I would just like to thank Chico’s custom mufflers for they’re outstanding customer service today. I had a flat that couldn’t be fix and their tech Francisco and the receptionist Natalia took good care of me that when my company told me to go somewhere else because of they couldn’t get a PO there. I enjoyed the professionalism so much I paid out of my own pocket. I will definitely come back and refer them.

They were fast and courteous. Took no time at all and that is because they put patches on two tire.

I gave one star, for the work performed, on my truck, i had mufflers installed. They had very little to choose from as far as tips, and they kept my truck all day long, on ly to start working on it till, 2:30 in the afternoon, and i left it at 8am. Then to top it off i was working in odessa, and was going to arrive at 5:10 pm to pay and pick it up, and i let secretary know, and they still closed down and left my truck outside locked.I proceeded to call manager, and told hom to come to hos shop because i needed my vehicle, and all he could say to come next day for it. So I proceeded to call the owner and resolve this, and sure enough he had to force his manager to go to his shop and charge me, and get my vehical. So That is my experience at chicos mufflers, that one star goes out to the welder, that worked on my truck, other than that, no good. Lots of time wasted, and also asking people for a ride and having them wait, on you, was not nice.. thanks

My truck was to wide for the ramps...so they did it on the ground. They didnt turn me away

Definitely very bad place, I will continue to think that until they are not responsible for the damage they caused me because they screwed the wheel of my truck and that is not fair because they already go several times that I go and according to them the owner is not careful. if they bring good wheels to their cars because they are not responsible here
