Just out of the phone, unfortunately the wood chipper wasnt available but they took their time to call me and even indicate other companies that offer the same service. I got all of my questions answered without a hurry and very positve attitude, including quotes, chipper operation, specs and all that. Nowadays good decent customer service is hard to find and Im very satisfied with their professionalism.P.s. I have a strong accent and it wasnt a problem at all. Easy conversation.
