Was not making the signature treats you normally go to marble slab for. Limited menu. Long line. Would not let customers use their tables. Said the restroom was out of order as well. I didn’t think a place could sell food without a working restroom. I can see from previous reviews that the bathrooms have been out of service for months. Maybe a call to the health department is in order?

This is one of my family and my favorite ice cream spot. The ice cream taste homemade and you can mix different flavors as well as add ons.My favorite is chocolate chips added to a scope of Sweet Cream and Dark Chocolate on a Chocolate dipped cone or waffle bowl. Marble Slab was a family tradition for over 15yrs. After my experience with the owner this past weekend Ill never go back. Store smelled like sewage when we walked in...not a good thing around consumables. As I was perusing the flavors I saw one called Charcoal Mocha...not your usual flavor so I asked for a sample. The owner said they no longer give samples. I asked what if I order a cup and I dont like it. His response, and I quote: I guess you need to get a flavor you already know. Guess it explains why it was empty.

Great ice cream and always happy, helpful staff. Owners and their family are usually working a few days a week and are phenomenal. My wife hates dairy products but loves marble slab ice cream.

If i could give this place a zero stars I would. I ordered two strawberry milk shakes and they were just all milk with a little ice cream just liquid. The strawberry had the most artificial taste and looked like toxic pink waist .I will never go back.Got home and had to pour it out.

I wanted to climb over the counter and mix the ice cream myself. The employees absolutely butchered the ice cream. I assume theyre new. Ice cream was good but the scoops were a lot smaller than the last few visits and melted.

Went to this location, maybe 6 months ago, and was told that they were closing. On Friday, July 23, 2021, we saw they were open and we were delighted because the brownie fudge sundae the we had gotten previously was so good. This time, a different, hovering boss, instructed the employee on how much of all the ingredients to add. They put in 2 half scoops of ice cream, a little chocolate fudge, a very different tasting small brownie and about enough whipped cream to half fill the spoon. In all, there was maybe half the amount of ingredients, if even that, all for the same price of nearly $7.00 each.I give them a negative 5 stars and will not go back. The franchise should chastise them for their poor presentation and price.

I had ordered 12 cupcakes for my granddaughter’s birthday. They were to be picked up on Saturday. However on TUESDAY I called to cancel the order… and the lady was SO incredibly rude to me! She said the cupcakes had already been made…. WHAT?! Don’t really want 6 day old cupcakes 🤢 Anyway she hung up on me. I won’t be going back.

Everytime my family & I come to this location their waffle cones are always so burnt and too brown! You can taste the burnt in the waffle cone. We will just go to the Fayetteville location, their cones are light & perfect. Hopefully you all can do better and keep continuous customers in mind when making those waffle cones .

No indoor seating, or available bathrooms because we are moving in September .Pretty hard to eat ice cream fast enough when its 93 outside.

Very small scoops of ice cream for the price. We got one small, one medium and I e large and it was $20. All looked to be about the same size servings.

They have some cool flavors at this store and tons of combinations my date had the charcoal ice cream shake which was delish and I had the fudge Brownie sunday cup which was stackable goodness!!

They have small and expensive special shakes. I have had cheaper and better. Gave me an upset stomach. There is gum that will harden in the cotton candy one. Gum and ice cream is not a good idea.

We went in to get some ice cream and all three employees werent wearing masks or gloves. Masks might be a COVID thing, but Im pretty sure gloves are standard. Not to mention the store was crowded with no social distancing. Ice cream isnt worth my health as I fall into a higher risk group. We left without purchasing.

That certain items contain peanuts is not stated on the menu and when we made them aware of this the worker did not seem to care and said that they were going to charge me for this. They ended up not, but that is very dangerous for someone highly allergic to nuts

We usually love to go here! We took our children last Sunday and the teenagers working were too focused on their cell phones and giving their boyfriends free ice cream to help us. I had to mommy them into literally standing up to help us. Y’all-this is old school but- get a no cell phone policy for your employees

It was okay, but nothing like what I expected it to be. The ice cream was not really worth the calories in my opinion. Maybe it was the flavor I chose, but regardless I would have expected it to be better. The restaurant itself was clean, and the people that worked there were tolerable. The only real impression that they gave me was that we were paying them, but other than that there was no real care shown. Again, I felt tolerated.

Theyre nice there and their icecream is the best Ive eaten thus far. Its pricey for ice cream $$$ tbh but at the same time, when its time to splurge and go out, this is a good place to go to.

This is the best ice cream parlor I have been too. They have lots of flavors and good hospitality. Even in the winter many people are there. Lastly, It is a clean facility.

The first time I went to this location, the employees were super rude. That was a few months ago, but I went tonight and there was a different staff and they were soooo pleasant. Even though they were closing in 30 minutes and there was a long line, they still remained nice, so I will be coming back.

It is NOT Cold Stone Creamery. The Ice cream isnt as creamy or flavorful either. The biggest issue is the same price as Cold Stone, but half the quality and quality. Drive the extra miles and get the real deal

Amazingly creamy ice cream

I ordered a cake for Christmas. It was inedible. No one would eat it. It was missing at least 3 things listed in the description and did not look like the photo once you cut into it you could see it was not as described. I have contacted both corporate and the location and had no return contact from the local store. Corporate has been unable to get in contact with the location as well. They clearly do not care about the corporate oversight, instruction, or their customers.

Bad customer service is an understatement! You should not talk to a customers like theyre not an asset to your company. Every paying customer is of value. The owners are very rude and disrespectful. They were slamming their utensils when my daughter told her she was fixing the wrong ice cream. The owner then told me I shouldve read the prices prior to choosing when asked about the price difference between small & medium. Needless to say if you like marble slab try Cold Stone Creamery! Awesome Customer service there!

I got my ice cream and was telling her what I wanted in it, and While I was deciding what other toppings I wanted in it, she put it in the bowl and when I told her I wasnt done, she asked if she could just put it on top because she had already put it in the cup. Your ice cream is over priced already. Dont be lazy. She did not communicate with us at all. When I asked to sample something, she gave me an ugly look and gave it to me. VERY DISPLEASED!!!!

The ice cream is expensive but the attitude is free.....Do yourself a favor get ice cream somewhere else. My wife and I got ice cream here a few time and our experience has always been completely underwhelming. We joke that their slogan should be. Doing you a favor by letting you buy our overpriced ice cream.

The guy behind the counter coughed (wet sick sounding cough)into his hands. I waited to see if he would put on gloves or wash his hands before serving us, but after we ordered he went straight to the scoops. I asked if he would please wash his hands before serving us. Blek.

This place is under terrible new ownership. Its hard to ruin a fun ice cream experience, but Marble Slab has done it.
