I have a lifted 99 Jeep Cherokee. Never been here before, never seen them before, just googled repair shops and took a gamble on them. They properly diagnosed the problem right away after i suspected something else. Replaced my Alternator, the belt, air hose, and light switch next day done by noon. Showed me all the old parts and why each one was defective. Showed me the parts and prices on a computer, and charged me a reasonable amount for labor. I will be returning. They were super friendly and helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. This place continually put my boyfriend and the young children that would be in his car in danger numerous times through the shady things they had going on at this place. Had been going here for about a year and seemed like there was a different issue every month...If it wasnt the battery, it was the transmission, then the oil, etc. etc. First MAJOR issue was that they installed an old battery and neglected to inform anyone of this. AND sold it to him as if it was a brand new battery. Was in the middle of driving and the car just plain stopped in the middle of the street. Took it straight to Christians and of course, they were busy and couldnt get it done right away. Took it to AutoZone who ran a test of the battery in which the results displayed that it was a terribly old battery. Second issue was even worse, faulty oil changes over time. Couldnt get an oil change here one day because they were busy. So took it to Valvoline in which they actually ended up REFUSING service because the numerous mechanics had noticed an issue with the valve underneath in which it became evident that Continental was wrapping silicone spray around the oil bolt in order to screw it back on instead of doing it the legal and safe way by replacing it with a new bolt, which was NOT to the knowledge of the car owner. Theyre supposed to ask first if the owner is comfortable with using this because its technically not the proper way to do it. Other mechanics had indicated that this was very bad practice and just a quick easy cheap alternative and because of what they did, they didnt even feel comfortable proceeding to give an oil change because THEY didnt want to be found liable just for being involved. Thats how negligent Continental was in whatever they were doing. When confronting the owner/mechanics about all of the issues, had the nerve to argue, catch an attitude, and never offer to repay for the damages they caused. Finally threatened them into giving three free oil changes and after giving ONE free oil change, they said they no longer want to continue business with him. Cheap labor gives you cheap results. Mind you, my boyfriend and this shop had great rapport-- friends according to Christian. I could only imagine what he was doing to other peoples cars that he didnt consider friends. Doesnt help that there were clear displays of racial prejudice on top of it. If youre Black, respect yourself and dont give them your money.UPDATE: This is now a few months later from my initial review. Have been going to a new mechanic that is extremely reputable, reliable, and fair price down the street on the corner of washington street and south street (across from the braiding place). Unfortunately, he now has to pay a huge sum of money (at least $600) to fix the oil pan that got damaged because of christians work when doing routine oil changes. Oil pans are VERY pricy. If you go there, be prepared to end up having to fix something that you didnt come in to get fixed.

I first made an appointment with honda to have them look at the problem i was having with the headlight/ and signal light switch. But they wanted $150 to just look at the problem. To fix the problem it would be more money but they could not fix it today cause it is a 97 honda accord and they have to get the part. I told them I knew what the issue was and the auto store has the part. They had to do there own diagnostic check. I kept the appointment but went for a second option. I ended up at continental repair shop. When I walked into the shop everyone stopped what they were doing and greeted the new customer. I told them the issue they looked at the switch and told me it was the switch that I thought it was. He ordered the part and the auto store had it delivered right away and they fixed the switch. I never went to honda. I canceled the appointment. They should not be charging money to look at a problem. I understand paying for the repair . I am fine with that. Continental Repair Shop was caring, helpful and fast to solve the issue. The dealership are only after ripping off the customer. After the great customer service I got my car has a new switch and the lights work. Thank you Christian!

Lets start with my initial visit. I came in for a muffler delete and replace with performance resonators. Sure. 2 hours later its done. All good so far. As I pay 240$ and get in to drive away, I see my door handle is broken. Not the actual handle, but the actual piece behind it that opens the door. They told me they accidentally broke it. I go in for a muffler delete and get my door handle broken. Cool. They said theyll pay and fix it for me. Fine. I go there again to get my primary catalytics removed so I can get my stage 2 tune (2014 mb c300). 300$. Fine. Everything was alright until I went to a different mechanic and saw that I have no o2 sensors. I call them and ask them if they havent catalytics and my sensors. Catalytics are 700$ each, sensors are 300$ each. They said they junked them. What?!? Without permission, they junked them . They knew what they were doing obviously. Keep in mind I wasnt there when they worked on the car. I go to a different mechanic to that they can lift it, and what we saw is in the pictures. I had to go to 2 different shops just to fix their mistakes. All in all, I basically gifted them 1500$ and get a car worse than I came in with. Wish I can ask for my money back but I dont think they would. Please, avoid this shop at all costs.

I brought my car in for a broken drivers side mirror and added an oil change. Christian and his team went beyond my expectations to address the broken taillight I also needed to replace. An added benefit is the shop is walking distance. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I highly recommend this place. My wife had her brakes done there and they did a great job, they even offered to bring her home and pick her up when th me work was done ( we do live close). The other morning as I was leaving for work, my car had a flat. I managed to drive here and my problem was fixed in fifteen minutes! I pulled in and the attentive staff saw my tire and stopped what they were doing to help. They found the leak and fixed it immediately! I will definitely be using them going forward.

Be careful! They work well & fix what needs to be done but Charge INSANE amounts! They claimed to have called my husband to check pricing before doing work but he didnt answer so they did it to get it done... $350 for work that should have only cost $175.. ridiculous! Unless your going to be on top of them for what theyre gonna charge stay far away!!
