Great customer service. I was trying to transfer a 2 Gigabyte file from my iPhone to a thumb drive and that they could not do however the staff recommended a thumb drive made for iPhones. Evidently they had been around for awhile. I bout the last drive in stock and ten minutes later I had the app installed and my remaining pictures and videos backed up. About 8 Gigs of data thanks to store staff.
Love this place. I have been shipping delicate products this past year to my customers. Everytime my customers always mentions how well it was packed. Employees are always nice and never have any problems. Definitely my go to place to ship.

I love that FedEx has 2 15 min parking stalls right in front of the store. That makes it so easy when you need to make a quick copy, fax or drop off packages. This location has several computers to use. Also shipping boxes and supplies along with random selection of Candy. There is always a wait to drop items off if you need a receipt. I cant ever remember when I was given customer service. A simple hello, or someone walking around refilling staples and paper clips. Never had a customer service experience here. The 3 star rating is for the 15 min parking and use of the machines.
Super clean store and awesome customer service. Eddie was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was trying to overnight documents to GA...FYI, FedEx doesnt overnight from Hawaii to GA.
Hours are adjusted because of the pandemic 9 - 6 M - F and 10 - 6 on Sat not open on sundays.....due to the pandemic and social distancing registers are limited and are only allowed to accept shipments on one.....FOR OUR SAFETY.....everyone acts like this pandemic isnt real until it hits home......everywhere I go I see people not wearing their masks correctly and not social distancing I for one am grateful to see this store practicing as much as they can an am saddened by people complaining about the new norm we are in.....ITS FOR OUR SAFETY AGAIN I REITERATE! Have some compassion for the essential workers in all areas people we are all in this together!
Theres was a young African American woman there who was really sweet & very helpful to me and answered all my questions and even helped me print copies from a photo instead of the actual file.
It took me one and a half hours to mail a package. There was only one register open for this procedure. There were 4 other workers standing around in the back doing very little and they would not open another register! I asked why when it was finally my turn and she told me that it was due to social distancing. I pointed out that they have plenty of registers to open another one safely. Guess I’ll use UPS from now on.
During the most dire of times, FEDEX does not know when a shipment of medication will get to its address. It has been a month already. Called the toll free number, no one answers from 1hr, then they answer, and hang up. That person at the shop could have had the presence in mind to say sorry sir but your package wont arrive there. Instead all I get is sorry we cant help you sir. Why have business if you cant help the customers with their packages and when it will arrive at its final destination. Its actually no star at how disappointing this is, its outright criminal.
The worse!!! the sign says open at 7am and the store manager shows up at 8:30am and has all these customers including myself waiting to go inside and print important documents. Whoever hired these people need to rehire someone that will follow fedex policy. The girl had an attitude to this old lady when all she ask was what time do you guys usually open and she’s tells the old lady to wait in a rude tone. This is ridiculous
This is my favorite Fedex because it is the hub. They have everything you need to ship your package. If you go to a fedex drop off point near your home and they have already done pickup for the day, I recommend trying to call here to see what time is pickup. Usually it is later in the day and you can still get your package out that same day. Also, they have all the boxes and tape you may need. I come here often and yesterday they were very helpful as usual. The associate, Chris, helped me pack, tape and send my return item to the store online which send the wrong item. I was not sure what box to send it in but she took care of everything and was a relief for me. Thanks, Chris!
2 associates where extremely helpful, but the incompetent associate as well as the supervisor where horrible. After having to call corporate office just to double check, I was advised to go back and try again. I walked back in, as soon as the incompetent one seen me he ran to the supervisor, my package was processed and paid for, then the sup refused it, ripped off the label and refunded my money after being extremely condescending.
Tried to be understanding due to holiday season rush but come on....the first problem was the delivery guy not using the call service in the building, I know because it routes to my cell phone (no missed calls), to let me know my package arrived.. he snuck in building instead and must have knocked while I was in bathroom or very lightly...then he leaves his cell number and FedEx ground services phone number written on a paper tag which was fine, but the trouble is this genius wrote the numbers using a sharpie or magic marker so its impossible to read because the ink tends to blot on paper! So I called the 1-800 number instead to schedule an in-store pick up....like the previous reviews...Crap... they should just take a bag of rocks, put a FedEx shirt on it, and paint faces on them.
I was in a bind and yet Lisa was super friendly, professional and helpful despite me arriving just a few minutes before closing. Thank you Lisa for helping me in my time of need!
Haven’t used this location for a few years. Just spent $25 to print off 42 black and white 8.5x11 pages one sided. What a rip off.
Nice and serviceable staff. Located in a nice plaza if you want to go shopping afterwards.
Got great directions to FedEx. I did also have clear sunny skies so there was no lagging, buffering or rerouting.
I agree with all the other reviews. I stopped being a FedEx customer because the idiots they hire dont have any pride in what they do. The manager is even worse, I even gave them hints on how to make their store better and it went ignored. They allow shippers to cut in line and just lay their pre-labeled boxes on the counter, and when I tired to do that, they told me to stand in line. No organization, no rules, just utter nonsense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Very unhelpful staff. Theyll look at you waiting in line for assistance, and keep walking without even acknowledging you. Thankfully they upgraded their equipment so you have to interact with them less. But its still a place I would only go if I absolutely had to have something copied or printed immediately.

One of the worse experiences of my life. I went here for my wedding invitations thinking it would be cheaper. Which it was about $100 but I would have MUCH rather paid the $100 than deal with 1.5 weeks of torture from this store. First the guy on the phone told me they would help me design it so I thought ok cool! I went in and the manager Lisa was zero help. I sat aside and designed it in about an hour. I was so frustrated I almost cried. They submitted a first proof I didnt like the design that I made last minute so I went back up there and drew them a new design and the Manager Lisa wrote down every note and seemed accurate. Wrong!! The next proof was wrong (wrong font), then the next proof was wrong (font size, and Rsvp) then the next proof (font size again!). So apparently she did not listen to me or they dont read the notes. Finally they were ready to pick up. I went to get them and they had lines going through the invites (not something I designed). I asked why are they so shiny? The sales associate said because I dyed the paper brown. So I wait around the store for 2hrs and let the new ones get printed....then I come back. Do you think they were right? Nope. I ask again...why are these so shiny? She said its the paper that you ordered. Turns out Lisa wrote in the notes that I ordered a glossy paper instead of a cardstock....So they get printed a THIRD time!!!I pick them up today and a guy in front of me had the same problem. Not only is it me but other people. They are wasting peoples time and FedExs money.They also charged me for them designing. Apparently they failed to mention that you can design on your computer and they print for free. Why would they not mention that? Lisa told me to draw it out!! I could have done it on Microsoft way faster then them messing the font up 10times!!!Oh they also have templates that they failed to mention to me. This store is the most unhelpful, unproductive, unprofessional store I have EVER seen. I am not happy with my invites. I wasnt about to deal with the headache anymore though!

RIDICULOUS! Paid $50 to ship two items to Washington State. Both items were no bigger than a shoe box and neither were heavy. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to UPS or USPS.
Not a terrible place, but nearly impossible to get to in the afternoon (from Pearl Harbor) due to the traffic.
