I called to get a price on a part that I know for a fact they carry because I have bought it there on more than one occasion in the past. It was obvious the girl I was talking to on the phone had no idea what this part was. Her immediate response was We dont carry that. I could have asked for a manager, or someone else, but I didnt do that. If they have people working there that are uneducated to that degree on auto parts thats not where I need to be dealing. In the future Ill go to OReillys or Napa.

Stopped by today and it was barely 7:25pm and the man in the front locked the door and wouldn’t open up. very disappointed with the service.

Very courteous staff. The store was well-stocked found everything I needed. However the loaner tool program was very limited in what it had and I ended up having to buy tools instead of borrow tools. But when youre on the road in a strange town some is better than none.

Does any one at any autozone have any auto experience. Real easy need a fuel filter for my drag up tank. He couldnt figure it out. How easy can that be cross reference....

So when tragedy strikes while road tripping most people think to look for an auto shop. But when it is the weekend and your vehicle wont hold coolant any better than a strainer options are limited but the reps at this autozone location went well above and beyond with providing all the needed tools amd expertise required to assist me with my water pump on a 2003 ford excursion 7.3l turbo diesel. Maria thank you and all your staff for literally everything you did for us we wont forget you or this amazing experience.

Its hard to rate a place properly when you have had good experiences and the most awful experience possible. Its hit and miss really. But like every other place in a small oilfield town, the lines can get pretty long.

I think they sold the wrong clutch assembly kit to the mechanic I used two years ago just to make more money. The clutch didnt fit properly and it finally gave out. Had to get another one installed and it cost a lot to do so.

Service was slow and they seemed like they couldnt find the parts. I was there for almost an hour waiting on them to find the AC compressor the belt and a gallon of antifreeze. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Outstanding, helpful staff when I passed through about 3 years ago.

Service was quick, and they had the part I needed (which is surprising for this town). Not the most knowledgeable staff, but they were friendly and fast.

Only one of two auto parts stores in the area and there is always a wait in line but never anyone in the store the people never greet you or ask if you need help I had my check engine light on and asked if they could get the code the guy handed me the reader and told me to bring it back and it didnt work but he never offered to go check it

Guys there are nice, but couldnt rate a 5 due to the first employee I dealt with going in there who didnt even care to help me with my problem

I went in and asked for a repair book for my van and they didnt have it. Asked for them to order it and the guy behind the counter said ok. Went back a few days later and they said it was never ordered. So I asked them to order it. They said ok. Went back a few days later and once again it was never ordered. Went to OReillys Auto Parts, they had what I was looking for.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Called they automatically put me on hold without saying a word was on hold for 10 minutes hung up called right back same thing 10 more minutes still nothing.

Sales Reps have no clue of what they are talking about. They couldnt even give someone the right size windshield wipers. Were extremely disrespectful to the customer in front of us who asked for a full sized receipt that he has to send in to his company. The Rep rudely said well they need to start taking normal receipts cause thats a lot of work. If you cant do your job correctly the least you can do is print out a sheet of paper. Never coming here again. Id rather drive another 100 miles.

Pecos has a ton of business because of the oil boom. Wont last forever autozone. The customer service is awful. Ive been in autozones across Texas and Colorado. I have never, in my life, dealt with such awful customer service and return polices. Be prepared to wait and be prepared to deal with employees that act like they dont care about a job.
