Bread, Wendys and other food chains. Employees are always polite, congenial and attentive. Kroger no longer offers senior citizen discounts, which is disappointing. Publix still does on Tuesday or Wednesday. Target, Ross and nail shops are in the same huge mall area. Petco is here as well.
This is the only store I shop at.......awesome service here.
Horrible. Someone mentioned before that the employees are uncaring. I 100% agree with that statement. I had to sit there and bag my own groceries as his (the bag clerk...I hate the other term) back was turned and arms folded. The isle that I originally went to....the two clerks were on their phones so I went to the next one and she was pleasant. I also noticed they treat you differently based on a few different things. Just because I may not dress like the patrons that shop there, it doesnt mean I dont come from the same area they do. I hate it when people say this (and one person doesnt make a difference in all honesty) but I wont be coming back to that location. Ill drive to fayetteville where the selection is less but the customer service and the patrons that shop there are friendly and awesome!
