My visit to Woods whats the average professional and hospitable. I went in with the intention in repairs and maintenance done on a Honda push mower. The staff member was informative all they did not work on this model of more. However he did recommend a alternative shop that could work on. Being in the service industry (Construction) for more than 25 year myself I really did appreciate the honesty and time the staff member took, and the concern he show about my lawn equipment.

My husband went in for a specific part for his riding lawnmower. He was waited on immediately. The Gentleman waiting on him knew immediately what he wanted. He thought that they had just sold the last part they had in inventory, but double checked to make sure. He returned promptly with the exact part that was needed. My husband was elated and came home and was back cutting grass in record time. He would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of parts.

Staff and service is excellent. They will help answer any questions and educate you on your equipment. I bought parts from them for my old mowers and a new ZT1 54 inch with 24 hp Kohler engine zero turn 2 years ago and continue to buy parts and maintenance things from them. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY WITH THESE PEOPLE. Zero stars. My mother let these people do some work on her lawn mower and when they returned it it wasn’t the one she sent to them. Do not trust them with your property. We know my mother took good care of her lawn mower and they returned her a beat up not even running lawn mower. They should be ashamed for swapping parts are whatever they did. We have videos/pictures of her riding her lawn mower and what they returned is NOT her lawn mower.

Very quick, easy, helpful, and friendly service. They even gassed and oiled up our new machine before we left with it. Prices for what youre getting seem, to me, to be unbeatable. My brother is a small engine repairman and he recommends this brand name and this particular dealership location very highly.

I had to order a part for my lawnmower. I was told it would be in the next day after 12:pm. I went out to the store the part didn’t come in and it would have saved me some mile driving if they had called to say the part didn’t come in. Communication is the key.

I just purchased a cadet zero turn from woods. I was very pleased how they handle their business there. I had to pay $100 more there than Home Depot but I would much rather support our small town businesses. I’m waiting for it to be delivered as I type this. Helpful and knowledgeable about my situation

First and foremost, great folks and dealership. I needed to do some operator maintenance on my Z-Force L 48 in cub cadet. I bought original in 2016 from Mr Woods. By the way, he’s a fine man. So back to my maintenance. I changed engine oil and filter, replaced drive belt, changed filters and hydraulic fluid in transmission. I got a lot of tips from Chase on what to do. Well I was in the process of getting the air out of the transmission lines. The left wheel was working like a charm, but I couldn’t beg the right wheel to turn. I kept trying and trying. I eventually called Woods. They were so helpful and understanding. They suggested I dish the handles and hold them for a longer period of time so the air would escape. He said that’s what some of their mechanics have to do. I did and about 30 to 45 minutes later the right wheel start inching forward and like magic it was turning forward and backwards. I had to make some small adjustments to get the wheels to stop turning when it was in neutral but all is well. I pulled it off the jack stand and off I went. The right transmission was making a little sound but after running it up and down the driveway, it stop. I said all that to say, if you’re looking for a cub cadet, where there is service, before, during, and most importantly, after the sale, Woods Equipment is the place you need to go

I went here with my dad to pick out a new mower for him. Had a chance to be helped by the owner, Mr. Alvin Woods himself. He was friendly, helped my dad pick out exactly what he wanted and made the process easy.They even off a really reasonable delivery service which definitely comes in handy. Great selection and friendly staff. The perfect combination for me.

I needed a tube put in my front tire for my zero turn mower. They told me the tube was $8.00. When I picked it up I was charged over $57.00 and was told the balance was for labor. I called 2 other local tire shops and asked what the labor charge would be to put my tube in my tire. 1 told me $10.00 and the other told me 12. Total and complete ripoff by Woods equipment. I would but a toothpick from them

I took two pieces of equipment (riding mower and a ATV) to Woods Equipment for repair. The staff there was wonderful. They only had my equipment for a week. They called me with an estimate on both pieces, every piece was fixed properly. I highly recommend using this shop.From here on out Woods Equipment The Lawn Mower Store has my business

Staff was excellent. I dropped off my father in laws 2 month sxs, it was completely dead. They even helped me unload it. Called me the next day told me it was ready for pick up. Didnt charge me a thing, and never hassled me about it. Great people too, they invited me to their grand opening even though I didnt spend a dime there!

Good place to get whats you want

I went in to buy a tune up kit. The saleslady was very knowledgeable and helped me find the correct kit. I appreciated the expertise.

Was looking for a Wide Area walk behind mower. Missed the factory 10% discount but Jason gave me a 5% military discount. Very pleased with the service and mower.
