No pressure to buy anything I didn’t want.Needed a new all-metal futon frame and the salesman showed me a lovely alternate option that cost more but if I was in the market for an adjustable base I would’ve bought it. As it was I just wanted the simple, easy to assemble futon base.When it comes time to buy a new mattress I will definitely go to Mattress Firm.I’m actually a repeat customer. I bought a queen and a twin bed some years ago when it was Sleep Train so I know I’m getting food product and service.

Jasmin was well informed of the stock on hand. Informed us of the discount we could get by purchasing one twin over the other. Recommended the adjustable bed frame with the higher clearance for under-storage and water repellent covers. Offered us a one time delivery charge for two mattresses & frames (includes disposing of the two old mattresses and wooden frames at no additional charge) and we got to choose the day.

The lady that helped me was amazing to work with to find what I needed. She was on it the second she heard what I was there to purchase and even better had it in stock and was quick to go through what I needed. I went to so many stores that day that didn’t help much and she was ready to pounce ! We were greeted right away, we went during a labor day sale which is like their best sale of all time and got a king bed for queen price and also a free adjustable base. The guy who helped us was really nice too! Im so excited for my bed and id definitely refer my friends and family over to mattress firm pearl highlands.

I came in looking for a king sized mattress firm. I tried many brands and found one I liked that came with the ability to raise my head. That will be good if I am congested during flu season. The people were all very polite. My sales woman helped me test each one using a pillow to get an actual feel of laying on my side. I liked there was a price range fir everyone. I did purchase a mattress ploies and bundle plus warranty to make things good for ten years. Can’t wait fir delivery tomorrow. This is the place to go !!!

I went to purchase a bed frame at Kapolei Mattress Firm and the company knowingly knew their cash registers are not working properly amd double charged me my single purchase. When I asked them to refund me, they said it’s not double charged on their end! I waited another day and credit card was charged twice! I called to get this fixed they refused and said for me to contact my own credit card company.. they refused to have credit my double charge! I canceled my total charges with this company and still waiting for credit! It’s a stealing company to use your money!! Illegal and don’t buy anything there!! Still waiting for money after 12 days!

We were there to purchase a bed for a family member who is returning home from California. He explained 3 bed selections to the family member via iPhone FaceTime. We were in and out of the store in 30-45 minutes which was very much appreciated.

Who knew there was so much to learn about mattresses. John was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in this store and gave us some recommendations based on our sleep habits. They had a sweet 4th of July sale and we were able to take advantage that. The most impressive part was how quickly we were able to have our mattress delivered! Less than 24 hrs later we had our mattress and base installed in our room. The delivery crew provided a window for delivery and they were prompt and communicative. Went in to Mattress Firm today (yes, they are open) and I got to say, I had the best customer service. I so happened to be helped by store Manager, Jonathan, who asked me all the necessary questions to fit me to the right type of bed for my needs. Thereafter, he gave me a bunch of beds (of course, in a safe way due to COVID) to try from, from the answers I gave him. He was very knowledgeable about what he sells, yeah, I know he’s the store manager and he should know, but he really knew his stuff. After trying the different beds, he allowed me to go about by myself and did not pressure me at all to buy anything and did not try to up sell me either. That was very important to me. I did end up purchasing a new bed and am very happy with my purchase.

We were helped by Chris, in the Pearl Highlands HI location- he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get us fitted with a mattress that fit our needs (my lower back problems and my wife’s sciatica pains) while still keeping within our budget. We went to Mattress Firm in Pearl Highland to find a new bed frame since the closest Walmarts and Lowe’s didn’t have any in stock. The bed frame that I decided on wasn’t in stock in the store or warehouse; and I wasn’t going to sleep on the couch till the 24th so I went with another option. Staff was friendly and even though we thought they were open, but was closed a staff member still helped us out in making a purchase.

Mattress firm has great customer service. The sales reps are knowledgeable and kind they help you find the right mattress for you and give you space while you make your decision. They didn’t pressure us to buy from them but they made sure we would be getting the best deal if we did. Shopping here was a great experience.

I just bought my 1st mattress from Mattress Firm Pearl City, upstairs of Sams Club. I highly recommend going there as it will be worth your while IF you love sleeping well. As it was shut-down in HI due to COVID19, Nick the Mgr arranged for me to come in by appt. Jonathan the Sleep Expert, was sooo knowledgeable, low key and no pressure as for jumped around laying on every firm bed. I settled on a king, but got it at Queen price due to Labor Day sale!! They even threw in an adjustable bed frame for Free! This frame is amazing for those that suffer from acid reflux - you just recline it up and ur good. Seriously guys and gals go check it out. Mattress Firm is a company with high integrity! I dealt with Chris Abernathe, the area manager. I purchased an adjustable base in February 2020. They did not have the new model in stock so they gave me a loaner model until the new adjustable base arrived. Shortly after my temporary delivery, we were hit with coronavirus. I was afraid to have any delivery people come into my home because my elderly mother is at high risk. So I put off replacing the adjustable base for ten months. When I called back Mattress Firm to get my new model in December 2020, they were perplexed as to why I waited so long. But they still honored their word. They came in January 2021, removed the loaner model and gave me the new adjustable base, just as they said they would. There were no extra charges. I highly recommend Chris Abernathe and Mattress Firm.

Great customer service and overall positive experience from the moment we walked in to the store. We were greeted and taken on a thorough mattress finding journey by sales associate Michael Blair. He asked us questions and had us lay on/try out different mattresses in an attempt to find the best fit for our sleep style and budget. We were able to get delivery of our new mattress scheduled 3 days after purchasing, so the wait wasnt too long.It has been about 1 week since our new mattress was delivered and we are very pleased with our purchase. The store does offer a great return policy where if you are not satisfied with the mattress after 30 days of sleeping in it, it can be returned. I dont think well be needing that return policy.

Went here to purchase our first bed as a married couple. We were looking for something that we could have for 10-15 years. Michael helped us and really gave us an amazing deal. We went during Memorial Day weekend. What a great deal and great customer service. We saved over $1,300!!!! We got the mattress, power base, and pillows. All the bells and whistles. The prices compared to other large name stores weren’t even close.

As soon as my wife & I entered the showroom we were greeted by Rudy Ancheta who was one of the sales associates on the floor. He had such a friendly demeanor which quickly made us comfortable. We were looking for a new bed and he asked several questions so he could understand what type of mattress we were looking for. He then proceeded to show us the different type of mattresses, explained the differences and actually made us lie on several beds (we were given mattress protectors because of covid19 which was great) to see what was the most comfortable to us.
