My experience today setting up a new phone was great but I was there two days ago setting up two phones and I discovered that the young woman who served me charged me double what it cost today and she said the credit card machine wasnt working. She totally pocketed my money and ripped me off. Be fore warned and find out how much it will cost ahead of time.

Awesome experience at this location I just switched from boost mobile got a great deal at this place and a new phone they transferred all my content and hooked me up with a free case as well highly recommended this place. Overall Im happy with the service I got from that store

I came by the peekskill store for an upgrade, it was my 1st time meeting Alex and his product knowledge is excellent. He helped me narrow down my options to find the perfect phone.

Its not a big store but they got multiple options for phones and accessories iHighly recommended this location best metro store i shopped at so far sales associates very professional and gentle they helped me transfer all my content from the old phone to the new one definitely coming back here thank you metropcs

They rob you out of upgrade pricing and blame it on technical glitches.

This is the best metropcs store I have visited so far I have been with metro for a while and this store owner changed and the new management is great the owner works there himself he hooked me up with my upgrade and free add a line I recommend everyone to go there go see my man nasif he got the best deals in town

Negative stars. Maryurio was very unprofessional, when I complained about being sold a phone that could not perform the single function I had requested she shrugged her shoulders. When I had the metro rep on the phone and we questioned the $50 initiation fee even though I was only upgrading she told me she couldnt have me in the store as her child was there and she would have to call the police! Will be leaving metro when my bill is due again due to this roadside bandit style operation which apparently corporate have zero control over

Worst experience ever after buying a phone after few days went back to this place and the guy was so rude I told him my phone wasnt working he yelled at me saying that I bought the phone over 2 weeks ago and that I cant do anything about it I called the company and they said I had 30 days if anything is wrong with the phone that I will get it repaired by the stors or get a new one which didnt happen now this guy curses me out and stages that ita over 2 weeks yes its over 2 weeks but I have 1 month to get another one well like I said he yelled I dont recommend this place at all i used to go here to buy my phones all the time a lady used to take care of me she was always great and helped with any issues but this guy is rude and only cares to sell you a phone and after doesnt help you with anything if something happens to it my phone was bad since the day I got it like i explained to him it doesnt charge and i couldnt go to him before cause i work and i cant get off of work easily which I told him do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and save your money I wasted 250 on this phone and I cant afford another one at this moment
