Saw that Walgreens has online scheduling for vaccines & an online form you can fill out prior to arriving. DON’T BOTHER! I was immediately told by a abrupt & rude pharmacy technician that she couldn’t find it on her computer & I would have to fill out the paper form that they have to download for you. Good Luck getting that within the next 30-40 minutes, even if you are the only one waiting in line! There was the pharmacist, the rude individual at the cashier, & one taking care of the window customers for drive through pickup. Somehow, the individual at the cashier passed me off to the tech taking care of the window customers! So Miss Rude stood there doing nothing while I was suppose to wait for the tech at the window to get free to take care of me. Meanwhile, Mr. Pharmacist says NOTHING TO MISS RUDE, like “Take care of the customer” & allows the situation to deteriorate further!The pharmacy technician’s don’t communicate well between themselves or with customers which results in chaos and disorganization. Customers are left wondering who is actually taking care of them, if anyone. I could see that this was NOT a place that I wanted my vaccine to be given & I left without receiving it. I felt relieved to leave such a dysfunctional environment and would NOT recommend the Walgreens at 6122 Broadway, Pearland, TX 77581 to handle your family’s medical needs.
The pharmacy staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I’m pleased with how they handled getting my prescriptions filled.

Very convenient I came in to get some baby cereal was in and out within two minutes the cashier Jackie recognize me and said hello call me by my name so welcoming love this Walgreens
Worst pharmacists ever! Even after receiving an ok from my child’s pediatrician they refused to give him the vaccination. Severely underimpressed. They were rude, unhelpful, andI wasted an hour to drive out there and have them refuse to give him the vaccine. Seriously disgusted! Will never use Walgreens again!!

This is worst Walgreens pharmacy do not fill your prescriptions here.. the staff is uneducated and will not help when a child is in pain. My son has valid PPO insurance and secondary insurance they refused to fill script that was called in because the cashier does her job poorly. After 2 hours of waiting they realized their mistake and tried to fill the script I had already called in to CVS and filled with no issues.. This was the second time they did this I had this issue with another child I was helping and they had the spelling incorrect and said he didn’t have insurance.. it’s just poor service all the way around.
Last week I came there at Saturday 5:12pm waiting for 30mins then 5:42pm the next is they delayed my order I wanna pick up but it getting worst I want my refund back right now
Cashiers in this location are Rude and Dishonest. Customer service training is badly needed for this site to exist
Weve been going to this Walgreens for several years for prescriptions/quick shopping, and its great. The store is newly remodeled in late 2019 to include a micro-clinic, and it feels much more modern than a year ago. Do you hate getting flu/other shots? Mr. Jeff, the pharmacy manager, has such a great technique that these are quick and painless. He and his staff have always treated us with care and compassion. Highly recommend.
This place is crazy! Trying to get meds for my sick kid is nearly impossible. I had to get my prescription transferred and was told by a technician at 11 am that he would do it and be done in an hour. At 430 it was not ready because it was never done. They said again that they said it would be done in an hour. Go back at 530, still not called in. I was told then that I had to do it. What! I would have not had any problem with that but no one informed me to do that. The pharmacist was finally helpful in getting it done but then I would have to wait in another hour long line to get it scanned out. Seriously! I have a sick kid and a hungry toddler at my hip. I still don’t have the meds. Going back in the morning.
This is a decent location for a Walgreens. The lines to check-out have not been too long for me. For the most part, I have been able to grab the items I need, purchase them and get out. I am a Walgreen’s reward member and get excited redeeming my points to pay for some of my merchandise.
If I could rate lower I would. The pharmacy is horrible. Every month I go to get my prescription and the past 3 times they tell me they don’t have any in stock. Then this last time I went I needed my prescription before a certain date or it would cause a lot of trouble and they told me that my insurance won’t pay for the medication so I called my insurance company and they said that the pharmacy hadn’t even tried to process it yet. When I told the pharmacy about it they were very rude and reluctant to solve the problem. I used this pharmacy because it was convenient, location wise but I’d much rather drive a little further to get good service.
This pharmacy is the worst! This is the second time that a week after I called in to refill a prescription they dont have it. They claim the vet never authorized the refill. I know this isnt true because this is the ONLY place that has a problem. My vet frequently authorizes other prescriptions for meds and food with several other pharmacies and vendors and I NEVER have any issues! Do yourself a favor and dont use this Walgreens!!!!

