They were very helpful, they answered the phone every time ready and willing to help. They even gave me follow up calls about the entire process. They picked my vehicle up and once repairs were complete they delivered it back to me on time and literally dropped it of in the same spot they picked it up from. I hope I dont need those repairs again but one thing is for sure Ill have a trusted company to assist me in whatever i need done. Staff is very helpful and very nice. Vicki that handles the desk and phones is wonderful and very knowledgable about insurance procedures and roadside assistance. It was great to have someone so nice and helpful after a terrible incident.

We had our car towed here after a wreck thinking it would be a better option than Jackson, we were so wrong. They tried to tell me my truck wasnt there, first. It was there. They couldnt find the paperwork after I pointed to my vehicle over their fence at first. After they located the paperwork, they tried to accuse me of stealing things from my vehicle because they didnt record the necessary insurance information on the paperwork. The lady at the front desk was obviously on or coming off of drugs to the point I felt gross even dealing with her. Stay away.
