I am not a huge fan of the store - it is cramped and not well organized. The prices are 🤑 and their stock is not complete. We are on an island, so supply chain issues make sense. I think this is one marketplace that retail chains dont do well in. I prefer to shop at locally owned craft stores - prices are often lower and my dollars go directly to the local economy, not to the supply chain. 🌺🤙💚

Not crowded and customers were physically distancing. I went for craft paint but they were out of a lot of colors, probably due to the holidays. Helpful employee showed me where the paintbrushes were. Lots of holiday supplies!

If you like crafts and diy art projects then youd probably like this place. The prices are decent and usually can find sales on various items throughout the store.

Small but full store with traditional and local craft supplies and kits. Great selection of locally made items too.

As anyone in our beautiful state knows, we have a serious lack of options for craft supplies. Leaving us with Ben Franklin, Walmart & Target, basically. This makes it especially frustrating to go to Ben Franklin and see the absolutely outrageous prices for subpar materials. Do I still go? Yes... but only for a lack of other options.

I love to do crafts and make things with my hands. I go here for most of my supplies. And they have a lot more than just that. The people who work here are very helpful and nice and they remember you when you come back again. A smile and a how can I help you right off from the start. You really should drop in and look around for some of those things you think you just cant live without. Hope to see you there. Tell them Dave sent you, LOL. The Assistant Store Manager Kekoa is a Rockstar...I currently live in Vegas and needed customized fans for my sisters funeral ASAP...I reached out to Kekoa via email and he quickly responded. This is my favorite place to get my craft supplies and tools. They have a lot of stuff for local and Asian crafting.

Associates are very helpful. They have too many things I like and want, so I ended up spending more than I planned :-D

I shop there all the time and the people who work there know me and they treat me great. They are always there to help me find what Im looking for and if I ever have a problem they are always willing to go the extra mile to fix my problem and I always leave the store happy . I recommend that you shop there because its a good clean place with good quality items at a great price. The people are wonderful and I just love them all. Just to let you know that Masks must be worn at all times in the store and please give everyone plenty of space.

Fast and efficient service, even though there was a crowd. I especially liked that they provided hand sanitizer RIGHT OUTSIDE of the store. I will definitely check this craft place out again.

There’s not much hobby stores I know of that caters to 1/24 and 1/25 scale cars, trucks. Mostly R/C’s nowadays! Just found out that B.F. carries a lot of variety nic nacs to complete your projects. For my cars, I found a material that simulates leather for the seats and another flocking used for the car carpets.👌🏽🤟🏽🔥🔥🔥Awesome 🤘🏽👏🏼AWRYTE 🤙🏽there’s a whole lot more

Limited ribbon and color selection for graduation ribbon leis right now. Plenty of fun fur though for crochet leis.

Had such a great experience in the resin class taught by Joy at the PC location. I felt nervous at the start since Im not a crafter but Joy made me feel comfortable and confident that I could create these beautiful pieces.

I love it here. It made me so happy. Knowing theres a lot of vareity of crafting materials herw. I would love to recommend it to everyone who love crocheting, knitting, and painting. I qill definitely go back there.

I was actually looking for the glass or plastic round tops for water globes. Well a small one to repair my small water globe but unfortunately they dont sell it but I found other things to purchase. Ben Franklin is a must stop for anything crafts. Its been my favorite store since I was young when my mom frequently visited the Ben Franklin Store that use to be in Kamuela Hawaii. Oh yes.

Im not really a crafter, but if I need something to do crafts Ben Franklin is the place to go they have many things there. Sometimes its nice just to walk around and see what they have and come up with ideas for things.

Its hard to find what Im looking for. Maybe I dont understand how its catagorized, but its pretty hard to shop there. Make sure you prepare to to be in there for an hour and then some.

Nice place to find articles for your crafts, I personally find articles more expensive than other places but they do sell some stuff that cant be found immediately on the island.

They have a decent variety of crafts, however their prices are extraordinarily high! I can order the items online, pay shipping and still not come close to the price of most items in this store. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean and well kept. I just cant afford the prices!

Stores like this are the reason I like shopping online. I tried buying crafts for Christmas and my husband (who has diabetes and wears a very visible insulin pump) asked to use the bathroom. They refused him their restroom even when we told them it was an emergency. Thank God Longs Drugs was next door. Just use Amazon Prime.. Save your money, save your time, and use your own bathroom. I will never return.