Worst Pharmacy Ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is unorganized, they are always shortstaffed, the wait is 30 minutes just to get waited on. Ridiculous. Today was the last straw. 45 minutes just to get waited on to pick up medication that was ready. The Walgreens in Deer Park and the one on Cullen/Broadway in Pearland are the best I have had experience with but are out of the way. Going to try the one on Broadway closer to HEB and if it doesnt work out, we will change to the HEB pharmacy.

Ridiculously slow for the pharmacy. The rest of the store is fine, no problems there. The average wait time is 5-10 mins when no one is in front of you, if someone is there hopefully you didnt just pick up dinner/groceries. :/
Horrible Walgreen the manager and the the associate are very rude. Im.just the customer and the customer should always be right or at least try to help out. There was this calendar with a different price and its not my fault. They should look at there product and organize and clean up. Everything was all messed up. The black manager said you people always want to get free or discounted stuff. And I just looked like are you serious did she just says this. I just left very angry and hurt. I want corporate number to to report this lady.
Definitely the slowest pharmacy Ive ever done business with. They are nice but unbelievably slow. I dont know if its lack of staff or lack of training to get things done and customers serviced but they are the worst in this area.
The people are nice but theyre slow in service. My latest trip really upset me. When I checked out with my prescription, I realized it cost more than my last pick ups of the same medication. When asking about this issue, instead of telling me that my insurance wants this to be mail order, he just told me I needed to contact my insurance company about it. Just 30 minutes after check out, I informed him of what has occurred, he refused to refund it because THEY didnt make a mistake. So, if youre at check out and the price doesnt look right, DO NOT CHECK OUT, do your research first.
Prescription was called in at 5 pm. Got to the counter at 8:30. Gave them the name, and they said that they don’t have it. Pharmacist found the script on her table, and blame me that I didn’t give the correct name. Then told me that she would not fill it bc they are closed now. The pharmacist’s name is SHAYA. She was rude and arrogant. It’s a pity that she was given a degree to help people and she surely did not deserve it. Would never shop at Walgreens again even if I have to pay more somewhere else. I am a professional and I didn’t deserve the treatment from this pharmacist. Walgreens just lost a customer and my family and friends for life. Maybe Walgreens doesn’t care about our little reviews, but imagine losing the sales from me, my wife, my kid, friends, family, and anyone I could share my horrific story to. Hopefully they fired this pharmacist for good. She should not be in this profession.
Today I went to this store and I was passed with the service and staff. I went there looking for soap bar from the brand la roche-posay. I looked everywhere but couldnt find it so I finally decided to go and ask the cashier. Her name was Dolores and she was so kind to call someone to come assist me since she didnt know about it. The girl who came help me took a few minutes but Dolores left the cashier and went looking for me to make sure I knew she was coming. The girl came after a while and she helped me to find the right product for me. I was also told that in case I had a problem with the product I could take it back for a full refund. In addition to that, the location is great since its in the corner on the street and they have plenty of parking. The store is well cleaned and very stocked. Overall I would say this is a good store. There is also a red box outside of the store in case you feel like watching a movie.
Im always welcomed with a welcome to Walgreens and it makes u feel welcome that they take time to welcome u to a good store ive had nothing but good friendly service at the desk and the pharmacy area i always feel taken care of and welcomed to the store keep it going

I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. Literally, Im in this store 2-3 times per week. I NEVER return stuff. The one time I HAVE a diffuser that corroded just after 30 days of usage maybe used 10 times total. The store manager just said our company policy.....pft. for a 30 dollar return .... walgreens just lost a customer for life! CVS is my new go to.
The drive-up pharmacy is unbearably slow and no one ever answers the phone. If, on the off chance they do answer, you still wont speak to anyone. They will keep you on hold. Very poor service.
The hiring manager keeps giving me bs about the job. I called about 8 times before she actually spoke to me about my application. She asked about my work history etc. and I told her and she said she is looking for someone to work part time not full time. I told her I could do so. I told her I would maybe just get a little job on the side to work so I can have a good work schedule and she said the second job would interfere with the job at Walgreens and shes going to keep it real. Basically I feel like its all bs. I have been trying for the longest to get on up there. At this point Im done trying. Plus the employees are rude when you call up there!
